Stephanie was so friendly and patient with me as I picked out some items to do my exchange. She asked me if i need help finding anything which was nice since I don't go to this location often. She really went above and beyond with her customer service. Very refreshing! She didn't rush checking out my items and carefully bagged each item. (Some stores just throw things in the bag) location is organized and easy to find what you need.

Closes early whenever the employees feel like it. They'll just stand there staring at you with their bags, if they're in the store at all. Definitely not the first time and won't be the last, I'm sure.

WOW. This was by far not only the cleanest, best-organized and -stocked, and pleasant Dollar Tree I have ever been in, it is also one of the nicest stores I've ever been to, period. Fantastic job to the friendly staff. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

5 because of the cashier Isaiah he was very busy with a mess of people and he was the only person working. He was very friendly had a smile on his face and didn’t seem stressed at all. He’s a rockstar employee!

They have great items & the prices r remarkable. Workers r friendly. Store clean & well lit. They're doing the best they can to keep the shelves stocked considering the truck driver shortage.

Manager and associates are rude and frankly don't care how your treated by the cashiers that check you out. i won't be going back to the north branch minnesota one again. They lost out on money . new management would be a good idea if to u wanna stop loosing customers.

Clean store. Always changing their items so you can find new things. They are increasing the prices to $1.25 per item in Jan 2022. Staff here is polite. There are times I can't find some thing that they carried before.

Cashier Rindy was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive of my friend and I and blamed HER ineptitude and mistake on my friend. When my friend spoke to the manager, she was also VERY rude and dismissive. Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores, sadly, this particular location will not be receiving any more of my business, and in my opinion, if new management cannot be found, be shut down.

During a COVID-19 outbreak, I was the only person in the store wearing a mask. Nothing set up for social distancing. I love Dollar Tree, but as a senior citizen, I am not happy about the disregard for safety. Dying of COVID-19 due to lack of compassion is not my idea of a good time

Place is fine. But change your times online. Say they open at 9, get there and it says not open until 11.

Although it's clearly posted on the door open till 9:00 p.m. verified by others a week ago per the website paper sign on the door so it's closed at 5:00 another wasted trip and gas

I love the dollar stores lots of saving just to hard to pass by. Why goto the big box stores and pay thru the nose for birthday card they are very cheap here.

The place is never open and they never answer the phones to answer questions for customers I get it no one wants to work but then just write closed for the day not opening at 11am and stay locked with lights on that’s just bad service

Great selection and everything is under a dollar so it's a TRUE DOLLAR STORE!! Unlike the fake ones out there that sell stuff upwards of 20$!!!
