I give it 1 star as every time I go into the store to shop the woman is always mean and rude. The man who owns the store is very nice and helpful, but his wife is the opposite. I’ve spent a lot of money here and this last time I’ll be shopping here. There is no reason a employee or owner needs to be mean or rude to a customer. My money will be spent elsewhere.

My kids and I (17 weeks pregnant) drove about an hour to check out the bike trail near this location. Just as we were about to get going we noticed my daughter's bike tire was completely flat. We tried to fill it but it just went flat again so we went to ace. I went in and purchased a new tube. They had me bring the bike in so they could see the size. Realizing I had no idea what to do and that it would require tools I decided to give up and just go back home. Instead the man who was working offered to fix it for us!!! I was blown away. Best customer service ever. He definitely made my 9 year old day much much brighter! Thank you! If I could give you 100 stars I would!!

Customer service is beyond 5 stars! You think, small town, small store, they wont have anything however they have had pretty much everything we have needed the few times we have been there. Everyone there is so helpful and knowledgeable!

Their prices are extremely high the service sucks people think they're being attentive and nice but they really act like you're trying to rob the place never makes a guy feel more uncomfortable than being stared at the whole time from the time you walk in till the time you leave especially when you know what you are looking for and know right where it is and they still follow you like a bloodhound. Never have I felt more not wanted in a store than ever while shopping there I will not shop there anymore

My favorite Hardware Hank, a smaller store big in knowledge. I have had them explain to me how to use pex water piping, hiw to wire my welder and air compressor, how to do electrical work in my house in general. Very helpful!

The owners are helpful and informed. They will hunt down parts that you need and give you the information you need to install or remove. Being that it is easier to stop here then take the hours to go to a big city and the cost of gas and my time is worth something. They will stand behind there products

OK, lets face it, Onamia is very small but we do have a wonderful hardware store with amazing service and just about anything you need! Some say the prices are high? It's 40 miles to the nearest Menards or Home Depot, that's $16.00 for gas right off the bat, add what my time is worth and it's a no brainer why I go to Agnew Hardware Hank to get what I need for small projects etc. BTW- Bar and chain oil was LESS at Agnew Hardware Hank than at any other place in the Cities! Great place, great service, great prices!
