This Casey’s is very greedy. Every gas station in town has two cashiers working but for some reason they don’t. I know they can afford it since they are swamped most mornings and after noons. People are in a rush in the mornings yet because this business is run completely by greed expect a very long line. They have two cash registers yet I have only seen two people running it once in my life since they opened up. I can’t imagine what it’s like when a worker gets sick since they refuse to hire enough people. Sad.

I got the grilled chicken wrap. It wasn’t very appetizing. While the wrap itself was very soggy the rest of it was really dry and had too much lettuce chunks. It was very plain and bland. It also didn’t come with the dressing that it was normally supposed to come with.

I'm new to the Casey's brand, but this store seemed to be pretty new and had a fast food counter which is pretty unique. Looked like a few different warm breakfast options, fresh doughnuts, and decent sized coffee area. The cashier area was in the middle of the store above the retail floor area, kind of neat. Best convenience store in Pine City in my opinion.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. The driver never bothered to deliver it. Talked to the manager several times that night and he assured me it was still coming 2 hours later. Finally when he agreed the driver just stole our food he said it was too late to order anyrhing else. Never gave me a refund but said I could drive up there the next day and speak to someone about it.. Bummer that doordash has thieves in Pine City. Too bad, the pizzas pretty good normally

Disappointed again. Casey's needs to step up their pizza game. I love Casey's pizza (the sauce makes the difference) over every other pizza place in town. But if they keep giving me pizza that are messed up I am seriously going to go else where. My pizza has places with like no cheese on it. I took pics

FIX YOUR PUMPS. It's a beautiful day out but 13 of the 16 pumps had yellow bags on them, some of them didn't even have bags but still were brokenEDIT: Now only TWO of the pumps work -_- and it's been weeks since I made my review

Been hungry for Casey's pizza at lunch time, get there and there is only 1 slice left or a whole jalapeno one only. Shouldn't the whole warmer be full of pizza ready to sell? Won't try again.

I stopped for the pizza but on more than one occasion there wasn't any in the warmer. I've worked for a Casey's before and that's not how I remember things being. You keep the warmer stocked or have another one coming up shortly. Today I was told it was going to be a twenty minute wait. Definitely room for improvement. Last time I try this place for pizza.

It’s clear how much the staff at Casey’s care about their customers in how they do business. You’re always greeted when you come in, everyone is always friendly, and of course the food is always fresh and delicious. What really blows me away though is how they handle things when they don’t go how they’re supposed to. When they make a mistake, they own it, but more importantly they go above and beyond to make it right. There’s no mistaking how much they value the people who come into their store. Keep up the great work!

The food has really gone downhill here 😥 caseys pizza use to be my favorite place ever, across the country.... Now every time I get a pizza here, its missing toppings, soggy and inedible and the people making it are incredibly rude. It makes me nauseas. Yesterday I went to buy some gift cards for our kids... The cashier was very rude, didn't know how to ring it up and charged our account $30 for nothing and id now in a claims dispute, since she charged our card without permission, a receipt or anything we boughtShe asked us to leave after fraudulently charging us. Very rude!! I'm not going to Casey's anymore after continually being treated poorly and being ripped off. I'm sincerely disappointed. Food quality is very poorUndercooked.

Had a great experience at this Casey's location.Was having one of those days where just nothing was going right. I filled up with gas and went to pay and realized I did not have my wallet. I went inside and talked to the store manager. She was very understanding and gave me a few options on what to do. She was patient and didn't give any pressure while I set up Google pay (took about an hour).Have been to this location in the past and had always received good customer service and this time was definitely no different. Thanks Casey's for being so patient and understanding with me!

I use their app a lot here and was just there and ordered the Red Stick deal 2 for $6 and I use the curbside service which was kind of nice I was able to just sit in the car and wait for my food which was fresh and hot. I also got gas while I was waiting and acquired some points from getting gas which I can use for purchases so it's a win-win. If you haven't tried their pizza yet, you should but I always have them make mine a little bit longer because I don't like it doughy.

I usually have great service here because all the cashiers are helpful, prompt, and attentive. But today, I was the only person pumping gas and it took nearly three minutes for my pump to get approved. And when I went in to pay for my gas, the cashier was so busy looking at her coworker's phone that she didn't even acknowledge me until she was good and ready to. When she did acknowledge me, she was quite rude about it. If that's how they're letting their employees act, the lower gas prices are almost not worth it.

I will say this, when it's good it's good. I've stopped several times and hoped for a change. The employees are always busy doing something else other than helping the customers. But the pizza is usually good when it's not old or when the display is full. It is a hit or miss when it comes to food but mostly a miss. What more can I say??? Usually clean but we need service too! I gave it a two because I can't justify more.

Ordered a pizza online for the convenience of grabbing it and getting out of there asap and not waiting. Show up and the lady hasnt bothered to check orders, says 6 minutes and she will throw in breadsticks for free. Instantly annoyed. Try more like 20 minutes. Pizza was greasy. They had the cashier lady in front back there touching stuff and hair down not netted. Gross.

All the fruit in the island expired 5/29/22 it is now the 6/04/22and it's moldy and still on the shelves after I told employees and showed them yesterday after they refused to make me anything to eat because "they had to many orders already" and didn't want to make me a sandwich. The rest of the store was clean well stocked but lots of expired food in the island

Let me start this with the fact that I like Casey’s overall, but this station is a disgrace. The garbage cans are usually overflowing, the pumps always seem to be out of printer paper for receipts, and the window washing stations are always empty.

Placed my order for 3 pizzas and the lady taking my order clearly had difficulties understanding what i wanted to order and the 2 coupons that I was using.Next, she rung up my first order, she had to ask for my CC twice because she was not fast enough for the computer she had said?? She chuckled thinking this was funny, very unprofessional!!To wrap everything up, I get a call about 10 minutes after I placed my order stating, we do not have any bbq beef unthawed and what i have was expired it is 10 days old.SERIOUSLY??? You do NOT say this to a customer!!I am not impressed nor happy with my experience tonight, going forward I do not know if I will continue to order from Caseys as this is the ONLY place in town we order from. Sad, very sad.

Just was at Casey’s and the cashier was very rude when I questioned the price on a bar that was in the 89 cent spot and she yelled at to me to grab it like my question was inconvenienceing her. I always stop here almost every day on my way to work and there’s been other days also where she’s very moody and rude. I won’t be coming here anymore because of her crappy attitude.

I love the new store. They are so helpful and kind in there. There prices are reasonable and they got everything that you need. I will defiantly be telling all my friends and family to visit the new store.

The cashier here is very rude and very very slow. If a customer asks a question, all the people in line see her roll her eyes as she gets annoyed with a customer asking questions.
