I love this place, the staff is amazing and all though they don’t know every answer to your questions they still do there best to help you out.I went and looked at a hummingbird Helix 5 and 7. And I got to talk to a gentleman I see in there quite a bit.And he gave me an awesome rundown of both units and suggested what he would pick if he were in my shoes.They have good deals on electronics for any season.And there ice fishing section is always full of goodies.Bait wise this place is a 5 star too, they have a wide variety and you can tell they take care of the bait, clean tanks, never see flooters..ECTThis place also has a lot of apparel,, strike master, clam, otter.In all I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to have a permanent bait shop they go to before a day on the ice.These people care, and are actually excited to hear how your season been going.I have 0 complaints and will continue to go back!

Great store with all you need on the way up to the lake for fishing. My son won a couple lures in a claw machine which he loved playing.I called on Monday on the way up North, but I was not going to make it in before they closed. I needed bait for an impromptu overnight ice fishing trip on Lake Mille Lacs to try to get my son his first walleye. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and bagged up some light Northern and Fatheads for us, ran my credit card and hid them out back for us to get when we showed up. The trip was a great success and we will both remember it for the rest of our lives! Thanks for helping make that happen!

Great place and staff!! Went on a fishing trip and stopped in for some supplies, they have a great selection and prices. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will be stopping in next time I am there.

Never been to store personally. Purchased ammo from gunbroker.com and I live in Columbus Ohio. The shipping and delivery was fast. Had a issue with my shipping and billing address due to the addresses were different and they wanted me to call for verification before shipping. Customer service was very polite and professional when I called. Will deal with them again for any online purchases. Would give more stars if it was allowed. Great job customer service.

Very friendly and helpful. Their sales prices are some of the better prices I have seen for fishing gear. Just need to fix the giant pot holes from the road to the parking lot, but can't blame them for that.

The Reeds Onamia Store has the same great prices, selection and service as the Walker flagship. The staff was helpful and they had all i needed to stock up to fish MIlle Lacs. Great selection of walleye, muskie, and bass tackle and rods and reels. Worth a stop if you are in the area!

I ordered a product from the Reeds online website and a charge card transaction was completed.Product on website showed 4 available and on their eBay website they had 2 available. 3 days later I receive call without a message. I typically don’t answer calls unless I know the number but I called the number back and found that it was Reeds. I was informed that they no longer had this product in stock. I post this because I think placing an order and being charged for something that they don’t have is unprofessional and rude.I should have been informed sooner and a message should have been left.. I wonder how many other items are listed but are not in stock. Reeds lost credibility with me.

Reeds in Onamia is like going to the local bait shop, all the knowledge and all insight but they have top quality items and the best brands. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and shares their insight very appropriately. When I am at the lake I tend to make up any excuse to go there just to see if there is anything new I don’t really need.

I have bought literly thousands of dollars in tackle and and related fishing gear there over the last 20 years. Great bunch of people to work with both stores. The staff at boating shows are great as well.

Phenomenal customer service! We had a miscommunication over the phone, and I thought they were able to process a return on my online purchase straight from a brand’s website so I could swap for a different size in-store. Although that’s not a service they offer, Reed’s in Onamia made it work and still allowed me to do an even exchange after I’d made the drive to the store. This was for a Christmas gift, so they really came through just in time. Reed’s has my business!

Pretty nice selection of ice fishing supplies, I had always wanted to stop into this store but had always fished the opposite side of Mille Lacs, everyone was pretty pretty nice minus the guy wearing the shorts 1/19/20 early morning. I don't know what the deal was but whatever.

Top notch service. Purchased a rod and reel on a saturday on our way further north for a week of fishing. The rod broke on wednesday (not a high dollar one but still enough) and we stopped on our way back through and they swapped it right out. I had thrown my receipt and was kinda worried they wouldnt. I have three other poles all the same and we wanted an extra one so bought the same thing.Great Service

Purchased a firearm from Reeds and, after 2 days . they called and told me I could not get the one I purchased as it was for some other department.The first review I wrote has somehow gone missing from here.I will definitely be submitting a complaint to the BBB regarding this store. Their only response was to offer to sell me a different gun - which was also more expensive. If I had wanted that other firearm, I would have purchased it. The one i purchased fit my needs exactly.Any company that accepts payment, sends you a receipt that includes the UOC of the item, and also instructed me to contact my FFL to inform them to expect delivery,,,,,,and then provides some lame excuse to get out of the sale has no interest in customer service at all.

If your heading north or fishing the big pond a stop at Reeds is a must to get the hot bait and local tips. I stopped here on my first fishing trip with my new boat and loaded up on all the misc items, anchors, rope, bumpers, they had it all plus picked up some equipment. Great store and location!

I've been dealing with the guys at the Onamia location, and customer service has been excellent. Just recently bought a new humminbird unit, and found it to be damage from shipping. They exchanged it no questions asked. Great in store specials, and deals all the time. Thanks for the great service.

They had every reel on the market in store. Unbelievable display of electronics for boats and for ice fishing. Live bait. Also great special deals on rods, reels, and tackle. Great selection whether you are looking for panfish, walleye, bass or muskie tackle. Right when you walk in somebody asks what they can help you with. There is nothing I would change about this store, except for it to be closer to my house!

Amazing experience and wonderful staff!!! Made our kid's day when using the claw game, a lure got stuck and they gave our kids a handful of extra lures unexpectedly.....and man! Oh! Man! Our kids can't stop talking about it and are SO excited!!! Thank you for an amazing experience and kindness to our family. I bought a brand new Tuned up ice rod from Reeds. A month later the tip snapped off while setting the hook on a fish. I emailed them, got a very promt response. I stopped in and they replaced my rod at no cost and no hassel. Excellent staff and customer service. Will definitely be referring to others! Thanks again!!
