We had a sick cat, had never taken her to a vet & called the Ark on recommendations from previous customers. They just had a cancellation so got us in the next day. It was clean, friendly & the staff professional. Our Kitty had a gagging cough & really lethargic. We waited just 5 mins to be called back, the vets assistant was great, Doctor came in & she was great. We left w/medicine all in about 30 minutes I’d that. I highly recommend them for animal health care. We I’m fact will return for services there as we will have regular health care needs. We trust them 100%.

Called as a new patient and was able to get in within a couple of days. Appointment was on time, well done, in and out in about 15 minutes. I got the medication I needed for my dog. Will happily return for both my Yorkies pet care needs, as well as recommend to others.

Everyone is so pleasant and answered my questions. I really like the cat tree in the room as it helps keep the cats occupied.There needs to be pricing transparency. And maybe better training for those answering phones…still happy with how Taz was treated and he’s doing fabulous! I’m just frustrated with all the miscommunication with pricing and requirements for neutering (pre-surgical exam).

So happy with knowledgeable office staff and Docs. Genuinely care about the health and well-being our of our pets and us as people. Procedure follow-up is very considerate and is outstanding. They have provided services for our pets needs and we have never found the need to go elsewhere. When they found out one of my dogs had passed away they sent condolences sent and everything. And made a donation to The local animal shelter in honor of my pet. This of course is only one example there are numerous over the 25+ years.

I brought my cats to the vet for the first time to get them their shots. And ark animal hospital were absolutely amazing and sweet to my kitties and me. They were super awesome and fast. Would completely recommend them. Definitely coming back for all my kitties needs. I am very pleased with their service and prices and staff. And their building is very beautiful as well. They also had a kat tree in the room. Though that was pretty nice.

Our standard poodle Fergus has been experiencing an itchy, scabby rash on his neck. We took him to the Ark and had a very positive appointment. Everyone we had contact with was very kind and professional. We are blessed to have a facility like the Ark in our neck of the woods! Highly recommend their services!

Very much to expensive over $340 for blood test, fluid and to take her temperature, staff not friendly, nobody knew nothing nor how to even hear a heart beat in our cat. Took 3 people to try and still didn't get a beat.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent service. Dr. Megan Hockenson did a wonderful job helping our dog Lily with her ear trouble. Her explanation and listening skills were professional, compassionate and over the top full of wisdom. The Vet Technicians were friendly, compassionate and extremely helpful. I was very impressed!

I have owned dogs and cats for many years and can honestly say that this veterinary clinic is the best I’ve vet experienced. My dog had horrible allergies and they were able to get us in very quick and help us get his allergies under control. The staff at ark animal hospital has kept in touch with me and has kept tabs on how he is doing. Communication is 100% there. I can tell they really care about me and my pets. Glad to say they are my favorite vet and I hope to stick with them for many more years.

We had an emergency with my kitten and it was very close to closing time for the vet but I called and they told me I could bring him in. I thought I was going to have to put my kitten down but Dr. Long saved his life. Im so grateful to her and her team for staying so long and taking care of my little fur baby.

We where up at our family lake home and our dog somehow hurt her foot, started limping pretty badly. I called and they go Bella in same day, not too much of a with pretty easy in and easy out. Out of pocket expenses wasn't too bad. And they called a week later to check on her great spot for animal care and emegercy.. Bella is all better and back to enjoying the lake

We brought my dog in with severe weight loss she wasn’t given an exam and the vet was extremely rude to my husband. Her condition improved with diet change which was their only advice until her condition plummeted again. the other two vets we brought our 3 year old dog to said at that point it was to late to save her and she had complete kidney failure. We tried everything from IV fluids to antibiotics. They said she would’ve had a chance if she was given a proper exam at her initial visit. I will never bring another animal there. And do not recommend them to anyone. Weight loss is a serious problem and should never be taken lightly.

We had an emergency. We were from out of town and had to leave in two hours. We showed up, explained our situation, and we’re seen by the doctor in 15 minutes even though she was scheduled for surgery. We can not express enough our appreciation for their consideration. And the doctor’s evaluation and subsequent treatment for our little girl, Topsee Turvee , was perfect. Thanks ARK.

My poor puppy Maverick had to go see the vet for x rays on his leg. Unfortunately his leg is broken and the staff at the Ark Animal Hospital were amazing and super helpful. My puppy has to have surgery and Amanda and other staff went above and beyond to help me find a place to get him the care he needs! Thank you so much to all of you and taking the time to help me. They truly care about the animals and the work they do!

We have used The Ark several times this summer for our lab puppy, both for routine procedures and treatment of repeated infections. The doctors and staff are incredible. They are very competent but also make you feel that they really care about you and your pet. They manage the office very well - keeping to a schedule, returning calls, providing detailed feedback, etc. We are fortunate to have this group in the area.

Every one was so kind. Kloe is an anxious dog and every one did so well with her! Because of Kloe’s anxiety, she doesn’t handle change very well, and outings can really affect her behavior when we get home. She did great!!
