We love Stay and Play. Our dogs love it, too. They are easy to work with, great communication, and great service. They ha e great grooming services as well. Just a wonderful and friendly place. We have been taking our 2 dogs here for the last 2 years. I live in the cities and there are plenty of places to take my dogs too over there, but we prefer Stay and Play when we go up north. Wish they were closer for when we go out of state. Thank you for all you do.

Our 3 month old puppy stayed here for a week while we stayed at one of the area resorts. It was obvious during our afternoon drop offs each day that Kouver was well taken care of by the staff. He did not seem stressed in the morning when we’d pick him up and was excited to go back to play with his new friends. He was always clean upon pick up too. We’ll definitely have him stay here next year.

This is a great place to take you dog for grooming. They are kind and gentle. Even my timid dog likes it.The boarding is also very good. I love that they have online scheduling for both grooming and boarding.

Sounds like the bad reviews on here are people not being able to plan accordingly and taking out on the kennel or people who are just bitter. Our experience was GREAT! Our three dogs went there for the first time ever being boarded. The staff was accommodating, they asked thorough questions about our dogs and their behavior. When we picked them up, the staff gave us a full report of how our dogs did and how play time went. Our dogs were not stressed whatsoever and they were clearly very comfortable with the staff. I HIGHLY recommend Stay and Play! Thanks so much and we will be back!

My crazy puppy goes to Stay and Play almost every day, he's got much puppy energy, and he's a rascal! (Loveable rascal!). Stay and Play is perfect for him - he plays and hangs out, and perfect for me so I can get things done during the day!

I boarded my dog for a week at this facility. I prepackaged her food for every single day. When I went to pick her up, all but two days of food was still there. They claimed she didn't eat her food and so they gave her their own wet food that made her sick. They had strict instructions on how much wet food to give her, but he was very dismissive when I was trying to tell him that. As I was leaving she had a horrible diarrhea and this continued for 2 days. I had to take her to my vet and she had a bacterial infection, hence a vet bill and a antibiotic bill. I had spoken to the owner before I took her to the vet and he just claimed she wouldn't eat her food. I know better. They also gave her one blanket to sleep on even though I gave two blankets to them and toys the one blanket and toys were never even given to her. She also had a horrible smell from the facility. I would never bring my dog back nor would I recommend this place again..

They are very caring! Our toy poodle had Never stayed anywhere..as she has Separation Anxiety. We're pleased that Now we know where she can go when we Need to go Places that she can't go♥️

We are actually from Iowa and use Stay and Play for our pup while we are on vacation in the lakes area. Always very happy with the care our dog gets and she is always happy and clean when we pick her up. It’s much more comforting to know she is staying nearby when we are 8 hours away from home.

Stay and Play is a great fit for my dogs. They must enjoy stay there a great deal, they act so depressed for a few days once we return home. the staff is fun and friendly. It is a great resort for while we are away.

We were surprised at the facility after reading so many great reviews and website description. It’s clean but very, very loud as all the dogs face each other and bark non stop. There’s no music or “furnished” dog rooms like the web description. I guess that is why there are no photos of the amenities on the website. Huge play area but all the dogs are just in tight kennels. We didn’t leave our dog and are now winging it without another option. Just didn’t feel right.

My baby max comes here for daycare 4 days a week and just loves it to the point he knows when he is getting dropped off and for the overnights he is never scared! Staff totally loving to owners to the point make it available to playtime away from there with his special friends! 😍

We left our sweet Ruby at Stay and Play a couple years ago and she loved it!! She was a 14 yr old cocker spaniel who was also deaf. I really think she had a great time!

Might have to try them again before I really rate them, my impression was a little lower then expected just not reallying what I thought it was. Employees were really nice it seem, I just really didnt know alot about how how the kennel was set up inside there cages that's probably my fault just ask before you board and you can use your own judgement

Was going to use their service over Thanksgiving, but realized too late they had holiday hours and I wouldn’t be able to make it in time. Luckily, the 15 year old mouth breather you let use the phones informed me of this rudely, and when I explained we wouldn’t make it in time I was promptly hung up on and sent a cancellation email.Learn some customer service or maybe don’t hire your niece to handle phone calls.
