Hours posted online are inaccurate: we went to the store to use a coupon we got in the mail. Once we arrive, there is simply a paper sign on the drive thru microphone stating “Closed on Tuesdays due to staffing” That is understandable, but we decide to try again the following day. We got there before 8:40pm, and we waited at the microphone and asked for help a few times, then pulled up to the window. The girl working there opened the window to inform me they were closed. They closed the store and stopped taking orders over 20 minutes before the posted closing time. Extremely disappointed, waste of a trip, the staff is appears to be lazy and unkind.

Went there and they were out of a lot of items, I get it it happens but then we asked for extra toppings in our blizzards. The blizzards were not blended and barely any toppings, didn’t taste right, the toppings that were in the blizzards seemed soggy and old. Very disappointed, ordered pretzel sticks as well and the queso had a super thick film, didn’t even eat it because of how old it looks, you can tell in the picture I could literally move it around.

We get inside - everything is musty.Bathroom is filled with mold, smells horrendous, water tap is covered in finger prints, walls maybe started white? They’re now yellowish hues with patches of guess what color I am now and how I got here.Service was fine, until they all started yelling at each other. Workers were near the cashier yelling about how people never clean up after their shifts. They were picking their noses and then finishing making our Blizzards! No gloves were worn and I’m pretty sure no hands hands were washed either.The mini blizzard that was ordered came back with a lake of chocolate that flooded the rest of the food. No ice cream or blizzard was in the vicinity. Chicken strips could’ve been labelled as chicken nuggets!Dairy Queen used to be a go to stop - now? A don’t you dare put on your blinker and turn stop.Don’t recommend!

Sadly we had a very negative experience at this Dairy Queen. We ordered two mini blizzards, one of them a mini blizzard with chocolate ice cream, Oreo, and cookie dough. Instead, we got a blizzard with vanilla ice cream and Reece’s. Thankfully, my brother who has a deathly peanut allergy (and received that blizzard) was suspicious and had me taste the blizzard first. The other blizzard was a medium, not a mini as was ordered. We went back through and asked for a refund, and they only refunded us $3.10, which is less than a mini costs.

Went there to try the new snickerdoodle blizzard. Asked if they put the chocolate chip cookie dough in it, which they replied that they didn’t but offered to put chocolate chips in the blizzard for us, which we adamantly said we didn’t want. When we received the blizzard it had chocolate chips in it…Went back through the drive through and told the girl what the issue was and asked if she could fix it. She told us that the chocolate chips came in the ice cream mixture, which I knew was not true, and said the only way she could fix it was to take the blizzard back and go and take each individual piece out. Instead of admitting the simple mistake and fixing it, she made an excuse and we basically had to make her fix her mistake and give us another blizzard but a different flavor. I don’t recommend going here at all.

Yupp haven't been here in year half. Things haven't changed 45$ the blizzards are liquid not even out of parking lot. Couldn't figure out how to ring dilly bars added to the order. Blizzards not tipped upside down wouldn't of passed that test.

Went to this DQ August 30th at 4:00 pm, went through the drive-thru,there were 4 of us in the car. We all wanted blizzards, the worker there said just a minute, went on to wait 5 minutes or more with no check back. Looked like they were to busy chatting up the teens ahead of us through the drive-thru window. We left empty handed, may never come back.

Friday before the 4th of July so busy with a longer wait because they forgot my order. Very chaotic staff, no food safety practices (hands not washed, no gloves, one guy (asst mgr?) kept running his hands through his hair,...) this place needs a new owner. Pre-pandemic this was a pretty good place but seems it never recovered and is going downhill.

Yes, they are short staffed but if you're going to provide the service and food that I got today, they might as well just shut down. The fries were barely cooked and came with no ketchup. They asked what kind of sauce I wanted with my barely warm chicken strips and then never bothered too give me any sauce. Even my Mountain Dew didn't quite taste right. Of course the ice cream was good but not worth the money.

Do not recommend coming here, DO NOT waste money. At one point they were doing great and now it’s all been going down hill. The ice cream seems to be always melted before handing it to us. They never put on the toppings on certain things, which by the way you shouldn’t have to ask because the other DQ’s know what the drinks look like also what they have on them and they put them on without asking. Food is okay there were a few occasions where it was still frozen.

I felt bad for the employees having to work short handed. Making the drive through very slow, indoor dining not open. Didn't have all food options available. I gave it a 4 because the employee taking window orders was a super sweet gal. She felt bad that they couldn't offer everything on the menu. This young gal deserves good pay.. she's the kind of worker every employee looks for!

Getting there our order was taken in good time, however the men's bathroom toilet was clogged, paper towels out, women's bathroom had water coming out from beneath the door, trash over full, tables unwashed, and the ketchup cups where out. When I mentioned the catchup cup thing to a worker they just turned away and said "yup" over their shoulder. I'm sorry but not going there again. Also they cannot make blizzards correctly. Missing ingredients constantly.

The service here is horrible. We came here a few weeks ago, and the Oreos in our Blizzards were completely stale, the fries and chicken in our chicken strip baskets were cold and had tasted like they had been sitting out for hours, and we didn’t even get the drinks that were supposed to come with our baskets.We tried to give them another chance today, and again, bad experience. It took them 15 minutes to get us ONE 4 piece chicken strip basket. Again, the fries were cold, the chicken was cold, our cup of gravy was filled 1/4 of the way, and we didn’t get a drink with our basket. I will never go to this Dairy Queen again, and I will definitely not be recommending it to anybody either. Get it together.
