Very clean and well stocked store. Only thing I have against Target is everything being more expensive there, but sometimes you gotta go for that one certain thing and you walk out with three bags! Great customer service too, even if you're on a self-checkout.

I enjoy shopping at my local target because the employees there are very helpful patient and kind! I am legally blind. I need assistant shopping and targets employees that have helped me shop are very helpful and very kind and very patient and understanding with my needs they help me around the store by guiding the cart, and they explain products to me and they tell me the prices of products, and if I need to know like colors or like how long to cook some thing they will reed them to me too! I would highly highly recommend shopping at target!

The owatonna target is not worth your time. Drive to the Rochester or twin cities location. Things are out of stock a lot at this location and the staff are rude.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have used afterpay many times I'm store at target but it's been about 6 months since the last time I used it. Afterpay started only allowing online for target. When I get asked for help, I get looked at like I'm stupid instead of being offered help! Left my cart where it was and walked out. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this store. I'll drive extra and go tothe mankato location

Shopping and saw an end cap with several miscellaneous items with a sign stating 50 percent off. Saw an item to purchase went to the cashier, couldn't buy it with the 'sale'. Several different excuses as to why not, but bottom line, the end cap stated 50 percent off and that it'll ring up at the register. Nothing there was marked so went to purchase and 'oh dear' can't sell it for the advertised sale even though it was clearly marked, even showed them a picture of it. Bad customer service Target, there were only two of those items left and couldn't honor your advertised pricing. Not sure I will be shopping there again. Watch out for false pricing.

I enjoy shopping at this location. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. The only bad thing I can think of is the discrepancy between their inventory according to the app. I’ve gone in a few times for something specific and the app says they have it in stock but once I get there, it’s not in stock.

Wanted to say thank you to all the team members at the Owatonna Minnesota Target store that continually are so kind and helpful to my father anytime he comes into the store to do an order pickup or shop. I live north in Duluth and place the orders for him as it’s easier and he goes and picks them up when he has the time after they are ready. He is a bit older, but it’s often challenging for him to navigate certain things in our technology driven world as he has very little understanding of computers, and really his own phone in general. He tells me after every pickup that the experience was great, easy, and very helpful. I had a lot of anxiety the first time we did this as he loses his patience quickly and often becomes frustrated. I cannot express my gratitude for the phone call I received the first time he did a pickup to tell me how smoothly things had gone and how much he liked that we worked something like this out. Thank you thank you thank you, for making his experience so easy and great every time. I appreciate it more than I can say, especially living a distance away, and I know he appreciates the convenience of it all too! THANK YOU AGAIN!

CVS Pharmacy sold me Medication that at expired 4 months before.I had to have special shots. Got them from pharmacy!Hope the pharmacy has improved!Rest of store, I love.

Great service! I was looking for small batteries for an Xmas ornament and I had been to several places looking to no avail. Abby was in the grocery area and took me around to the various battery stands until I got connected with someone who could get me to the right place. It was busy but they didn't hesitate to make sure I got where and what I needed.

I want to take a moment and thank Snow from Starbucks for the personalized time she spent with us. I was delighted when she wrote me a note on the package of my egg bites. Even though the Starbucks was quite busy, she was very attentive to everyone. Thank you Snow for making my 4th of July so special!

Horrible service. Waited in line for over 5 minutes in the express isle with one other lady in front of me while the gentlemen in charge of the checkout talked to another team member away from is proper location. When the gloves I came in to buy rang up at $25.99 although found in the $9.99 section he offered no help saying they were placed in the wrong location. When I said he should have someone check that area he ignored me.

A person named Barb, according to the name tag should not work on holiday weekends, and certainly not around guests, if it is going to be so difficult for her not to snap at them, to bang the hangers she collects from the check out stands, or stomp around where people are trying to check out. All the handheld baskets are at the front rather than available throughout the store Didn't find what I wanted. The cashier was polite.

I was doing my once a month shopping trip to Target, on Thurs. evening, and had finished, heading to the check out. My cart was loaded, as my list was long! No one at the check outs, great! The 2 checkers waiting for customers. I start unloading, explained I was going to split it onto 2 separate transactions, as some of it was for our business. (I have a retail store too.) And wouldn't you know it the people started lining up behind me. So I and my granddaughter helped bag our items, so it would go as quickly as possible. But, the guy that was checking me out, knew the guy in line behind me. (He had a case of water) So they start talking, back and forth! WAIT! I'm the one checking out, and the cashier is paying more attention to the guy behind me than what he's doing! So he's not giving me my buy 3 get one free item, didn't give me credit for the bags I brought in, or the give card for the 2 advil I bought. Then rolls his eyes when I start my 2nd transaction, and sighs when my granddaughter want to by a pair of pj pants. Then the guy behind me has the nerve to ask me to move the cart, so he can set down his water! Needless to say, I don't think my $300.00 shopping spree was appreciated. Now another trip back to the store to get things straighten out, that I really don't have time for! Not good customer service! Open up a few more check outs to get customers through please!I went back into town to Target on Sat. night with my receipt and complaints, I worked with Selena. She was very direct, very apologetic, and compensated me for my extra trip and time. I appreciated her efforts to make it right

Love using cartwheel. Target has nice clothing lines and competitive prices. Also like that returns are easy, especially if you have a RedCard, everything you buy is already in the system and you don't need your receipt (in case you lose it, or forget it). The Owatonna Target has a really good grocery selection now too, wish it was a super Target, then I would never have to go anywhere else!!

It's a nice small Target. They don't always have the greatest selection of things. However, everything is easy to find and staff are helpful.
