Friendly staff, overall clean store, lots of random things that i wouldnt think id need but i do! I go here at least once or twice a week and never leave empty handed, i always find what i need.

It's a relaxed atmosphere. Most days. But there are moments that are hectic. And a few of the employees are rather snooty and stuck up. I MISS MS. PATTY!

Not the worst place to shop, but there's not much good to be said about it either, occasionally you can find some deals. Often lacks the items we expect them to have, that we subsequently can find at a dollar general or a dollar tree.Even after several years, I've never seen the store organized or clean during a visit.Bought some helium balloons online and want to get them filled like you can at Dollar Tree? Nope, they'll turn you away unless you buy your balloons from them. Central Market across the street will do it, but they'll charge you about 5 bucks per balloon.

Manager was walking around the store talking on her phone for what seemed like eternity. Wouldn't have been so bad but she was very loud. Apparently having store issues and was discussing store business. I wanted to hurry and leave. Was sick of listening to her voice. She needs to take that in the back room or her office and not in the middle of the store. Very unprofessional.

Nice staff. Store is pretty crowded with unstocked product, even though the shelves are pretty empty, making it hard to navigate in such a small building. Even with a hand basket. Prices are higher than one would expect for a Dollar store.

Very disappointed, asked a cashier to check on availability of a item in back , they had one on shelf and we wanted another and at first my daughter who wanted the item (shes 6) approached the cashier with mom not far behind and the cashier ignored my daughter so my wife spoke up and the cashier responded with , " I'm sure we do but there probably buried so I dont want to go look right now, stop back another time " ... now mind you there were two cashiers and only one register open and we asked the cashier that wasnt busy .. now I'm not the biggest fan of Walmart but when you ask a employee there to check the availability of a item they do . And had Walmart not been 20 min away I wouldn't have left without getting the items I already had , but I can assure you with this kind of customer service I wont patron this store if I dont have too .. "maybe another time"

Family Dollar is a fun store to shop in, but Family Dollar has a problem with paying their Vendors.They don't communicate!

The isles were block with boxes I could not see a lot of the items. And for it being a Dallas store I could get it a lot cheaper at walmart
