This location really needs some better management...The food is cold most of the time. The service is slow.And it won't even be busy.I went in there the other day and had a mobile order, but instead of making my order there were 3 employees talking to the line cook and not doing anythingOnce they finally noticed me they started making my order.Unfortunate because I was very excited for this location to get mobile ordering.The bathrooms are disgusting, and the tables are sticky.The parking lot has potholes all around it.

April 14, 2024 my husband went thru the drive thru to order a blizzard and a chocolate shake. 45 minutes later he came home with 2 blizzards ,(yes, they screwed up) and a shake that looked like it was made with water. It went straight down the drain. This establishment gets worse every time we feel brave enough to go there ..

Customer service is absolutely awful. Management needs some new managers there. Horrible service all around and don’t care to hear complaints. 39 minutes waiting for food to only get all the wrong stuff. Don’t bother complaining because this location won’t do anything to make things right! Go to Willmar DQ - much faster and WAY more friendly staff! Will not return.

The food was great mostly. Burgers were tasty, and the price was good. The blizzards were also amazingly delicious. The food was great other than the very depressing amount of fries I got with my combo. Why would you do this to someone?

I went through the drive-thru and there were 2 cars in front of me. It took 15 minutes to get my food, which feels like an eternity when you're parked in a drive-thru. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket. The gravy was so hot that it burned my tongue, I wasn't expecting that because everything else was room temperature. It all tasted ok but it could've been given to me when it was warm at least.

Genuinely gross. Someone not in uniform took our order. She looked sick. She was coughing quite a bit and also wiping her nose often. Also, she also did not wash her hands after wiping her nose with her hand and then wiping her nose on the collar of her shirt before making our blizzards. Also didn't wash her hands between the bites of food she was taking between giving out food and taking orders. I also watched her pull something out of one of her back teeth and then hand us a cup for water. She was nice and pleasant, but clearly not trained for food handling and should have not been working.Hope the owners watch the cameras from 6:30-7pm on 2/14/2023.

I don't recommend this restaurant young kids I think from HS don't even know how to attend anyone right and gives the orders to wrong customers. I would've rate not even 1 star but I wouldn't be able to post

Fries were old and cold. Burger was at best room temperature. Prices were too high for the quality of the food. Not really sure why we had to wait 20 minutes for old and cold food. Now for the service. If I wanted a show done by teenager's I would have gone to a high school. Your customers don't want to hear all your drama be and see you hitting each other or your dancing. Won't be going here again

The food was good, but clearly this franchise needs a manager on duty to lead and direct others. A lot of young employees that need direction and improvement with professionalism. Dairy Queen also needs to increase their wages for this to happen to get competitiveemployee candidates.

They were closing lobby to people going in (were people still eating inside), to just offering drivethru and it took a long time to get served in drivethru. I worked in food service industry as a teenager. We couldn't lock door's until the last customer was out, even if it was closing time (and you weren't allowed to tell them to leave unless they were causing trouble). Definitely room for improvement!

I loved my mini-sized blizzard on a hot day. I chose Girl Scout Thin Mint flavor. My grandson had the chicken strip meal and it was excellent. The building is clean and the staff were friendly.

Every time I come to this DQ, the ice cream is always very melty. The workers don’t even bother doing the upside-down test on the blizzards, which is good because they would slide out on your car. Good luck if you get an ice cream cone. I seriously think they have issues with their ice cream machines - you’d be better off getting ice cream somewhere else. Food at this location is good. Expect to wait at least 10 mins in the drive thru.

My dad and I went there after a horse show. When we walked in the kids working were sitting down on there phones. We ordered are food and I got a pop and there was no ice in the ice machine. Than I was watching one of the workers make a blizzard for a customer and it was overflowing and she used her finger and put it back in the cup. As we were waiting for our food the workers were more interested in filling up there pops than what was going on. We finally got our food and ice cream and my dad shake was all milk and not much shake and the ranch seemed like they haven’t changed in while as it was chunky. Worse 30 dollars I have spent

Went through the line at 3:30 in the afternoon people stopped for ice cream and I got two sandwiches and a 6 piece basket they made us pull forward which is fine but they brought out the two sandwiches forgot the dipping sauce so she went and got that and when I looked in the bag they forgot the 6 piece so she said she’d go and get that… we waited 25 minutes for a 6 piece chicken strip basket!!!!! Not including our time in the drive thru line!! Super disappointed. I loved going to dq but wow. It’s like we were forgotten about.

Went there for a treat for the kiddos after working hard. Had to say the order four times. Person taking the order was snippy and rude. Then after saying it four time the kids got plain ice cream with chocolate chunks and no mint flavoring. Workers need remedial training!

The cashier was extremely rude and completely incompetent. I ordered two kids meals along with other meals. She charged me as regular meals and then wonder why I wanted a discount, which she only gave me probably half of the money back that I should have gotten. Not only that I ordered a three-piece chicken tender and I got two and a half. I also asked for the receipt multiple times and she refused to give it to me. Also because of not getting the correct meals, our two kids did not get any toys or any treat and they are now asking for them and we don't have them

Ordered 2 burgers, asked for cheese curds with both. Only got one order of curds. Also ordered 2 medium strawberry choco dipped blizzards. The high school kids gave me a SMALL chocolate blizzard— which was more like a milkshake when they gave it to me. Then acted confused when I said I had ordered two medium blizzards after they tried giving me someone else’s drink order. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Why is there no closing manager there with the high school kids? They need to be retrained.
