Fleet farm has steadily declined over the years to meet my expectations. After the Mills family sold it. It has become just another store and the things that made it unique and made it a good place to go have diminished greatly. They are off and out of stock of staple items for months at a time... And the selection of things from the farm side of the equation has become drastically reduced.

Went to buy 3 shirts on clearence and they all had a blue clearence sticker on the tag which on the sign above said take an extra 90% off. When I got to the register it only rang up at 50% off so I showed the cashier the picture I took of sign and and asked if someone could override it since the sign was wrong. She told me that it was thr clothing departments fault the sign was wrong and that she will not honor the sale price listed on the sign. The different would have only been about $5 for each shirt. So not that much if a difference to take off but how the cashier reacted to the issue was rude and wouldn't even ask the customer service counter for help with the issue. Will not be returning.

Store was fine. Parking lot not so great. Had 2 elderly females taking photos of our vehicle. They thought we had so handicapped in our vehicle. We did and we do have the plates. People mind your own business stay in your lane

Good selection and good pricing. They do need more cashier’s instead of the self checkout. It seemed like everyone was having issues at the self checkout, and a person would have to help them anyway.

Awsome place! The food was great! The back room tends to get noisy, but I highly recommend this place if you like home style cooking!!! Prices are affordable!

I do enjoy Fleet Farm however so many items are not priced correctly or at all. Also, many items are out of stock. Otherwise, the service is good.

DO NOT place an ONLINE order thinking that you'll save TIME. You won't. You will wait 15 minutes minimum while they go through the inventory red tape and get your order to you, whether you're picking up inside or out at the yard. Only order online to lock in a PRICE.

I went there to get my tires rotated and balanced. I was told, despite there being no other customers , that I needed an appointment. Fine, made one for later in the week. Came back for appointment, and they took over an hour to "rotate and balance". When I left, I noticed that the vibration had actually gotten worse. The next day I took my vehicle to Discount Tire where they took the tires off and showed me that they were completely worn almost to the belts on the inside shoulder and obviously needed replacement. Why would fleet farm not show this to me or anything, but instead just sent me on my way. What a terrible business practice. Either your techs are incompetent or don't care. Considering that the inside employee was playing on his phone for much of the time I was sitting there, I'd say it's the latter. Needless to say, I will not be going back to my have my vehicle worked on and I'd suggest you don't either.

Been buying all my tires for years And my last trip there I took my car in there for tires and was nothing but lies. Ended up going there 5 times to get a set of tires put on. Never again. Now yesterday was black Friday and I placed an order of four 5 gallon pales of oil and some peanut butter and now The next day I get a email that they are canceling my order. I call and talk to the store manager about this and nobody is gonna do anything about it. They don’t care It’s a good thing we have a Bomgard store in Waseca that cares about their customers. Before fleet farm was bought out by this outfit in Appleton they used to care about their customers but no more I’m done with Fleet. And I will deal with stores that want customers

I have been a Customer of Fleet Farm since the early 80's. Loved the fact they had knowledgeable employees and great Customer Service. Which is why I always chose to drive an hour to get to oneWell, yesterday (11-15-23) changed all that!Needed a ton of barn lime. Been buying this regularly for over 40 years. No tickets, now computerized, ok but can't find the NBR to use kiosk. Found small label on board, (so small I had to take a picture, so I could enlarge it to be able to read, nbrs didn't work) took me 15 minutes to find an employee. That person apparently needed training, he goes off for another 10 mins to find someone to ask. He doesn't find anyone! Finally writes some nbr in a piece of paper and tells me to go up front. Ok, I move on. Then, with no one working in the farm dept to help, I struggled to get some 50lb bags, but so far not that big a deal. Finished shopping. I go to check out, not 1 check out open!At 66 years old, I don't need to lift heavy bags more then necessary. Also, I shop with cash, can't to that with self checkout.I wasn't the only one not happy, 3 of us went to the front desk at one time, asking to have a check out opened. We were all told a flat NO. I pushed the subject and was told "too bad, if I didn't like it I could talk to a manager". We didn't need a manager, we needed someone to open a check out and provide kind/sympathetic customer service (like your store used to be known for). Then your employee told me I was rude. And followed that up with a very snide/sarcastic "have a wonderful ddaayy"I don't know when fleet farm turned into Walmart, but is not a good look!I walked away from several hundred dollars in my cart.From now on I'll be willing to pay more at the local farm supply that still believes in Customer Service.

I do shop here a lot but it's so frustrating. Shelves are always empty of the stuff you really need. This is not a pandemic/supply chain issue, it started long before that. The bolts and hardware was redone a few years ago and there are drawers of stuff that HAVE NEVER HAD STUFF IN THEM! Final straw was me showing up 7 minutes before closing the other day. I needed one thing right inside the Auto department but the doors were locked.

Paid at the pump and lost out on money due to false advertising in their part. Price in main sign said $2.99 but pump was $3.07. Since I had paid at the pump they couldn't adjust it. No gift card offered or much of an appology.

They have everything you can possibly need for outdoor sports and hunting. They also have a huge selection of pet supplies. Browsing through the clothing section I scored a nice Minnesota t-shirt as a souvenir of my trip (we were visiting from NY) for 25% off. I was highly amused by this seemingly random bar of beer soap, actually made by Budweiser!

I really appreciate customer service holding an item for me until I got there, but... I was sold an item used, for full price. It's obviously been used and returned before I bought it. I opened it up and nothing inside was packaged in any original form what it probably should be and it had dried up meat on the equipment and the cleaning brush. I highly suggest they properly inspect an item before reselling it for full price.

Self checkout here sucks. Way to much in depth. If you have to employ someone to just run the self checkout lines and there busy the entire shift. Might as well close them down and get more registers

Trying to get a propane tank refilled here and I've been working with 3 ppl for over 40 mins now and no one knows the process. The manager Dave hangs up on his associates leaving the clueless and frustrated trying to help customers with no answer . I'll not be shopping here and be ready to experice the poorest customer service I've seen.I don't have access. I don't work in this department. Are just some statements employees are giving customers.There was an elderly gentleman that the asscocites sent all over the store to find a produce becuse each associates didn't want to take any ownership in helping the store make a sale..he was ferious and disillusioned becuse he has a bad ankle and all associates made home walk from one depart to the next to find an item he needed. Yeah, very poor Custer Serv. I'll not shop here again and don't recommend it either. I'd rather drive out 40 mins to get some direct assistance and not waste time trying to help the frustrated employees to help me...

I love the one in Owatonna, Mn. I can take the kids and find everything I need from camping supplies, bows, polo shirts for work, Teeball gloves for my son, fishing poles for my oldest daughter, bikes for my middle daughter, and Winks scrubs for my wife. Fleet farm has everything!

Fleet Farm is my all-time favorite store! I'm not a huge fan of shopping, but I can spend hours (and a great deal of money if I'm not careful) walking the aisles of this all-inclusive store! Kudos Fleet Farm! I'm a big fan!
