AWESOME!Next dept.,same great service!AWESOME!Check out guy was awesome too as I had a marked down item of mis-tinted paint and he took care of it immediately. Adam in appliances is the best! I deal with extreme anxiety so when my dryer belt broke I rush to Lowe’s understanding they had replacement that works with my dryer. Apon my arrival we both was in confusion the web site said the part was at this location but the package said a different size Adam didn’t give up and we figured it out. Sometime you just need a little more effort the kind I got from him and not from management. Thanks again definitely needs a raise.

Absolutely horrible experience. We bought a washer and dryer spending almost 2 grand. The washer broke less than 24 hrs in. Called them they told me I had to bring it back in and exchange it. Well I can't do that I have no help getting it out. They never offered to come fix it. They said the manager would call the next day. Well 3 days later still have not heard anything. Finally call corporate hopefully they can help me. It just seems like they don't care.

6 people.. 6 PEOPLE STANDING AROUND. while my self checkout indicator is Red. And not a soul comes to help me. This is the norm for this store. Congratulations! You lost a customer for life and I will literally drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid your store. Ever wonder why the Mankato Lowe's didn't make it? Well go to the Owatonna one and you'll find a perfect example!! 👏👏

I got "Eclipse" glasses there.ISO: 12312-2(These are proprted to be safe.)I tested by using the BRIGHT LED on my phone. When i got outside, then i looked at glare and reflexions... they were dim, and no trace of the image after i looked away.: o)

They are helpful there but when training in a girl you shouldn’t leave them alone to do something that they haven’t done before. I just didn’t find that very professional. The girl did very well but she had to go find someone to make sure she was doing it right and then she was told she didn’t have to take it off the bar it was on instead of encouraging her. I had patience and didn’t mind waiting for her. It was all good! I just hope she starts getting more encouragement as time goes on so she stays there! I only got a 2 and a half foot clear runner for when I come in my apartment. That’s all I needed.

Busy day for shopping, Black Friday, i had planned to buy a new dishwasher, I was there for 2 hours.It felt like a game, because I had just opened a credit card with Lowes. After doing the math on paper, I made a final decision on a unit & while at the register to pay, i was told, to go home and order it on line. I am a senior, yet tech savvy. 20% off if you use a new card, and free lowes card for the $189.00 installation.It was stressful and not how i like to do business.

My review isn't so much about the store. The store is fine, but this is more to give a shout out to an employee. I have been in and out of there a lot lately for a project. Andrew went above and beyond to being more than helpful and friendly (on more than 1 occasion). You just don't get that too much these days. So thanks to Andrew for the excellent job that you do. I hope they realize how great you are.

Beware when getting online check to see if really out of stock. Had seasonal item canceled due to out of stock and had a couple on the shelf. Frustrating but awesome deals and great service at desk.

Well for a place that says they sell good lumber they sure dont know what is what. Dont know the difference between a 2×4 and ywood. They did how ever have a big selection and many other things and tools to go with any home project

Picked a fridge out was told it was in main warehouse only reason we picked it as we needed it soon. they gave us 2 estimate dates for delivery 1st passed got a call for 2nd date delivery waited my 8:30-12:30 no show called lowes they said no fridge came in. Salesman called next day now saying he never said fridge was available that soon its now backordered 2 months. They will lie to get a sale get it in writing that they say it's in the warehouse ready to go. I have a feeling they sold the fridge when it came to the store.

I went to Lowe's in Owatonna mn. For a peace of glass to be cut. They told me it would cost me 100.00 dollars. I went to Albert Lea. It cost me 22.00 dollars. If the price of staff at Lowes is marked up that high. I will go to different stores.

$30.00 plus dollars for a broken rake, no thank you. I showed a flunky on the floor all the rakes that were broken during their assembly, and I guarantee you he put them right back on the shelf to be sold to some unsuspecting customer.

Whatever you do don't use their delivery they're supposed to give you a half hour notice they don't. They'll pull up call, take a picture and leave. There's definitely a language barrier between Lowe's and the people that they outsource their delivery to. They should have never outsourced their delivery. Worst corporate decision ever . What's even more disappointing is when you call to explain this to Lowe's the management that said that they'll look into this well, they never get back to you. Been over a month now . Bought a $3,000 fridge and $1,000 dishwasher .considering other options then Lowe's

In the past I was never a big fan of Lowes. Once I moved to the area I found myself here a lot more than I expected. The selection of tools and equipment is the best. The staff is top notch, always helpful and very friendly.

Wanted sheet vinyl installed in 2 rooms, which involved Lowe's sending a person to do detailed measurements and then getting price quote from Lowe's. We had picked out the flooring and showed it to person that did measuring. We called Lowe's 5 days later and they had quote for click together flooring instead. Asked for them to give quote on vinyl, which they said they would. No response 5 days later, so we purchased elsewhere. Out 35 dollars for measuring.

Got home with new range, is all bent up and damaged bad, store manager made no attempt to make it right other than to bring it back and then wait weeks for a new one! There is rust on the dented areas! Very poor customer service!

I shopped the morning of 4/5/22 for items to help get wood stain off of 2x4s. It was outrageous how good the customer service was. I thought I was on the set of some TV show. Everyone had a smile, greeted me, asked if they could help. I'm blown away with how great the customer service was. I love it when companies take care of their customers! Great job Owatonna Lowe's team!!!
