It feels like the gas pumps aren't messed up as much these days. Pizza has always been good, an easy way to start the day. I haven't had any problems with the cashiers or kitchen staff, they've always been kind and strike up some good small talk while transactions are made. As for the atmosphere, well.. It's a gas station, there isn't much to brag about. Certainly doesn't look as good as Kwik Trip but the food is just about on the same level.

There is a girl cashier (pink color in her hair) that is incredibly rude every time I go in there. She clearly hates her job because I see her being rude to just about everyone she waits on. I understand help is hard to find right now but she is losing customers. I work in town and I have heard several of my co-workers say they also avoid going here because of her. Also needs a good house cleaning. Don't look in the kitchen if you plan on eating there food.

Very nice place in the area, easy in and out and lots of parking space, nice staff plenty of options to eat and drink! Loved this place a lot!!! However there’s only one restroom for such a busy and nice place and it’s closed at 1100pm🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I cannot recommend this place. It needs a serious housecleaning of the building, kitchen and staff. Bad food handling practices & lack of cleanliness.The general attitude and lack of attention to details tells me this place is not a place to stop except maybe for gas at the pump. Greasy cardboard bin outside the kitchen area (could have been moved 2-3 feet into the space between the kitchen and off sale).This was my 4th time stopping in and trying to get a pizza (a free one from a previous messed up order). I waited & watched, because after seeing a young clerk pick up something up off the floorand then return to touch food, I was mortified. I spoke up about changing gloves and the assistant manager got really nasty after that.I have no issue with her being insecure and snapping at me. doesn't bother me. What did bother me is that she snapped at several other customer waiting. Not good for business and store image. If I was her boss, she's be fired & the rest of the staff would have a serious discussion about their position and expectations too."Do your thing on your time. On the job, show up looking like you want to be there, clean and put together. Your customers (may not always make you happy)... remember they are the reason you have a job."

Filthiest Casey’s I have ever seen. Cigarette butts all over ground, garbages full and bathrooms filthy. Guess if you are the only game in town no need to improve anything is there.

This place has gone down hill so bad. I stop at the store 2 to 3 times daily. The place is always filthy, staff are extremely rude, and not helpful. Terrible customer service! They talk about smoking Marijuana, and listen to loud explicit music, regardless of our children being there. I spoke with the assistant manager about it and she laughed.I made the decision today to be done with the store completely, along with many other people in our area. We all used to love this store. Just horrible.

I ordered food and went to get it and they didn't have it started. They said the alarm for the printer was broken.I used to work for a Casey's, when we had problems with the printer we were told to shut off the online ordering. They had been cleaning the kitchen, which is probably the only spot in the store that was clean.Bathrooms often look like something exploded. Last I saw, the toilet paper holder was just sitting on the floor. The closing cashier seems to have a severe nicotine addiction. The trash cans outside are seldom empty.

Not only the dirtiest Casey’s I have come across but, the dirtiest convenience store I have ever seen. The bathrooms were bad enough, the food area was disgusting. Every surface was covered in grime! I went in for simple things such as coffee (which was tasteless) and a breakfast item. Left with nothing!

Terrible location with employees (not all) that treat customers like they are a burden. DO NOT walk in 15 minutes to close while the female employee is counting the closed till, you will be shamed along with any other customers near the counter at that moment. Bad move to treat your neighbors this way. Everyone has a less than ideal day, however, at least a forced smile does quite a bit for the mood. This is the only Casey's that says if you want your points for fuel (if you can find a working pump,) you must prepay or call their 800 number, hmm. Good luck with that, no answers from corporate to messages or emails. If no stars were possible I'd give that. I guess I don't need to accumulate points for places I do not shop much anymore.

I work right in Pillager and this gas station would be very convenient but now I avoid it at all costs. One of the staff constantly comments on personal things that he should not be, making me feel very uncomfortable. The other day I walked in and he said, “looks like someone is having a rough day.” And told my coworker, “jeez, your having a bad hair day.” Just very unprofessional and uncalled for. The staff used to be so kind and helpful so it really is unfortunate.

We live close by and have order multi times. A year ago they would of gotten a 5 star rating for great pizza. The last 5x (which is 2 to many) they have NOT gotten the order right. Customer service and details to quality have disappeared. Sad that I will not be ordering again from this store. I would order 3-6 pizzas a week.

Garbage inside was full (and smelly), had to ask for large fountain lids for pop that tasted kinda flat, all the napkin containers were empty. Marlboros are advertised to be $1.50 off two packs buts its really a dollar off. The pizza was good but to saucy. Overall could improve but could be worse!

this gas station has nothing but old pizza available most of the time.and even when it's old crusty pizza u are still charged full price. u have to special order everything other than the pizza. u will not find egg rolls here. u will hardly have the chance to buy anything else on demand from the deli. the pizza is too expensive when u compare it to dominoes or little Ceasars. the deli food was much better b4 it was a caseys 100%

This station is on my way to work. This could relate to convenience, if management made this a convenient store.They have food placed in three locations, two of them stocking the same food.You must either pay at the pump for your fuel, or pre-pay with cash. If I wish to fill my fuel tank, this is not convenient.I am now going to a different, more convenient station, if out of my way.

I used to love stopping here for breakfast on my way to work in the morning! Now it seems everything is always burnt!! I don't know who is in charge of putting this out for quality but it's not good! I'm not a person who likes to complain at all so it makes it tough! Time is limited so when I stop I don't have time to say nah ima go somewhere else. I'm sure it will get better lol

They really need to work on training at this location. The store is newly remodel but this miss the mark on staffing cleanliness and all around attentiveness to work. Maybe send management to learn from better operations to bring back and train staff. Not like other Casey’s that’s for sure.

It is a clean gas station. The card readers seem to work well and you don't have to wait long. If you want a snack be ready to pay a bit extra. The reason I gave it 3 stars is how expensive stuff is in there.

Some specific staff members treat customers like an inconvenience.Specifically the older girls at the registers. Especially the one who for some reason doesn't wear a mask but handles food.I don't usually care, but this place is egregiously bad.

Terrible customer service! The cashier Mckenzie was rude to me after she gave me the wrong product x2. Another cashier tried to fix the problem by voiding the item, but my bank was already charged. I had to pay another 27.00 to buy the correct item! This is not the first time I encountered a crabby, unprofessional female cashier! I will not be going back to your store!

I sat at the pump 10 min and my card said wait moment and cancelled then I proceeded to do it again same the thing .I went into the store and the gentleman said well it's a hit or miss this hole took 10 min .very frustrating.

Daytime staff rude, make you feel like you are taking up their time, have yet to be there once when the windshield washer jugs have ANYTHING in it by the pumps. Have to start planning on others

Has become the ''yellow bag'' gas station. Pumps are always down or OUT of GAS.Unfortunately it is now the only gas station intown next one is 10 miles away. Looks like the franchisee is going broke.

Service isent that good. Thay are out of gas or most pumps are down and the creidit card papers are running out and the employees tell you that thay are not getting anymore. Not good business poor.

Cashier was not pleasant and never smiled. She seems like she doesn't like her job, though she can run two tills at once.
