Schrupp’s always has excellent meat of all kinds. Im a big time rib guy. I smoke my own and have an excellent recipe, but my ribs dont even come close to Schrupp’s smoked pork ribs. They are the best ribs I’ve ever had.All the employees that Ive had the pleasure of dealing with have been just wonderful. Very kind, polite, respectful folks that will put a smile on your face.

If you like steak, ask for the shrupp steak. Butcher cuts it so it is better than a NY strip or porterhouse. So fantastic. Melts in your mouth. If any left, it slices thin like a prime and with salad, bluecheese, it's better than 5 star
