Mike and Jess are awesome always there when needed. Their service techs are very professional and courteous. We just completed a a high end dog kennel complete with restrooms in floor heat , mini split for cooling . Along with an air exchange system . Called all the other plumbers in the area and none got back to me. Only Advanced called me back and they sent someone out within 3 hours of my call to fix a clogged drain that I was unable to reach. Jeremy was great, worked quick, and gave me good recommendations. They followed Covid protocols which was great since I am high risk, so I was comfortable with having them work in my home. We had a lift station fail where I work. It rendered an entire floor of bathrooms unusable. I called Mike at Advanced and didn’t need to explain how dire the situation was with a large amount of employees on hand. He arrived in 30 minutes, pulled the failed unit, and has us back up and running within one hour of my call. He’s been our companies trusted partner ever since.

I reached out to the owner Mike Scott. We scheduled an appointment to come out and look at my water and the plumbing for water filtration. He never showed up to the appointment he scheduled. I left text messages as well as reached out to his secretary. They were not able to reach him as well. It has been several days and no contact from him or his company. I hope everything is ok. I will be looking for another plumbing company in the brainerd area.

After a winter holiday weekend I came home to a furnace that wasn’t working. Even though it was the first day after the holiday weekend and as such their schedule was already full they squeezed me in so that I wasn’t without heat.
