They even have a tree in Duluth National Park in Honor of our Fur Baby Jessie James ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Thank you very much for everything.

I am grieving and heartsick, and so thoroughly disappointed in Dr. Koppel. I had family members tell me that she will not see patients after hours for emergencies and will not even squeeze you in during business hours. I did not believe them until I had my own heart-rending experience. Our family dog, my fur sister, had a stroke on Friday. I called an hour and 20 minutes before closing, before the Dr. had even left for the day, and she refused to euthanize my dear pet. We were only a few minutes away and it is a quick process. My girl had to endure an extra 35 minute drive to Willmar, where she was examined and put to rest, all still before 5pm. I am angry at myself for allowing her to treat my animals for the last 3 years; it is a mistake I will not be repeating. She is acceptable for giving shots and putting animals on scales, but if you want a true vet, someone that will be there for your beloved animals when it actually counts, then I highly recommend that you go elsewhere.

Dr. Kopel is a compassionate vet who loves both her 4 and 2 footed clients. She goes above and beyond during those 'tough' times and really helps pet parents balance the best care for their fur babies and costs. She offers Care Credit to help manage expenses even though her prices are very reasonable.

For high quality and compassionate veterinary care this is the place to go. Dr. Kopel is a wonderful vet and she has a friendly and helpful staff of pet-lovers. You can be sure to get top-quality care for your furry family members. The clinic is easy to see from the highway and there is p look entry of parking. This is big-city care in a small town!

Very compassionate, and the place is clean and comfortable (not too cold and clinical looking). They knew what they were doing, and recognized how important an animal is to their human. In our case, the treatment prescribed (antibiotic eye drops) worked perfectly.

I have always loved this place! The people are so caring and don't have the 'pay now or lose your dog' attitude a lot of places have had for years. Great staff, great location, since I live in Olivia :) I don't think anyone could've made me feel better when letting go of my dog a few years back. Nuthin but love for Bobbi!!

Excellent service, reasonable prices, very helpful. Seems a little busy for a small place, so make sure to call ahead. But she fit me into a busy schedule to help my puppy who was unexpectedly hurt.

BEYOND HORRIBLE! Only worried about her profits and referrals! Don't believe me? Take a look around the office at all the "referral bonus" signs! Long story short, took my 16y/o dog in on Thursday 5/10/18 after an apparent stroke. She (Dr. Kopel) couldn't help other than to state several times that symptoms could also be a sign of "abuse" (B!tch - I babied this dog for the last few years to get it this far! Feeding it rice baby cereal with a dropper even!). Then she gives me 3 weeks worth of a medicine claiming it's because "it's so cheap anyway" ($30). Then REPEATEDLY says she will call me on Monday 5/14/18 - no call came and I had to have my dog euthanized on Tuesday 5/15/18. She FINALLY calls on Friday 5/18/18 and when I told her "the dog died - thanks for calling Monday" all she can do is say "I thought you were going to call me...." no condolences or anything. HORRIBLE!!! Don't waste your money here - take your pets to someone that really cares about THEM AND YOU (Fairfax Vet. Clinic) Dr. Diane even sent me a condolence card!!!!

I took my sweet, little old cat, Pookie in to be euthanized due to several serious health concerns. As any pet owner knows having to make the decision and then going through with the loss of a beloved pet is heartbreaking. My experience with her passing was horrible. She was not sedated before the lethal injection and she suffered horribly. I have had several cats euthanized and they were sedated before the injection and died peacefully in my arms,. Pookie died struggling on the table being held down by an assistant. It broke my heart.
