Our dog Olaf had a hot spot and they got us in promptly. Our Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd usually has a lot of anxiety but felt comfortable right away and the process to shave the hot spot was fast and our dog did great. This was our first visit there and we will definitely be going back!

Even though it costs a lot of money my dog wasn't feeling well, with the help of the veterinarian they were able to make him feel better. Thank you North Branch veterinary he is the most happiest dog ever

I truly can't say enough good things about North Branch Vet, or Dr. French. I had to bring my cat in because she hasn't wanted to eat for the last few days. I called and they got me right in. When we got there Dr.French was so kind and caring with Church. I had a budget to work with and she explained everything to me and made a plan that we were both comfortable with that made sure Church would get back to her sassy self. She truly went above and beyond not only for me but for Church. Church actually started to fall asleep because she was so comfortable! I truly am so happy that I changed vets!

North Branch Vet always does the best they can for our pets. Dr French is especially kind, considerate, and thorough. She’s is excellent especially with our cats who have health issues. She and other assistant staff stayed late with our very sick cat to stabilize him so we could safely transfer him to the emergency vet. We are still waiting on the outcome but I can’t express how grateful I am to them for taking their time to carefully treat my sweet boy even after we passed closing hours and I’m sure they would have liked to be heading home.

I had a 20 year old cat that needed to be put down.. I never had to have a pet put down before, and I didn't realize how tuff it can be to get an apt at a vet on short notice. I called all the vets in my area and none of them could get me in, even my normal vet was unable to help me. I was devastated because my cat really didn't deserve to suffer, but thankfully the north branch vet was able to squeeze me in, and they did the best job possible. I'm incredibly grateful for them getting me in on short notice.

This was my first visit to the North Nranch Veterinary Hospital and I was so pleased with the care we received. Everyone was so kind and caring. I brought my sweetChica in for a persistent cough and the Dr knew what is was right away. He did an X-ray to be sure and then was able to prescribe the medication needed to help her. She had been treated at another veterinary clinic prior but the did not diagnose the real issue. I am so appreciative of the care and treatment she received and so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary clinic.Thank you for the truly exception care!!

Took my new kitten in for a first check up. Everyone was caring and compassionate. They did not berate me with sales of unnecessary products or procedures. Prices were actually reasonable. Highly recommend them! Check it out!

This is the best vet clinic around hands down. Saved my boy years ago when no other vet would help him after he got attacked by our other dog. Now years later he had cancer on his toe and we were putting off getting the toe amputated got him on some antibiotics and a couple weeks went by, I was procrastinating making the call. The front desk lady called me and said they had a surgery cancel and can get him in that week, otherwise they were booking out two months. I said yes without even hesitating. She told my wife she had a note on her desk to call us about mick if they had an opening. You just don't see people that care about your pets that much anywhere else. I can't thank you all enough, from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my entire family, we appreciate you all so much!

This office went above and beyond to help us and we weren't even current patients! My established vet denied us saying no time available when we were in an emergency situation, two cats had died in the last 24 hrs and two more were symptomatic. This office made time for us and treated us like gold. They were compassionate and patient with me (a panicked high maintenance holistic minded momma who was terrified of losing her children's favorite kitten and his momma) They respected my requests and gave me all information necessary to make informed decisions. So far both cats are home and healing with one being totally back to normal! Praising God for these women who helped us through a very scary time❤️

I have been using NB Vet Hospital for many years and have always been very happy with the service. Dr. French is the best and truly cares about the animals she sees. I would highly recommend NB Vet. I have heard that it is hard to get in for new patients and that does not surprise me as they do such an excellent job and take the time with their current patients. Get on their list so next time there is something you need them for they will be able to help you.

We have three miniature schnauzers and they have received exceptional care at this facility. Every thing from shots to dental work. As one of our three is very senior, they have been great with helping use keep her quality of life at it's best possible. Oh and prices are in the ballpark as others.
