Went in to check out their video games and consoles and whatnot. None of it is priced, instead they said they will "look it up" if I want to know. Price your items. Price them in a way that makes you money. But don't make browsing and shopping impossible just because you want to squeeze every possible penny out of prospective customers. Had some interesting inventory, but I didn't buy anything and won't be back unless pricing policy changes.

Mike and Antonio absolutely made my day! So glad I stopped in here today; needed some quick cash just having a lot of pressure this week. My expectation was exceeded with the incredible customer service. Their enthusiasm and energy was full of light which made this pawn shop experience incredibly joyful. THIS IS IT, FOLKS. Hands down the best pawn shop I have ever been to. Twin Cities Pawn just gained a new for lifer with me. Hats off to Mike and Jesse. These 2 are professional pawn brokers, not pawn jokers. This is how every pawn shop should be. This service was absolutely phenomenal and I will never go to another pawn shop again. If I could give 10 stars I would. I'm impressed. Way to go, Twin Cities Pawn.

Great experience working with Jesse. He was polite and extremely helpful. He reassured me on the purchase of the guitar of the return policy if I had any issues. I have not. The guitar sounds amazing and worth every penny!

This place is great. I'm familiar with the Osseo location mostly, it's clean, organized and they are always getting new product in. Their staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and usually can work with you a little on pricing. Jess and Mike keep it real, I definitely recommend.

Went in to pawn a few items, Usually, I expect it to take a while, but the worker Mike who assisted Me with everything made the time go by very fast he was very funny and very helpful and made sure to explain everything. I did not Intend to want to go back to purchase anything, but definitely will be coming back in the future to sell more items and purchase from them.

Just got back from Twin Cities Pawn in Osseo, what a great experience. TCP is my go-to when I need music gear, stereo equipment, and vid games. Worked with Jessie this time and he was fantastic! No pressure sales and worked with me to get the items I needed at the price I could afford. Jessie was quick to answer any questions I had, and even helped me get the gear into my Jeep, which is no easy task. Highly recommend Twin Cities Pawn in Osseo and Jessie and the rest of the staff.

This isn't a review about the customer service because the customer service from what I have experienced has always been great. This review is solely for the cost of the items they have at this shop. If I wanted to buy stuff at the price they sell it at, I would just go to the store where it's brand new with a warranty. Some of the stuff there I haven't even seen brand new for the cost that they're charging. This is a pawn shop, where you're supposed to get good deals. Not a retail store

I walked into the store and it was clean and inviting. I was selling some jewelry and the manager (I believe his name was Darrin) politely introduced himself and explained to me what made some diamonds more valuable than others. After I sold my jewelry for $125 more than what Pawn America offered me, I bought a 40" smart TV and two employees (there names were Bernard and Darnell) were very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly. The two of them helped me find the perfect size and resolution for me.Overall, just an exceptional experience. I have never seen employees so friendly in a pawn shop.I would highly recommend visiting this pawn shop.

Awesome staff! Darrin Hecimovich was an amazing manager, he was very helpful in helping me choose the right bow for me. Damontay Overs was an awesome sales associate making me feel very comfortable and not pushing me to purchase the bow. They both made it an extremely pleasurable experience and I will definitely will be shopping here again!

Seemed pretty unassuming when I walked in, but was greeted by Darrin (sp?) who I would soon learn was a super cool and helpful guy. Totally honest and let me know that he didn't have any idea how to answer my questions about audio receivers. BUT, he hopped on the computer and we did some tag-team Google-Fu and we're both pretty confident we found the answers I was looking for. Even came out to my car (where my speakers were) to get all the info to help with the search. Store was clean and organized. And while I was with Darrin the whole time, I could hear the other staff members helping people and they seemed to be just as helpful. Awesome place.

All of their staff and owners are great. But this particular location hs 2 particular employees who ho the long haul damontey who are darnell, darnl and i had a miscue the first time we met, but he is a big man and honestly there is no place id rather go. And honestly ive never been treated with such respect.

Went in to buy a $300.00 Bow just over a 1hr ago and from the minute i walked in the guy starting talking to me like scum off the street. Asked him to be polite or i could take my business and he tells me OK if that's what you want to do. I think he watch me walk in with my bow case (to put my new bow in) and thought I was there just to pawn something so therefore talk to me like scum. Maybe try treating people the same you never know it might not always be what you think.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm a little uncomfortable with the idea of pawning something I own. I've done it, but I've always been a bit uneasy. Still, sometimes you need the cash to cover an unexpected expense, so you do what you have to do. I walked into Twin Cities Pawn in Osseo on a Friday morning to pawn a rifle for a week. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful and that went a long way to making me feel comfortable. The shop itself is clean and well kept so you don't feel like you've hit rock bottom just because you're standing there. It was actually pretty pleasant and if I ever need to pawn something I'll return to Twin Cities Pawn.

I went to this pawn shop with some average common tools and shop equipment and the guy didn't even know what a bench vise was. In a short conversation with him I realized this guy has no idea what any of my stuff is so I left with my things and went to a more experienced shop.
