Their default bagel is an everything bagel. Not noted on signage and was not communicated by the manager. Supposedly since we didn’t pay with cash, she could not refund us. So would not refund or remake, even though it was 5 mins after 1:30. Offered gift card or just a plain bagel. We live in a different part of the country. Very poor communication, bad customer service. Would not recommend. Not great food either. WAY too much mayo in chicken salad.

Hood coffee and bagels. Thursday 4:30 to 7:30pm local guys do chicken strips and fries. Chicken is good, their sauce is great but the fries could fry a bit longer to make them more crispy. Overall, would recommend.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. Super convenient location right as you come into town on 7th. Drive through only. Great selection of coffee and espresso beverages. They have non-dairy options like oat, soy, coconut, and almond milk. Oh and lots of kids' options like hot cocoa and lemonade ... Including cotton candy flavored! Will have to remember to stop by here every time we're in New Ulm or driving through.Vegetarian options: They have veggie, egg, and cheese as well as roasted veggie options you can have in a wrap, bagel, or muffin.Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy options include oat, soy, coconut, and almond milks!

Very fast, convenient, delicious, and affordable.One morning in the middle of a long road trip, we needed something quick for breakfast (and especially COFFEE), knowing we had a lot of driving to do.We were tired of basic fast food... Even tired of Starbucks and we’re basic b’s who love Starbucks! Found this place on Yelp and gave it a shot.Sippet got the job done and did it well. Our bagels were delicious. Our coffees were perfect. We were in and out of the drive thru QUICK and it didn’t cost a fortune.The staff inside were also very friendly and competent, despite having a busy morning themselves.Very happy with our choice. Would love to come here again sometime.

It's wonderful to have a drive through coffee option in New Ulm. Also, the bagels were delicious and not something we have here already. The coffee I ordered was a 'light roast breakfast blend' but very very strong - and I usually love strong coffee! But thank goodness I had cream at home to add. Next time I will ask for some to be added there!

The light roast coffee is so full of flavor! The sweet ladies who served it to me made the experience all that much better, too. So excited to have this place in New Ulm! It’s so awesome to have a place to get good coffee without having to get out of the car, especially with two babies in tow!

It does eggs and meat for their breakfast sandwiches really well, but can be really inconsistent. I always order a black cold brew sometimes it’s fine and sometimes it’s so weak that an iced tea would be stronger. Specialty coffee is excellent, if on the sweet side.

Just ordered one of the best ham sandwiches I’ve ever had, $4!! Food is fantastic, good coffee, great prices, and customer service is terrific. They were so friendly and even gave my dog a treat 🐶 Sippet made our morning😊😊

Excellent little coffee shop. I just ordered and I had to leave a review for their pressed ham & cheese alone. Two 1/4 inch pieces of black forest ham and a slab of gruyere cheese for only $4, totally blew me out of the water!

I've never physically been there (yet) but I've had mochas from there and they are the best I've ever had! Maybe they use actual cocoa powder instead of chocolate syrup and wow does it make a difference! Keep up the good work!

Nice drive through but should consider ways to speed line. If someone orders a lot of food, maybe have them put ahead so the person getting black coffee behind them, can grab it and go.

Good coffee. Gave me the wrong cream cheese. The maple cream cheese is amazing, but I wasn't crazy about the blueberry. Service was quick and friendly.

Nothing special, if they are going to charge like Starbucks they'll need to up their game, little cups of cream cheese, so so bagels, (remember to request them to slice it if your going to be driving), the coffee is good but not worth the premium.

Sometimes you seem rushed because they don't let you finish ordering. After every item you list they ask if that is all. Good coffee and friendly employees though.

The employees are exceptionally nice and bagels are very high quality, but their iced drinks are almost never stirred.
