I live in Michigan and I have a customer in Nisswa. There was an issue with a product that I shipped to my customer. She took it to Greg and he and I communicated Via phone and he was able to resolve the issue keeping the customer happy. He was a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond good customer service! Thanks again Greg!

Only place around that had propane. Otherwise we would have had to drive 20 min thankfully they were open. They have lots of stuff on clearance.

Pulled up and a guy met me at propane tank for a refill then went inside and same guy found me looking for humidifier treatment and took me to endcap with help from another associate

This is without a doubt the best hardware store anywhere. As soon as you walk in, there will be a helpful person to greet you and help you find what you need. The owners are also great contributors to the local community. I highly recommend this hardware store!
