Just went out to eat for dinner and ngl worst food ever, 3 workers with 1 dine in and 2 drive thru. Didn’t get my food for 20ish min while drive thru time is 5 to 8min, food came out cold/old didn’t look fresh at all. Had a smell to the chicken like it was old or raw. Fries were already stail. + didn’t look like they had certified manager on shift. 6/10

Good, clean, DQ. Their burgers have never been my favorite but that's not a knock on the quality of this DQ but on the franchise as a whole. Chicken tender sandwich was good, fries were delicious, and the ice in the soda machine is the smaller balls that you can crunch on. Good experience and the staff were friendly, I just wish they would rework their burgers to make them palatable.

My family stopped here on 7/21 for a quick lunch while on our 4 hour drive home. The food was good and fresh, no issues there. The large blonde lady who appeared to be the Shift Manager was bossy and rude and I wouldn't return if we lived in the area. As I was ordering two of the same items she got angry and put her finger up and demanded "One at a time!". There were two other situations in which she spoke down to me as if I was a nuisance to her, and no, I did nothing to deserve such poor treatment. I've done a good amount of customer service work in my time and would never speak to a customer the way she spoke to me.

The food has gotten better. We have 3 granddaughters that work there, and they seem to like it. Especially like the new blizzard flavors.

Good food and treats. I will say that it does seem to take a little longer than it should when u go into the store as opposed to drive through. I remember all I had was a blizzard , and I watched about 4 cars go through the drive through with cars full of people and finally I got my blizzard.

Another fast food place but centered around soft serve type ice cream. I like some of their items. Some facilities are nice sandwich shops, others are ice cream stands. I like the spicey Flamethrower and double burger.

Quick fast food place that specalizes in ice cream of all kinds. Their chicken basket is my favorite with the fries and butter texas toast. This trip I ordered a chilli dog and their smothered cheese fries. Very surprised by the cheese fries, really delious. Did I say I ordered the strawberry sundae...yes I did, but that's for later. It's in my freezer waiting for me to attack. You know you want a Blizzard now... So swing on by.

Nice place, I just wish they could get my order right. Went through drive thru last time and they didn't get my order right. Went in tonight, this time went inside. Ordered a royal reese's brownie blizzard and asked specifically to make sure the PB core was there because it was forgotten last time. They assured me it was and that they made sure if it. For home and not a drop of PB sauce

Quick and convenient. Teens working are very rambunctious and loud. The blonde kid working 6/7/18 was running around from the bathroom to behind the counter with a cleaning bottle. Was he really cleaning the bathroom in between orders? I hope not.

Ice cream is good as in all DQ stores. But every time I've been at this location the fries are cold. I've watched them and the scoop them up and set them in the window first thing and set there till the rest of my order is done.

There was hair in my gravey sauce, my husband noticed after eating that his BUffalo sauce had been over a month expired. They do not know what customer service is. Their malts are like soup. Very displeased. We are locals and eat there every once in a while and every time we eat there they are rude, fries are always stale. Not giving them another chance after this one.

They got my order wrong, charged me for food I didn't order and didn't redeem me for it. Gave me a coupon for a free small smoothie. They said I can keep the extra food "I didn't order" or throw it out. I won't be back.

We had the chicken strip basket. It was hot and crispy. We like dipping the chicken in the ranch dressing sauce. The fries were hot and fresh. Yummy!😁

Blizzards are always disappointing. Less than even halfway into it mostly vanilla left. Heard same complaint from multiple people. If you want better food and service go to DQ in Nisswa or Pine River.

Strangly, I got pink eye from my cheese curds and they tasted like someone farted in them. Also when Cole K delivered my blizzard it came the bathroom and the whipped cream wasn’t whipped and was pretty salty and not fluffy. Hmm not sure what that was about. Also when I went to drop a deuce of farts there was skid marks in my pants and I can assure you they weren’t mine. Idk bout this place is kinda sketchy

I ate here twice when staying in the area for work. The people were nice the food and I ream was very good. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to somebody traveling to the area.

Decent food my burger was cold and messy but delicious I was disappointed that I couldn't use their app but they did present me with a coupon because of that situation although this is not the first time computers seem to be always on a glitch.

We purposely go to this DQ when we go "up north" because they are by far the best in service. Food is good too. The facility is modern and clean.
