Way too expensive and does not communicate well. We tried them out with our dogs. When we first took them in we found out our dogs had a tick disease (not lymes) only found out out when I downloaded their app a month later. (strike 1). Then months later found a lump on our dog. My husband brought her in. They didn't do any testing on the lump and insisted on all of these expensive blood and fecal panels and surgery which included spaying ($2400) right away having no idea how serious the lump was. (Strike 2) Took her to another vet they agreed surgery was a good idea, but didn't need to be done right away, but would only cost $850 with spaying. Then when I tried to get money back for the fecal sample test we paid for but never provided. They refused to give ua our money back because it was part of a "package". (Strike 3 & 4)This place is all about money and talking you into making quick decisions so they can take your money. Stay away, go anywhere else.

The well check up consisted of nothing...until I asked the questions! How are his ears, teeth,paws etc. Etc...should have a check list and notes provided to customers!!! Upselling was the main concern to them...he got his rabies shot done and (required ) wellness checkup...lolNever going back!!! I even doubt it was even a vet !!! Also pricey pricey pricey ! Ps...a sample dog toothpaste cost $3.00...aren't samples generally free???

Your office is always so friendly and welcoming! Both doctors and all vet techs love the animals and have a genuine interest in their wellbeing. Everything is explained so you understand it, no tests/medications are pushed on you, and they know the costs associated with taking care of our pets. They will review it with you before moving forward and do not make you feel bad for not being able to afford every option. If there is something you cannot afford they will find another option for you! They are amazing!

Not sure what had happened to this place but, I am no longer happy with them. I have 2 unsettling experiences. 1st, my chihuahua was supposed to have 4 teeth pulled and the rest cleaned. That is what the evaluation and estimate said. Took her in for this(had to go to Grantsburg) and when we went to pick her up she had only 1 tooth left!!! No phone call, no anything except wanting more money!! I was so sad. 2nd, we have a new problem with a dental issue. They wanted to pull out quite a few teeth at a cost of $1700+. Long story short, went elsewhere and she only needs 1 tooth pulled at a cost of $700+. Sorry, not sorry.

The quality of care my animals receive is amazing I can't say enough good things about this vet. They make you feel like your apart of their family. Always have been there for any emergency I've ever had. Wonderful 10 stars.

The staff were wonderful! They took great care of our Tony Hawk! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable! They answered all our questions & you could feel that they truly cared! From booking the appointment to picking Tony Hawk up after the procedure, every staff member we came into contact with made us feel at ease! And honestly the prices were very reasonable. Our family absolutely recommends Wild River Vet Clinic!

We were very specifically looking for someone to care for our kitten but also understand our financial limitations and the reality of a barn cat’s needs. Had to take our pup in for an emergency visit. Wild River Vet clinic was very helpful and caring. They were able to fit us in in a timely manner and and gave excellent care to out dog. Highly recommend for your pets care.

I go here for both of my cats. Each time I go they really listen to my concerns and give great advice/care. My cats are always calm when going here as apposed to other vet clinics they have been.

Great for our cat. Affordable and quick. Got our cat neutered and didn't push a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Will be taking our other cats in as well. Only issue we had was the need for an e-collar following, it said it on our after care instructions however the receptionist had checked her notes and it said no need for one. It would've been extremely helpful as after we got home we had to helicopter to stop him from licking. More of our cats personal problem than the vets though. He just tends to lick more I guess.It's day two and it already looks much better. Tiny incisions and cat is back to full energy! Highly recommend!

Brought my cat in on Thursday, said they would call next day no call on Friday, the weekend went by, Monday came no call, we went there Monday about 2.they Said she is a diabetic by that time she already went down hill now we have to wait. They don’t have any insulin there if they did $300 on online $116. Now I have to wait, Might be to late. If I brought her to the vet on main St they had the insulin $70 II can’t get it there because I need a referral from that vet and course they’re closed and they haven’t called back.I just have to wait and it’s probably too late. She stopped eating.Plus my husband called yesterday they said there’s nothing they can do wait for her insulin.I will never go back there again.I’m so Angry at that vet.We brought are cat to another vet in Town!! They are really good!! It was to late!!My sweet Maggie as past away❤️❤️

Jennifer Hale & the rest of the staff at Wild River were great! They took their time with my sick kitty to find out what was wrong with him. I 100% recommend this vet clinic. They were calm and helpful handling my fur baby, Bean. He was scared as it was his first time at the vet. I trust them when he goes in for neutering later this month.

AMAZING.... Our puppy was sick and every other veterinarian was recommending to take him to a 24 hour place in the cities. Wild River was booked but worked him in. He is on the path to recovery and if it wasn’t for them he’d still be miserable.They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The receptionist made sure all my questions were answered. The veterinarian took time to call me with my other questions.I would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely be back...Otis and our family want to Thank you all! ❤️❤️❤️Davis family!

The last of my dogs to be spared on my youngest dog went well. We had blood work done before hand (less than $200). She did so well through her surgery & recovery, picked her up early (dropped off about 8am, picked up at 2pm). Aftercare instructions were clearly explained, (just as presurgery instructions had been); incision healing nicely, & just one more week of having to carry her up & down steps (required for first 10 - 12 days), then we should be home free & back to our mischievous mentality with the other dog!!

We traveled around the metro the night before trying to get our dog some relief with allergies and a terrible cough that was affecting his breathing. Two large clinics treated us like a number on a waiting list and we sat for hours before even being triaged. The only reason we went there is because Wild River was closed that day. The following day Wild River in Pine City treated him as a day admit and what a difference it made. He is starting to feel better now and on the road to recovery

Usually a good place but this morning I was very disappointed. My dog cut her leg really bad and I just wanted their opinion if I should head somewhere else if they didn't have time to take care of her or if I was making a big deal out of it. They won't even take a minute to look at her when there was nobody else in there at the moment. I asked for her records. Front desk lady told me that she didn't have time to get them to me. We will be switching all six of our animals to the Vet clinic that didn't blink twice and said they will make time for her.
