Rotisserie style chicken bites were dry, usually they're pretty good. They asked what kind of dipping sauce and on the receipt that said no sauce and I did not receive any. Despite that negativity the staff was kind.Parking: Nice parking lot and I think anytime of day you should be able to find at least one spot there that has shade. There are picnic benches set up by the trees where there will be shade.

Usually really good service. I normally use the drive up. Today my grandaughter and I used the inside instead.Was very slow. Flies were thick, cook was crabby. Only 2 were working...so maybe that was the issue?Otherwise a very good place to eat.

Tried to go thru for lunch when going thru for work(live 3.5 hours away) would only take one order per vehicle which we have three guys and then would not let us come inside to order. Very poor service. One of coworkers was an dairy queen employee six months ago at our local one and he was even shocked that they couldn't figure things out.

The one star is for the food. Waited in drive through for a hour food was room temp did not get my full order. Wish they would just sell this too better management. I get it's not fast food it's fan food but noone is going to be a fan of waiting almost an hour too get subpar food

Poor service, lobby is never open, grill shuts down 30 mins or better before close, the wait in the drive through is astronomical, the wait for food inside on the rare occasion they are open is just about as long.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! We had ordered 3 blizzards with "extra stuff" and received blizzards that were basically plain soft serve, so we asked the woman working if she remembered the extra stuff and she said she had and continued to argue with us very rudely for a few minutes before she called her manager who gave the same response. I finally gave up and asked how much it would be to get more "extra stuff" so we were satisfied like past experiences and she charged me an additional $1.20 on top of the already $.60, so our blizzards ended up costing $7.27 each. Before she left she had admitted that the owner changed their topping measuring spoons to ones that were 40% the capacity of the past spoon. Will NEVER even think of going here again.

Rude Employee!!!! Stopped in and nobody was at the counter so we were looking at the treats in the freezers a few minutes later a gentlemen walks in and the employee tells him there kitchen closed at 8pm. I looked at my phone and its 8:03. I asked her if we were able to get food and she repeated that the kitchen was closed at 8:00. I told her I was in there before 8pm and she said she wasn't up front. Never once appoligized or anything. Guess they don't need the business.

The food is completely amazing as would be expected from a Dairy Queen. It had a regular fountain for drinks, not the Coke FreeStyle they have in my hometown but that was fine. The five buck lunch combo is the way to go to have an affordable meal that will hold you for many hours, even me who eats abnormally often.

We were there about a month and a half ago and had terrible service. They botched the drive-thru order completely and were super slow!! Then, we had ordered kids meals for 4 kids but did not want the drinks. Instead, we paid extra [full price] for shakes instead of the drinks that were supposed to be included with the meals. We asked if it would be possible to get either a discount or vouchers for free drinks since they were paid for and since we paid full price for the shakes and the server got snippy with us. Then we told them that since they had the shakes already we wanted the coupons for their treats instead of the treats. They were not happy about that either, but gave us 4 pieces of paper for either 1 of 2 different treats but they could only be redeemed in Ortonville. We had not planned on going back there but if we wanted to use the coupons we had to.That brought us to today's visit. We ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar [and were quickly informed that they don't have large coffee] so we settled with a small, and we told her we wanted to redeem the free coupons and told her what we wanted. We got to the window and waited ... and waited ... and waited. We could see 2 people inside just standing there. When a gal finally got to the window, she handed the coffee out. My mom asked if her cream and sugar were already in it and she said the cream was and gave her 3 sugar packets. The coffee was barely warm!! She then reopened the window because she didn't write down what kind of treats we asked for. We waited in that drive thru line for over 5 minutes. Mom asked them if they were that busy in there and she didn't say a word. Needless to say, we will not be going there again. [FWIW, the coffee tasted like it had been sitting there since yesterday morning and the kids said the ice cream tasted "old"]

Worst customer service. You wait forever for your food which if it were fresh that could be understood but it was old. I've came here a few times and thought maybe it was a bad day....nope. SAME bad service and rude workers.

Food is good and surprisingly the service was very good.. I had a bacon cheeseburger... The taste was very good but I thought there was to much sauce on it... We had to use the drive thru... There is no place to sit and eat other then in the car, so things got quite messy before finishing my meal.. But at least it's a chance to get out and do something... Thank you, DQ!!

The only reason to go to this establishment is to get ice cream in the summer and even that is sometimes sketchy. The food is your typical fast food and orders are usually not correct. Also in my opinion not worth the money.

Got short changed last fall when I went through. Gave the woman at the window a $20. I got a few bucks back. When I questioned it, she crudely stated I gave her a 10. I even emailed the dq customer service and never heard anything back. Fire that woman.

Almost 5 minute wait a drive thru speaker before my order was taken even tho there were no other cars in parking lot, then 10 minutes wait for food after ordering. Severely undercooked fries. Terrible service and poor quality food.

If you order a 4pc chicken you get 1 sauce. If you order a 6pc chicken you get 1 sauce. Ask for 1 more and its 52 cents. Wth
