I experienced good service. It wasn’t super busy but just a steady stream of people coming and going. Staff were friendly and quick. There were several people with laptops at tables. Comfy atmosphere. Good place to chat or work quietly.

I go to this establishment every morning, some employees are wonderful and they really make very good coffee, but today when I went to get my coffee as usual an employee asked me which card I would use to pay from my phone, and he mentioned to me about some rewards that some people use especially on iPhone, I don't really use this and I have my wallet, but this is unethical for this company to ask that type of question, since that type of information is confidential, I do not have these types of benefits and if I go for a coffee I will pay you with my money😑.

Came in at 11.50a on a Friday. One person at drive thru window, one customer had picked up drink ( her order was complete). She stood and visited with the barista, while I was ignored/unacknowledged. Terrible customer service, lost my sale as I walked out and will go elsewhere. I worked for Caribou for 10 years - would not treat customers that way!

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. I’m not sure what has happened within the last year, but the drinks are not made the way the used to anymore. The customer service is a hit or miss… And the drive thru takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get through so plan for that. Might have to start going to another location if this one can’t get it together. ☹️

The coffee is great but the drive thru is one of the slowest of all the Caribous I've been to. Staff was very friendly.Had to come back and adjust this review down some stars as the last 2 times i went here they got my order wrong. I'll start driving to the other Caribou nearby from now on just to get quality service. Management should take notice of the lack of care shown by the staff here.

My mom called in an order for one canteen coffee for a big meeting for her business. We placed our order in a little bit before 12 and asked for it to be done at 1. They told us it was no problem at all and that everything would be good to go. When we went to pick up our order five minutes before 1 they hadn’t even began to make the coffee. The coffee wasn’t done until 15 minutes after when it was suppose to be. They were unapologetic, said it was “only 15 minutes late” and offered us nothing for the inconvenience. Very poor service.

I agree with the previous reviewer - I think it is one of the best Caribou Café stores. Staff always professional and place is not too cold or too hot/stuffy or noisy like some coffee places I've been to. Patrons are often well behaved youth, business people and regular folks.

I've been coming to this location for about a year I'm a frequent customer typically 3 or 4 times a week never had any issues every thing had been great. Recently it changed, drinks I've ordered have been incorrect several times I finally called to complain and was told the next time I come in I could get replacement drinks. The replacement drinks 1 out of the 3 were correct the other 2 drinks were awful tasted water down. I don't recommend this location it's a hit or miss with the employees as far as having a friendly attitude.

This is an excellent Caribou location with very efficient and friendly staff. I visit here 4 days a week during work they are the main ingredient to those mornings and I really appreciate them!Amazon Guy

Staff was very friendly but this is one of the slowest Caribou's EVER! Their coffee never tastes right either. I think they need to retrain their employees. I've heard they haven't had a manager for a few months so hopefully it'll change once they get someone in there. I ordered 2 drinks, no one was in front of me or in the drive thru and it seriously took 6 min! That's ridiculous. Again staff was nice but you can tell there is no management.

Love Caribou. Love their coffee. This location, the manager and employees were professional. The cash registers went down and instead of making us wait, the manager took charge. She told the employees to get the orders out and comp the drinks until she can fix the problem.

Sadly I am updating my review. Please don't argue with me about my order. Also with multiple cups on the pick up ledge, it isn't easy to determine which order is which, it shouldn't be an inconvenience to answer if what I am grabbing is my order. The positives were the drive thru overs I overheard were super friendly and kind. Maybe next time when I see they are busy I'll do drive thru or more likely go somewhere else.

Service totally depends on who's working. Have had great customer service experiences there, but have had terrible ones, too. Just sat and waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks. No one in front of us. Not busy inside. Our last visit was kind of the same. Time before that the Perks account didn't work, but the manager made it right. Hit or miss. More miss than hit in the recent past.

Went to this location, says they don’t close until 8. Ordered a bakery item and they said they are all out. No you’re not all out, they put them away for the day and they weren’t even closed yet. Keep them out until close. Ordered a large northern lite latte and they normally ask what flavor, they didn’t ask so I got a heavily coffee tasting beverage. My drink was a small green tea lemonade sparkling, with a shot of raspberry. It tasted disgusting . Wasn’t sparkling and too much raspberry in it

How does a coffee shop in Minnesota close early due to snow seems odd especially when the massage parlor right next door is still open along with other caribou coffees. I mean it’s not like it’s blizzard conditions or anything? This caribou has always been my least favorite it’s just easy cause it’s on my way home but now I will just go out of my way to get my coffee from now on.

I really like that this Caribou has a drive-thru and that they have the Nitro cold brews (so yummy)! I was disappointed this weekend when I showed up at 6:15 am on Sunday to get a coffee on my way to work. I had checked Google that said they opened at 5:30 am, but when I pulled up the open sign wasn’t on. I figured it was an oversight and pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order since I saw employees inside. I was told by one of the employees that they didn’t open until 6:30 am. When I said I looked up their hours, they told me I must have been looking at the wrong thing because they changed their hours to 6:30 am on Google. I asked if I could please still place an order since it was only 15 minutes until they opened, but was told they weren’t set up for that, so no. I suggested a correction to the hours on Google, but it still says they open at 5:30 AM daily. It might take turn around time for the hours to post, but I feel like the employee I talked with definitely could’ve handled the situation more politely.

The boo rocks the sparkling tea, the peach black is divine. Now just recently they decided to pull soy milk, however they do offer almond and coconut, unfortunately neither of which I can drink. Thus the 3 stars. I would give 3.5 stars but it won’t allow. I’d love to see hemp milk offered here!

Stopped in for an evening visit at 7p. They were out of brewed coffee, even though they didn't close for over an hour. I was sitting in the lobby with a friend and my coffee - once it was done - sat on the counter for several minutes until an employee announced it in a loud voice. My friend was looking for something to eat as she hadn't had dinner. The bakery case was empty because they'd put it away for the night. Unacceptable! As a former Caribou manager, I was unimpressed. Staff were friendly, so 3 stars.
