So many options for many different types of animals. Very friendly staff who are ready and willing to help with any questions and make recommendations when needed. They have fun dog "cakes" and treats for those special occasions. Great service overall and I highly recommend!!

What a great place! Great selection of anything you could need and always friendly and helpful staff every visit! I tried out grooming services for the first time yesterday and they did a great job listening and executing haircut on my pup that I am very picky about. He looks great and we will be returning. After 3 hours my dog was "ready" for pickup. When I got her home I noticed a small knick above her left eye which explains why Joan couldn't finish grooming her face. Her entire body was cut uneven and she already looks like she needs to be groomed again just one week later. Not sure what took over 3 hours. $40+ I would like back.

My dog loves PlayCare at the Backyard, we call it kindergarten. Whenever she goes to her kindergarten she comes home so tired and happy! Once she knows its kindergarten day her tail doesn't stop until she passes out at night at home. Thank you for taking such a great care of my baby :)

Kind of your only choice for a pet store in the area. Luckily, it has most of what we look for and we liked the brands it carries. The staff was very friendly. There's also a groomer on site which is convenient
