Called to refill a prescription by providing my ID# as I did not receive my official ID. The attendee I spoke to on 5/9/2022 at 9:38 AM is name Quan C Nyugen. He is rude. Kept telling me this number did not work. He saying he has to go. "I have to go." "I have to go now."This is not how your treat customers who needs help with medications. I'll make sure to report this.

CVS lost me for life. Made appointment for Covid booster and flu shot for 2:15 in the afternoon on Nov 10. Arrived at 2:07 and checked in. Proceeded to stand there in full view of the pharmacist and 3 other pharmacy employees behind the counter while they all talked to each other and on the phone and ignored me for 20 minutes. I had to leave for another appointment before I could get the shot. So, will I ever go back to CVS? No way!

Called an inhaler prescription 4 hours ago and still not ready. Pharmacy appears to be understaffed. Attendant seemed overwhelmed. Will be transferring my prescriptions to a more reliable pharmacy. I don't have all day to pick up a life saving drug jeesh. Avoid!

Quan administered our booster shots. In the midst of low staffing and lots of people needing help, he not only met everyone's needs with a positive, friendly attitude but also helped me correct a scheduling error with my booster appointment and get me added as a walk in. He was wonderfulness multi-tasked like a pro!

Such a friendly environment and helpful staff! I love coming here and getting my prescriptions because of how efficient this pharmacy is. Been going here for over 3 years!

This pharmacy is so much better than nfld! I always have issues with nfld pharmacy but the owatanna one never has given me an issue. Going here from now on.
