I've lived in the North Branch area for quite awhile and just noticed the groomer location yesterday. Called today and they had an opening to get Gracie in "Almost Immediately". Looking forward to seeing how they do and how the cost compares to our previous grooming location.

We brought our Miniature Schnauzer in for a touch-up haircut this weekend. The staff member (Sarah) who chatted with us and cut Lucia’s hair was very informative and walked us through the process and different cuts they could do. As other dogs came in, the other staff were patient and comforting towards them which was great to see. A great place to bring your pet!

I brought my puppy for her first ever grooming. Sarah was SO sweet with my pup and made both myself and my dog feel comfortable. My dog looked amazing when I picked her up and didn't seem anxious at all. We'll be back and I'll be requesting Sarah in the future!

Ma and Paws is a cute little shop in Norrth Branch and our first time there we were very impressed! The people there seemed to truly love working with the dogs we saw there when we were there. Camille Brown is possibly the absolute BEST groomer around these parts. She was kind and patient and our little furbaby had a perfect haircut when we brought him home. We won't go anywhere else now. We highly recommend Ma and Paws and Camille!

I was in need of help with my dogs nails. They were way to long and he wouldn't let me cut them. We got in and out in a flash with no appointment. He's a pitbull and they were so quick he didn't even know what happened untill he was back at my side. Well worth the price.

We take our Goldendoodle in for grooming and they ALWAYS do such a great job with her. Communication is great, prices are fair and staff are all very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a groomer.

My old pup has some special needs, he has seizures and is a bit sensitive to loud noises and lights. They do all they can to accommodate him at ma and paws while they give him a cut and trim up his nails. They're always so kind and sweet to me (and all the animals) and never have a bad thing to say when I pick him up. Thank you ladies! I'm so glad to have finally found the go-to place to groom my old man that doesn't over charge or do a half job. They do exactly what I ask and again, I cant complain about the price! I highly recommend them! 🙂

I am very disappointed in this place. We just had two very small dogs groomed for a total of $153. That is absolutely insane. PetSmart grooms both of them AND a huge golden retriever for $170. They tried to tell me that our Maltese puppy was matted. I called them out on it when I picked her up ( because she was not) and they said "well, they were very small". That is your JOB. Every dog will have a small mat here and there. We will never bring our dogs here again.

My dog is very old and handicapped and he can be difficult, but the groomer at the North Branch location of Ma's & Paws just works magic on him. She's the best groomer I've ever found. When I pick him up he's trimmed exactly the way I requested and he is happy and proud. Yes, the price is a bit above average, but then again, I guess you get what you pay for.- and I'll keep paying for the best for my best friend.

Found this place by accident just after they opened. Great location, premises were neat & clean. My dog hates having his nails done & it's just become too much of a fight for me. I am so glad they are there. They've been very nice & helpful. The groomer was even familiar with my breed of dog, which is not a common breed. I've been very happy with his nail grooming & the overall experience. I highly recommend to pet owners.

Brought my Corgi here for the first time and they did a great job! Oliver looks so much better. Very friendly groomer, excellent service. We had a poor experience the first time at a different groomers, so I’m relieved I have a place to go now! 10/10 recommend! Love his little bandana.

This place is awesome, my dogs aren't particularly fond of being groomed but they love thesr ladies! Everyone there is really nice and my dogs always come back looking and smelling great. The prices are very reasonable and again my dogs like them and don't come home all stressed out like from some of the other groomers around. This is where we will be going from here on out!! It typically takes multiple people to trim my little guys nails. It took one awesome groomer less than 5 minutes.Super friendly and overall fantastic place. Definitely a high recommend.

I love this place, the groomers are knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly they are good to my dogs which are a mastiff mix and great dane mix so these ladies have a whole lot of dog to work with and they do amazing.

So they encourage people to make an appointment before hand which I did, for 1:00 Saturday, the 29 of June. I drove down from Hinckley, about 40 miles and was there at 12:50. When I checked in they said they were running behind a little bit and Sammy, a Papillon, wouldn't be done until 3:30, which should have been my first clue. I was put out somewhat but Sammy needed a groom job so I said OK. I went and had my oil changed and ate at the Diner. Got back at 3:15 and was told she wouldn't be done until 4:15. So now I am ticked because I don't live near here and left for awhile to just drive around. I get back at 4:00 o'clock and need to wait for another woman to pick up her dog. I ask about some sort of discount for my wasted time seeing as how they get paid $60 an hour, "We can't do that." is their response. It took them over 3 and one half hours to groom my dog and I was not impressed with the job afterwards. I will not and can not give this place any stars if possible. They are terrible.
