The hot dog I got with #13 was so dried out it looked like it must have been on a heating element for hours. It had very little chili on it. Also, must have been heated up before boxing it because bun was hot and soggy. Should probably put fork and knife in the to go bag?!Fries were good. Guess only stopping for fries and blizzards.

We were not impressed with the person behind the counter, possibly the manager or leader. She was dressed in a different color shirt compared to the other workers and several times as she walked past the counter working she kept rolling her eyes and making angry looks while working. Other employees were really doing a good job but rolling your eyes about making orders is ridiculous when your customers are watching.Yes it gets busy at times I've been there, but your customers pay the bills also. Maybe try smiling because Jesus loves you and don't think he got crabby when he paid for rotten attitudes for everyone.

Small town DQ had very pleasant staff. The facility was clean even with it being a bit dated. Seating area was a comfortable temperature with the counter area being very warm. Plenty of parking.

I come here nearly every summer. And its a place I like to stop with my family primarily. But I have to say, the food is usually all over the place. Whether the burgers and buns are super dry, my order being wrong or getting hardly any fries in a fry order. The staff are usually friendly but your speaker and microphone for the drivethrough are...frustrating to deal with as a customer. There are honestly a few small improvements that would drastically change how I view my time coming here.

Had to wait 20 minutes for food then it was wrong. Then finally received our ice cream. Had to wait another 20 minutes for the new burger and fries and then go up and ask for it. Had to point out our sandwich in the warmer also. Our quick stop for fast food was not so quick. They need to come up with a better way of serving and keeping orders straight. Probably won't stop at again.

We waited 15 minutes in the drive through lane for 4 items. Only when my husband went in to see what was going on did we finally get our food. The ice cream was melted and our pretzels were cold. Evidently they made it and didn't bother to bring it out to us. No apology or explanation; the staff didn't seem to think it was a problem. We won't be stopping here again.

Very cold soggy fries, cold chicken strips, Texas toast had been obviously sitting out . Hard as a rock and tore like leather. I will not be going there again. We were there at 7:30pm and I would say the young kids pre make food . My bill was 27.00 for food that was thrown. 1 out of 3 burgers was warm.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Worst service ever. Takes over a half an hour to get food and takes 15 minutes for 1 blizzard. All of the staff look confused whenever you talk to them, place an order, or ask questions. Food usually comes out wrong. They forget to give drinks a lot too. You can stand at the counter for 20 minutes without getting acknowledged, just awkward looks and walking to the back. I ordered a salad and they forgot my dressing and my fork.

In dining closed at 4:00, though website states would be open to 7:00. False claim on door since I doubt this place hires nationally. Second bad experience in a row. So went to Perham which had great service and plenty of workers.

Today I ordered 5 buck lunch chcken strip, a lady handed me my order, the chicken was cold, and I showed her, she took back the chicken, and laughed.After waiting 2 more minutes, I just drived and left my order.Edit: The DG changed a lot, I asked the staff and they told me different owner took over, now every order is perfect, mostly I order the chicken basket, now its hot with enough dipping sauce. I changed my 1star to 5 star, Thanks for listening the customers reviews.

Went on a bike ride seen it coming into town decided to stop in for food. The lady at the counter was impatient on waiting for us to order. Asked for 2 things of ranch dip for chicken. Got our order no ranch and missing my Sundae. Went up asked for another thing of ranch and said my ice cream was missing. Pretty sure it was manager said you only get 1 and then left to do Sunday. I asked about the ranch again she said rudely you have to pay for it and then just slammed my ice cream container on table and walked away so I guess I'm not getting ranch? When we sat down to wat I noticed people coming back not having a full order. Would like a negative star option for this place

We ordered chicken strip baskets to go. Hardly any french fries in the basket. The toast looked like it would have been good except it was drowned in some yellow liquid. Two miles down the road arg! Won't be going back.

This is the slowest dairy queen I have ever had the displeasure of stepping foot in. They only had two people on staff during peak hours in the summer. They had blocked off the drive through because they were unable to handle the demand. I feel for the staff but this is absolutely unacceptable.

Clean, has good parking (some spots for vehicle/boat combos), dive-thru.Busy on the Sunday afternoon when I stopped, and maybe short of staff, so it took a little while for counter service vs. drive-thru. Friendly and prompt at my turn.

I would do no stars if it allowed. I worked while the one and only employee made a blizzard for drive thru... This took a long while. When he finally came to take orders, he said he could not help because the other employee had left to pick up his child and took his register card. We USB I potato out he used the drive thru register for the blizzard.... He said "oh yeah". Wrote my order down, stop got it wrong, tried to overcharge... It was a disaster. Never going back.

I go to alot of DQs in the area & this one is always the poorest! Customer service is all but non-existent here & plan on paying more for ice cream too, why is that? Portion size is consistently small! Avoid this one at all costs!

Several boxes of Dilly Bars on the way To the lake. Drive through worked great. The employees were wearing their PPE and all was well. I would happily go again.

Food was good, despite the best efforts of the two women working to serve it to us cold through their slow unconcerned service. The owners need to turn up the heat in the restaurant, I couldn't imagine sitting down to eat here.

At 1st we started in the drive-through then there was a car behind us we were waiting so long he backed out 1st and left we backed out and decided to go in thinking it would be quicker but then it took over half an hour to get two ice cream cones Don't think I would ever go here again if I'm in the area.

Dairy Queen food is ok but if you add a blizzard or frozen treat to your order then it'll put a smile on your face. Most everyone loves some flavor of blizzard :)

Friday night June 7th 2019 blonde snobby girl working was rude as could be. In her own words "you think they'd know we are closed" rudely as she was taking out the trash. May as well not work there if you want to be rude to potential customers, will not recommend this store. Will not return

The store needs a remodel and thorough cleaning. Can't help but feel a little dirty after waiting for 10+ minutes for chicken strips and fries basket while the place was virtually empty.

Ordered ice cream in the drive thru. Left icecream sit while they made change, handed us melted icecream and then when we asked for napkins the young lady thrust them at us and rolled her eyes .Great place to go if you are in need of teenage attitude.

By far the worst dairy queen I have ever been to!!! they are always short staffed and they always have bad aditudes 😔 I ordered the flame thrower,the lettuce was wilted my bottom bun was so soggy never again will I go here😠
