Dollar Tree in Owatonna rocks. Great people work here. It is the best place to grab candy and a lot of essential items. Freezer section is nice.

Cashier gave no respect and I asked about balloons and he rudely says oh we don't have helium. Proceeds to say this is your total I paid and left as he was way more focused on person behind me and was already paying more attention to that customer and clearly didn't care to treat everyone with equal respect. Will never be back. Usually they are great but not anymore. Very very terrible customer service. 😒

I love Dollar Tree. I went to buy silver bells and they were sold out. I asked Kelly if they were getting anymore, gave her my name and number and she would look when the next truckload came in. She called me back and said Owatonna didn't receive any but she was going to other stores and would look there. She called again with good news and found my bells. She was awesome and I hope her manager knows. Thank you again.

Went in to get some hair spray but nothing on the shelf. The clerk told me that the truck came in two days before but they hadn't gotten it unloaded yet. Do they need more staff or better staff?

Dollar Tree is my favorite place to get greeting cards. Nice selection and a great value. The speed bumps in the parking lot are oversized, be careful and the parking lot to the north has some serious pot holes. Unfortunate the property manager doesn't see the potential impact of vehicle damage.

I love perusing the aisles at the dollar store. I never come out of there empty handed. Plus it's the only store I can take my granddaughter to that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg! This particular dollar store is easy to maneuver; clean and always enough help!

Great place if your budget is small and you're looking to get a bunch of stuff for like a birthday party or a child's graduation party. The shelves are always full of stock. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Go in and check it out yourself.

I was going to go check out. They have the protect cover up which is all good. BUT it sticks out so I walked past it my shoulder and arm caught the shield. I made 4 comments to all the help as they rung me up passed me coming out of the office . Not ask if your okay, the stated we can not do anything with it. I asked how many people hit it, they said a few. Like no big deal! It could be easily taped back instead of customers getting hurt.

Guess the manger was in a hurry to get home tonight. My wife walked into the store 5 minutes before close and was told they just had closed. Not even an offer to quick select items and check out. She was asked to leave and then proceeded to lock the door behind her. Posted hours of business are posted hours of business that should be adhered to. It's rude to put your desire to leave work early above the customer that drove a ways knowing that they had a few minutes to grab stuff and check out.

Great place for Christmas stocking stuffers and Easter basket fillers. Best place to buy Trolli candy to sneak it in to the theater. The Owatonna store always seems busy, so sometimes there is a wait to get checked out.

Dollar Tree is great. They have a great selection and everything is one dollar each. You cannot beat it. Give it a try. You will walk out with more than you think.

This is a real dollar store. Every thing is a dollar...not like the poser...Dollar General.There is a lot of junk, but there are some really good deals.
