There is an older woman working here that literally walks up to people and watches them shop. No hi or hello, no can I help you. Just dirty looks and stares. I watched her do it to several people in the store! In addition to the weirdo.. no good prices to be found. Almost full retail for banged up, damaged stuff. Then they are trying to sell new Ashley furniture. What a deal. Junk furniture at full retail pricing. We won’t be back.

The store is a fun treasure hunt for items! I enjoy the changing variety of decor and seasonal - never know what you might need! I have purchased MANY furniture items at Cartfull and am very pleased with them.The cashiers are always helpful and polite. I also truly appreciate the helpful carry-out service on my furniture purchases. 😁

I’ve spent a lot of money there. I’ve made many trips there, to and from the cabin. The place is a mess and you have to dig through a lot of stuff to find something of any quality. There is no guarantee it will work. I still keep coming back. Sometimes I find what I need. In reality much of it will breaks down with in a couple of weeks. Today my new heated dog pad started to spew a toxic smell. I noticed the heating element melted a hole from inside the pad. If I wasn’t there my dog would have been asphyxiated. In a similar incident last year I bought a new battery charger for my dead battery. I removed the battery from my motorcycle and began charging it in the entry. It was off to the side and couldn’t bother anyone except that the entry and store started to fill with a toxic smell. The polarity on the battery was correct which means the charger was junk and in this case deadly. I do not exaggerate. The owner was annoyed I did this in his store. The gas was toxic and customers were leaving. I quickly removed the charger out to a safe distance from the store. The owner was livid and I don’t blame him. He was behaving so childish that I didn’t have the heart to tell him it was his charger. I just bought from his store. It’s noticeable he didn’t care about his employees. They should have all been removed outside until the gas was cleared.I have to say the chance of finding a treasure is not worth it. It’s all over priced and in my experience doesn’t work or worse yet deadly.I don’t give one star reviews but I should for this store. The last time I was there I had a cart full of merchandise but before I got to the check out 2 cops showed up. I was trespassed. The over zealous manager got a little excited. I kind of knew something was up when an employees was organizing the aisle accross from me. I’ve been in that store many times and never saw anything like that. I could also hear him make the call but I never thought it had anything to do with me. It couldn’t be anything I had done but the manager had it all figured out. His only proof was he didn’t like what he saw. It’s interesting when I first arrived he was kind and wanted to help me me make sure I found what I needed. I since then asked the owner to prosecute me or drop the trespass. He can do that and should do it. I’m still waiting on a reply. Sigh.

It's a bit of a drive for us to come here (about 40 minutes) but it's always worth the drive! My sister and I purchased a new kitchen table set and couch for an upcoming move. We also found a really cute pet bandana for my cat, and a pet themed party banner to use for my cat's birthday. I really love that there are financing options available for furniture purchases, as well as delivery. I didn't catch the names of the man and lady that were helping us with the furniture purchases (it was on a Friday afternoon on 5/26/23) but I just wanted to say that they were very friendly and a great help (despite some technical difficulties beyond their control with the financing website). We really appreciate the friendly customer service and we are very excited about our new furniture! I love the amazing prices here and am happy to support a locally owned family business!

Some of the most wonderful people! I have bought a full bed set and a mattress from them along with multiple other pieces of furniture! They are always so helpful and always try and find the best price! They definitely are a great addition to North Branch

For the most part everything is so overpriced. I’ll go to other retail outlets and they’ll have the same items for literally half the price as here. You might find a few items that are good quality for a decent deal.

it was a cartful of disappointment. the store was mostly full of overpriced target and amazon garbage. most of the things in the store I could buy cheaper online. grocery was priced the same as retail for short dated or expired food items. clothing was a poor selection of sizes. i did buy one item because i needed it and it was very slightly less than retail

I had an excellent experience here. The associates were all very friendly and they loaded my stuff right into the truck. I have purchased a Fossil handbag and various kitchen items as well and am satisfied with all my purchases. Love my green furniture!

My daughter and I both bought houses recently and have bought a ton of stuff here for our homes. I agree with the posts that state some items seem to not be as good of a deal but I think this place tries hard and I love the idea of supporting a family run business rather than a corporation. Staff are always very helpful and you can always find something fun to buy.

I've gotten 2 pieces of furniture that I've been able to convert into indoor homes for my plants during the winter. Great place for gift shopping if you aren't quite sure what to get!

The owners of this business are terrible. I pointed out that they are higher priced then most retail stores of their page and the owner chewed me out then blocked me. I think it is sad that this store tries to rip people off with used and poor products. The owner needs to grow up and not false advertise that they have lower prices then retail. Will never shop there again, and I will be sure to share my bad experience with others so they are not ripped off as well. Edit. I did not go off on you prove where I did you snapped back at me and laughed at my comments. Grow up

Most items have affordable prices. Everytime I shop here they have added more items and continue to fill the store. For a family owned business that started on a garage, they have done very well and cone a long way. Their hard work and dedication continues to show at every visit.

We drove 45 minutes to visit this store. I'm still very wary of some of the product as the boxes or wrapping clearly states missing or damaged etc. I was the most surprised by prices. I know they will defend they do research and the best they can on pricing but I would go spend the full amount on a brand new in the box never opened or tampered with then a high priced damaged box with missing parts or broken pieces. I bet if you shop there regularly probably can find some awesome deals but not likely to drive there again.

I got some groceries at reasonable prices and some very comfortable skechers shoes at a discount. I'm not a clothing shopper, but the deals at Cartfull as good or better than the thrift stores and for new, not previously used.

Overall it’s okay. I think it’s really a hit or miss as pricing and quality are all over the map, you have to be a pretty diligent consumer to shop here. I’ve purchased items at a great price and items that were at an okay price, but ended up not working. It’s kind of one of those places that I’d you have time to kill and like really searching for a bargain, this is for you as the bargains are not going to hit you in the face…some of the pricing is pretty similar to new, but the items are defected/returned at times. Like I said, I have found some deals, but it does take some time and effort as there is quite a bit of overpriced/poor quality items to sift through to find them—could be worth your time, just depends!

My friends and I had a great time at Cartful. It was a first time coming. Emily K. specifically went out of her way to help us. My friend was trying on a dress jacket and she kindly informed us that there was a dress that matched and she gave us direction to the dress. She was wonderful and because of Emily K. we will be coming back. She slayed. Period. Definitely deserves a raise.

I like to shop here sometimes because you never know what you'll find but overall I thought it was supposed to be a little cheaper than its original retail price but I still find it expensive...especially when it comes to shopping for clothes; some are fair price but some are just dead ugly but expensive I don't like to buy clothes at stores that have different prices due to brand names even thrift stores I don't even buy their clothes because they price it just cause its branded. but if you're looking for just this and that than its a ok place to go.

Everything is jacked up in price you always have to look up what your getting your self into because this guy was trying to upsell us a piece of a table set that wasn't even complete he legitimately said it was worth 2500 and it was actually 103 smh. Besides who is paying 400 for the table alone without legs chairs or the umbrella that comes with it

I had previously shopped at this business before they became cartfull and moved locations. I loved it and found so many items at great prices. Today I drove 1.5 hours and was very disappointed. I would have been better off driving another 40 min to the cities and visiting a discount store where the prices are much lower. It seemed to me prices have increased. Looking at the prices of broken items was cringe worthy. $10 for a cracked pot?! The signs to ask about price matching...I could see that for one large item but it’s not practical to go through the store comparing the tons of items they have to see if there’s a better price, especially while shopping with kids. Prices are very high, period.

Overall, the store was quite interesting. There were a ton of expired food on the shelves, a lot of the items were “dirty” and close in price as to what a new one would be. I would never buy something that hasn’t been cleaned. Also, the place was a complete mess. Stuff was littered all over the floors. I wasn’t impressed, and probably won’t be back.

We have shopped this store several times in he last year or so. We bought a an open box heater and an open box paper shredder. I was a bit skeptical of both, but they both have worked just fine for months now. I was told they test everything before selling. We have been very happy with everything we’ve purchased here and look forward to stopping again soon as there are always new items!

One of our favorite places... my children love digging for clothes. We go about twice a month. Always something new. I have bought so many things from here. Best thing was a lol dollhouse for less then half price! Love love love! I have been following them since the garage!

Expensive for some items, you really have to know what the prices are in the actual retail stores the items come from to know if its a good deal or not. Very hit or miss on deals.

They were very nice and welcoming, had quite a bit of stuff and they were bringing in brand new furniture!! I still haven't even had time, to see everything, yet!! You can't just scan and make assumptions!!! I've found mostly Target items that are brand new!! Each time I come in, I have to start over!!! I hope you guys do great here in North Branch!!!! 🤗 😊
