After 30 years my Beam Central Vac. Died. I contacted Jeff at Osseo and discussed ordering one.He didn’t have one in stock but had them on on order. If I wanted one, let him know. I called back and spoke to Jason, who said they’d been ordered, and he’d set one aside for me; he gave me a great price on it. I got a text as soon as it arrived, and head over there. We discussed installation; if needed additional duct pipe , just let him know. Jeff and Jason are great guys to do biz with. Offered all the support I, needed. Very gracious, as well. They were about the farthest Beam dealer from my home; But they had the highest rating on Google. They deserve it. A Great Experience

They had experienced a great influx of repairs the day before and day I brought in my vacuum but gave me a time estimate, then called with an estimate and wait time for parts to come in and then it was done in less time than expected after the estimate and parts order. Friendly owner.

I've been buying bags and bringing vacuums here for 20 years; since we moved to Osseo. The service is excellent and it's a great location for me. I recently took in a vacuum to be looked at as it smelled like burning rubber. They diagnosed it the next day and it was ready to be picked up a couple of days later. The vacuum is working better than ever! Highly recommend.

Bought a great vacuum there a year ago. They have excellent customer service and are honest too. My vacuum stopped working and I told them I thought I may be clogged but didn’t see anything in the hoses. They showed me some extra tricks to check it , find the item that shouldn’t be in there and reset the vacuum at no cost! He could have charged me for repair but didn’t since this is the first time since they wanted me to know how to operate the vacuum. Such a rare and refreshing experience!!

So I purchased a Dyson V7 in late 2020, after adopting my first kittens. I have wood floors, so I do vacuum everyday to pick up the litter. I took my Dyson into Osseo Vacuum this week to have them clean it for me. I did pick it up today and he even showed me how to take it apart myself to clean it. Once home, I decided to vacuum. I was extremely impressed with how much better my Dyson was working. I never had the suction like it has now. I felt if the vacuum could suck up my wood floors, it would. I will be taking my other Dyson in for a cleaning and plan to use them again.

Love this place! The first vacuum I bought from them I had for 10 years, and it was still running like a champ. I traded it in today for a lighter model.They have top of the line products. They are very nice people and know their stuff. I highly recommend this store. I am looking forward to another 10 years plus with my new one.

So far so good! We just bought a Rikar vacuum sweeper, middle model, upright. Not their fault, but boy did we have to wait a long time to get it due to supply shortages! But Jeff helped me know that it was the model we needed for our business without a long drawn out demonstration process. He was to the point, and put me on a list to call when they arrived in store. He called the day they arrived in the store. I’ve used the vacuum once and it was great. not the true measure of a good vacuum, to be sure, but it felt very well made/ very solid. Goodbye, plastic cheap vacuums that only last a year! I hope their service to the machine is as wonderful!

A family-owned business that's been there for years they took really good care of my baby my Oreck which I love! Cleaned it all up and have her running like new again... I was so happy to find a place to bring my vacuum. At first they thought it would be several weeks because of covid so I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text telling me my vacuum was ready. I was very pleased with the service and especially with the young man behind the counter. He gets a high 10 from me for his customer service and his kindness. All together I give this place a great big Yes and if I could I would give them 100% great job and I would totally reccommend them.

Jason and Jeff have been very knowledgeable about my vacuum research. Within the last couple of months both my kitchen vacuum, and canister vacuum came to the end of their life. I am an extreme research oriented person when it comes to anything that I buy. First time stopping by, had to get some new replacement filters. I don't remember the employees name (Jacob maybe) but he was helpful, nice and I'll definitely be coming back for the better vacuum he showed me.
