I stop here occasionally when I’m in the area and always have friendly staff but multiple times they have made my order wrong and I just get something simple like a vanilla latte. Most recently they completely left out the syrup, had to wait until I got home to add something to be able to drink it. Very frustrating when you splurge for a treat for it to taste bad.

I'm orginally from wisconsin, currently living in Minnesota. My husband and I bring my neice and youngers sisters to come visit us regularly and choose to meet in North Branch to swap kids. We chose location/town as our meeting place because of this store in particular.Nothing is better than a great coffee shop after a long drive. It's a wonderful place to stretch our legs and hang out while we wait for the other party to arrive. The employees are wonderful, its clean and the coffee is always good!

I usually come through the drive thru. The service is generally really good. Some will look at you while they are giving you your order. Others will talk over you and just hand it to you and that’s it.If I really had a complaint, it would be my hot drinks are always lukewarm.

$6.22 for my large mocha!It was a celebration. Coming back from seeing my mom. Also spent 5 days babysitting my nephew's dogs and cat. I love coffee. I keep about 5-day flavors on hand drink about two flavors a day.

Get the same thing I every time I go there can I order a bagel every time I go and now they don't put cream cheese on there and I have to ask them if they will put the cream cheese on and they still don't they put it in a little cup now instead of putting it on there. Then I have asked many times and I just get ignored and it's very frustrating.

We ordered turmeric genginger tea and white mocha . Both are very, very yummy . I really felt very, very yummy and perfect countryside tea. We traveled from Minneapolis to duluth. We found this shop on the way. Wonderful place! It's a great place to stop for coffee and a light snack or small meal. The service is always quick and the atmosphere is lovely. Sometimes a bit noisy, but all coffee shops are. I have had a few meetings here and there have never been any issues. One of my favorite places to stop for an hour or two and get some work done or meet a friend.

This is a frequent stop for me and at any and all times of the day. Service is always terrific. I mean really, really good. Today I was there over lunch and there were four people ahead of me. I thought I'd be there for a little while. Again this North Branch shop impressed me with how easily and quickly they took care of everyone. Well Done!

Every time i come here there is a huge wait and they never get my order right. Either the wrong type of coffee or something extra on my order i didn't ask for. They really need more training. Very unorganized and don't listen.

Ordered a beyond breakfast sandwich without egg and cheese like I have at multiple caribou stores.The cashier said they could do that, no problem, because they come frozen and are reheated.After putting in my order and sitting down to wait, the manager came to tell me I cannot order my sandwich that way despite the ingredients being easy to remove.I got a refund and left. I don't understand why this location in particular would not allow me to have the egg and cheese removed when I cannot eat those items. This is not an allergy request but a food sensitivity request that is honored at all the other locations I have gone too.I'll take my business to starbucks moving forward, for they have no problem doing this for me like the other Caribou stores outside of North Branch.
