I’m from South Carolina, I was looking for a particular Circle Y saddle that was on back order for 6months everywhere around me, J&B had it in stock, they were knowledgeable about the gaited saddle I wanted, answering all my questions, made online ordering easy and even offered 2 day air, already got my saddle and I’m so excited can’t wait to try it out. Thank you, I would definitely shop with them again!!!

Seen boots on line for 215.99 from there website.. stoped at store to look at boots.. had the ones there bought boots they said there were 289.99 but on line was 269.99...i said i seen them on line for 215.99 .. they said that was a different sale. They dont honor there on line prices

I love this place! The only reason for 4 stars is that they are too far away and they aren't big enough. We have bought two saddles and loved the cs for both. I do plan to go back!

Purchased a new pair of Dan Post western boots as a Christmas gift to myself. The selection was great and I hope they continue to add more to their inventory of women’s boots especially! The gals that were working were very kind too. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m sad to give this one star review however I need to. Came in looking for boots and was hardly helped gal told me she didn’t know as much as some of the other employees about them and that’s fine but nobody els came out to help. She pointed out a few boots and walked away… didn’t offer to help really look didn’t offer to help me order what I needed in my size simply gave up on assisting me. I am so disappointed been coming here for years and never had bad service till today…

This is a nice place! I find good deals here. Good selection of used tack too. Some of the items I bought at fleet farm are cheaper at J&B so I'm returning then to buy here instead!!

I have purchased multiple saddles and tack items here over the past few years. The prices are good, the selection is good and the staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. If you want it and they don't have it, they will find it for you. The company reps from Tucker, Circle Y, etc. that help out at the special events are also great to work with. I just purchased another saddle and the Big Horn rep was there. He educated me so I could make a better decision for both me and my horse. Trade-in prices are also fair if you're looking to trade-in or upgrade any of your tack. I drive all the way from the Twin Cities metro area just to shop here. Than you J & B!

Most of their CS is friendly, had a time or two that the older gals were quite rude to me for no apparent reason (I even bought things in their store when the power was out that day and they treated me like a crook). Wish their return policy was more apparent. Boot selection is good but not that great, like to see better Ariat tall shaft boot selection and sizes.

I needed a pair of motorcy boots. I saw there post on FB. They said they had boots. I was able to go in this morning an look. They don't have big selection. ( understanding) but they did have some. We were helped right away an shown couple pair. I found a pair I like CHIPPAWA. They have leather strap belt on side for adjusting. They feel great!! My wife also got a pair with the ankle belt around boot. We got theme for around 380.00 total. J&B I HAVE GOTTEN OTHER BOOTS FROM THERE THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT BOOTS!! I WILL KEEP GOING THERE!!

Great place. When it comes western wear, saddles and other tack. If J & B does not have it ... you and your horse must not need it. Very knowledgeable staff.

Poor customer service and they wanted to charge an additional 15 to order my sz of cowboy boys. They didn't have much of a selection either for womens that were girly.
