So I stop here six nights a week spend from 5 to 35 dollars every night. Tonight now I walk up to the door and it's lock the girl inside over the loud speaker says "we're closed right now" then walks away. She said absolutely nothing else like it'll be a few minutes or some idea to how long. I'm guessing they don't want me stopping here any more. So be it!! Well sat here a good 10 minutes several people came and left very poor !! Won't be back!

Spoke with the manager by the name of Jennifer over the phone. My car had some issues that I was trying to work it out and the car had only sat in the lot for around 34 hours definitely less than two days. I was trying to get something figured out and maintained in contact with Holiday ever since my vehicle broke down there on Sunday. The manager was extremely rude to me quickly telling me to get my vehicle out of the lot today and that it’s been there for a couple days. She wasn’t even working on Saturday and only knew about it on the Monday she came in at around 6:00am. She maintained this attitude and I was talking in a polite in a calm manner. It’s pretty sad when regular coworkers at holiday are way better equipped at handling customer service than the manager. One of the night time staff that was during there during the night on Sunday 10/29 at around 3:00am give her and that man props! They both did an excellent job saying that she was willing to try and help me out as well as the man who said they had a tire pressure gauge I can borrow. Jennifer definitely failed. She absolutely would not work with me, gave me no other options, invalidated me, would not hear me out. Hopefully this becomes a learning opportunity for this manager, by teaching them a little hospitality.

Very weird to review a gas station. But I'm in town temporarily and every morning I get coffee here, workers are sweet as pie and there's always a local with some sort of fun automobile that makes my day. This morning a woman's car did a cat call when she 🔐 and 🔓 her doors. A fun stop to my start my day.

The girl that was behind the register on 12/10/23 at about 4:45pm was very rude. She wrong up our cigarettes and threw the bag at my boyfriend instead of handing him the bag. She has done this twice now. This is at Holiday on the freeway in Pine City! Next time this happens I will tell her what I think and she won’t like it. Very RUDE gal!

Night shift on 12/26/22 at 12:30-12:45am wouldn't fill our propane tank because it was "too cold". Yes it's 6° outside but we've gotten it filled by other staff when it's been well below zero and late at night. Staff had an attitude to start with when I asked to have it filled. Had to drive 15 miles to rush city to have that holiday fill out for us. WITH NO PROBLEM THEY DID IT!!!Pine City just wanted to be lazy. Not impressed. Continued on his phone when I left.

Went to get some Red Bull the sign said buy 2 get one free for 12 oz . Got to the till it rang up differently told her what the sign said she told me I was wrong. So I went back to look and I was right another store person came up took the signs down. Think he might of been a leader but not for sure. Ask him if he would honor what it said he said no . So I put them back and walked out ! Will not be back.

Drove 10 miles to get propane because I needed it. 2 young ladies working tell me they can’t do a refill because they weren’t trained. Said they could do an exchange but not for the same price. So I wasted my time and gas. I have no choice but to go there but this is plain stupidity.

Went there for Gatorade after leaving the hospital, they shorted us 10$ and when I told them they pretty much told me that I was wrong. I’m a pregnant mother. While 10$ isn’t a lot of money the way he treated me was awful. The girl didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She messed it all up trying to make change for us. I use to work at a gas station, it’s not that hard of a job. The service I received doesn’t even deserve one star. This sick pregnant mama is very unhappy.

This was our fav place to go but not anymore there is a lady who is working the 2nd shift. Who is the most rude and nasty old hag I've ever seen. She was very rude and abrasive in front of other customers that we will never go there again. They need to fire her she has the worst customer service I've ever seen.

In the past few months all the new hires ive met have been very rude. I worked at a gas station for a year and a half so I understand what they go through but i never pretty much threw their money at customers and i always talked to them and told them the total. Im never coming back here since the last few times ive been treated so poorly for no reason.

Horrible. The guy at cash register today 9/2/17 at 1:45 pm was rude. He was nice to the person before me and after me but not me. I did nothing to him. I had 3 large water bottles and he didn't ask me if I needed a bag like the person before me. He shouldn't be allowed in customer service.

Absolutely horrible store. Parking lot wasn't plowed sidewalks where not shoveled. And they wouldn't fill my propane because they said it was policy because of the snow.

I encountered the rudest employee his name is Cory, simply because I wished more tomatoes be put out on the fixing bar,he refused to put more out.He then proceeded to tell me to go to Super America,I am in customer service, I would not be rude to him,I simply left my food and soda on the counter and told him to have a good night.This location lost a customer, and a story that will be told many times, are there just no common courtesies anymore?
