Really clean store except for the bathrooms… I had a 5 star experience until I went to the restroom on the way out… this place looked fully staffed and yet the bathroom was nasty..

Usually I have nothing bad to say about Walmart, but the experience I had yesterday was just poor customer service. My husband and I had bought a tv got it home the screen was busted as if someone had just dropped the tv on it’s right side, we immediately took pictures and called the pine city store, they asked us to bring it in in exchange the product. Keep in mind we had the protection plan. We drive another 25-30 minutes back to the store to get an exchange, we get there and another associate tells my husband we cannot exchange, and that our protection plan doesn’t take effect until 30 days after purchasing the product. Before we could even ask to talk to someone else she asked for the barcode and immediately does the refund. Not a problem but we were excited about this tv and really wanted the tv, and just wanted to make sure we couldn’t get an exchange. Something still didn’t seem right seeing how on their policy clearly states that they do exchange on pretty much everything except firearms and ammunition. So we call the store this time and just ask to speak to a store manager. We get in touch with the store manager who was very polite and told us it could have been exchanged and should have been exchanged, and that if we come back and talk to him and the other associate he named we would be taken care of. We go back to the store and we are met we a completely different associate, we ask to speak to the manager we had spoken to on the phone, the associate proceeds to tell us that they guy you talked to is just a back end manager I’m the front manager and there is nothing we can do for you. I called the cooperates number because I’m getting really confused your policy says you do exchanges, I’ve heard from two the associate tell me you do exchanges, and two other associates tell me you don’t do exchanges. I explained to yet another person on the phone everything that we’ve been through today, he tells me it’s up to the store manager if they will take back the tv or not. I told him I what I was told back and forth back and forth and I’m just getting exhausted. (He was also very polite and understanding). No disrespect but some of your employees need a better understanding of your policy, and how aggressive your employees came off about not exchanging the product and not letting my husband talk to the person we had spoken to on the phone is just ridiculous. Not being able to get another tv is not the issue, it’s how your associates reacted to the situation. Out of everyone I had spoke to that day the only people who helped were the people we don’t get to see. And that’s an issue. I advise anyone buying an electronic from Walmart in pine city Mn, just to proceed with caution, because some of their associates are very unclear about their policy. This is a customer service review not a store review. And thank you again the ones who we talked to yesterday who actually helped!

There's no signs or displays showing a gluten free section! Things for a special diet were difficult to locate! Also foods & plants that should have been able to be purchased with food stamps weren't ringing up correctly! Took my friend 45 minutes to get through the checkout! Very disappointed!

Yesterday day i brought in my real service dog she does Psychiatric work for me a fake service dog in a mobility cart in the basket where you put food in started whining at me causing my heart to spike to 119 no one helped me i was shaking sitting on the damn floor i am sick of this they need to start asking the 2 questions because they can legally start asking 1. Is it a service dog ? 2. What task does my service dog do for my disability? Without asking i can send them into a lawsuit for not asking

We were taken to this marvel of food by some friends....as you enter the establishment you are met by sections gesturing: baked goods or meat mkt or groceries or souvenirs. As you walk deeper in you find a help-yourself menu and follow the crowd to the order station....there you place-pay for your order then receive a beverage glass to help yourself, by the tables....they brought your meal(s) to your table...the service and food was superb.

Please consider supplying Dog/Cat first aid care. I needed gauze, sterile gloves, water-proof paw/leg sleeves...no luck for sterile gloves not even in the pharmacy department. I can order online, but assumed Walmart would carry those essentials for animal.

If you want to be treated rude by employees this is the place to go. The elderly lady that cashiers should not be working with customers. If you want to be talked down to visit her at that register. No worries I will never step foot in there again.

They have a wonderful selection of flowers and trees to choose from in the garden center. The staff is very helpful with answering questions!

In Pine City for many items this is the only place to go.Nice staff!only use staffed check out and the staff are great.they are still trying to get us to work for them, but we always use staffed check out.

Decent Walmart, clean enough, check out clerk was pleasant and efficient. Downside is that the grocery aisles are a little more narrow than other Walmart stores making them difficult to navigate amongst other shoppers.

Too often out of stock on items, even employees mention not enough stock coming in to handle the volume.Personal order filling is lively, but they often seem rude to customers. At least offer to grab an item if you see someone waitin in the area.Over heard a few negative comments from these employees also about difficulty with normal shoppers....Seriously, unprofessional.....I can get my groceries elsewhere......You can put a smile on, pretend you're happy doing the job... yes, tired of hearing it.....Sure other customers are too.Think rushed mom with 3 squalling kids... a friendly smile goes a long way....Seen old timers still bringing in the local customers, way to go folks!!Good luck.......

Went to auto department for a oil change and tire balance and rotation, they did the oil change then told me they could do nothing with my front tires because one tire was below walmart standards.I do understand safety and liability for the company,yes there is still alot of tread left on them,but because their gauge measured .0005 tenths under there chart they wouldn't do it.I went to another reputable repair shop and they did the balance and rotation and said there was no reason for them not doing it.I believe it was a sales tactic to sell me new tires.

My husband had to show his ID to purchase a video game.My hubsand told me that the guy who helped him was on his phone and seem like he didn't want to work.I thought we only show ID when we purchase medicine or anything with checks.I guess that guy was the police or something or tried to act like Walmart employee police.I'm just baffled that this Walmart checks ID to just purchase a video game and if the employee was that scared that my hubsand was going to steal the video game, he could just bring the video game to the front and check him out like a normal employee would do.

I cash my paychecks here and my only complaint is that there is very frequently a wait at customer service because there is only one person. There are frequently other employees in the area but apparently they're not trained to help in that area. Otherwise the store is well stocked and in good condition.
