Today was actually our first visit. It was my daughter and I, we were only in the store for about 5 min when the manager asked if we were finding everything ok and what we may be looking for. We were mostly looking for fresh groceries and staple items. He was so friendly and let us taste a blood orange which was surprisingly good, altho my kiddo wasn't a big fan. He gave her a free orange and made us feel welcome when it can be overwhelming to shop in a new store. We really enjoyed our trip, found great deals and will definitely be back! All the employees we encountered were great.

You would expect a small town grocery store to be outdated, under stocked and over-priced. That is not the case with this grocery store. It’s very nice inside, always clean and stocked and you can definitely find great values. Their deli counter staff is very friendly and helpful. The best part about this place though has to be the bakery. We have been ordering our kids’ birthday cakes here for the last couple of years. They are delicious cakes and we always get compliments at the birthday parties and people wondering where we got it.

Best grocery store in N.Branch. Nice and clean store with friendly people. I rushed to the bread aisle and grabbed some Pepperidge Farm swirls and some bread and buns too! They are so good.

Friendly people good customer service as well as the only place who has the cheapest cigarettes that I've seen. 9.99 for my brand, Newport Red 100's compared to the highest I've seen above $12 at Kwik Trip.

Got a fried chicken drummy from the deli, and it was super soggy, not crispy at all and almost wet, all the breading just fell off, not cool. The potato wedges were fresh though

We are visitors from out of town. Came here for the first time to grab food after traveling all day. It was the only store open after 6pm. It’s an average grocery store overall with respectful staff. However, the chicken tenders in their hot bar were the worst I’ve ever had. Like eating chicken flavored rocks! It was extremely difficult to chew without breaking my teeth. I think they definitely warmed them in the microwave before letting them sit under the heat lamp all day. Gross!!

They have a great pharmacy. You can get all your covid19 shots and many others. I haven't died yet. I've had at least 7 shots here. Then I purchased some good pork tenderloins.

It has been the only store I cd buy the tea I like and 7th generation nonchlorinated bleach. I have been back there a few times recently becuz I needed both and they had neither. Very disappointing. Can't get either one without ordering online and I don't wanna pay for shipping!!

They have a good selection of products, but everything is pretty expensive. Their employees are also very rude. The first few times I had issues with employees there, I assumed I just caught them on an off day, but after going to this location a few more times it seems they all are oddly aggressive and rude. Recently I had 2 different employees all but yell at me while I was trying to shop. While I like the range of stuff they have here, shopping here has become a very stressful occasion.

The store itself is good but the cashiers are SOOO not there.I'm 77 years old and sometimes I forget things.Instead of reminding me to make my payment she just stood there and stared. I was bagging my groceries. There is only the white haired cashier that is friendly .

As the only game in town is nice that they hold high standards. The fried chicken is top notch! The store is always clean and the staff is helpful and nice. They have a good selection and great fresh veggies and fruit.They are generally well priced, but a few things are almost criminally over priced. Also, their frozen food selection and prices are a weakness.

Unbelievably rude women who work at the self checkout and customer service. They treat you like a criminal as if you are trying to steal things. Perhaps they should not have self checkouts if they are going to make customers feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Great produce but the prices are outrageous. They need some competition in North Branch to stomp out the toxic unprofessional women at the front and outrageous prices.

Convenient for grocery shopping, large quality meat department, a large variety in the fresh bakery and dessert department. Shop weekly specials to stock up and save on your monthly shopping bill!!

It is a fairly clean store but the prices are high and the fact you have to bag your own groceries is just absurd. I understand if you're busy or understaffed, but bagging my own groceries while multiple cashiers stand around chit chatting is insulting. Me and an elderly lady had to bag our own groceries while FIVE employees were within 20 feet of us just standing around doing nothing. I will never be back.

Clean store. Well stocked. Prices are higher. Employees are OK, not the most friendliest people. I often feel out of place here and given off-vibes and staring looks sometimes. No sense of welcome feeling towards customers.. just come to quickly shop and leave. Only come here if I’m really needing something quick on the go.

Well, let me start with the "fresh" produce that should be labeled as just simply produce. The unstocked shelves are just another issue! I have been to other County Markets that are stocked, clean and organized and have fresh products ( dairy, produce,meat, etc). If I didn't have to shop here for convenience, I wouldn't.

Clean and well stocked. Great bakery. The deli has a salad bar and a sitting area with a fireplace(!) Talk about welcoming on these cold days! The deli food is good. Nice selection of prepared dishes. This is the only grocery store in town other than what you can find at convenience stores and prices reflect that.

Prices are outstanding high. But if they pay for water in this town like everyone else well then I kind of understand. But they r open til midnight and closest place open in a 10+ mile radius so I go there often.. other than the prices I have no complaints.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Last month I went and bought ground turkey that was on sale. The freeze by date was two days away. I got three pounds with intent to freeze two pounds and use one same day. When I opened the one the same day it was ROTTEN AND SOUR. Today I bought frozen cookie dough that I didn’t realize till I got home, they were freezer burned. I looked at the date and it expired in November 2021. 9 MONTHS AGO. Done giving my money on things that are overpriced and spoiled and expired. The management should be servsafe certified and this is ridiculous. I’m not usually one to complain but GROSS.

County Market is North Branch's favorite grocery store! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The store is so clean and organized. Their meat is super fresh and the staff always keep up with experation dates on the items. Definitely come here for your monthly groceries! Also, believe it or not, the huge clock on the outside of this building works. I saw one of the hands move :D ! 100% recommended.

Although they may be a little more expensive than other grocery stores, it has a great selection of food that you can't find at other places. They do have coupons, at times, that off set some of those prices. The employees are quite helpful with finding anything, with any issues at the self-checkout, and with carry out.

This is a good clean grocery store. Pleasant and courteous employees. Only complaint would be they're above market price on many items.
