Ask to do a survey - my pleasure.My two yorkies age five in April have been with the NU Vet Clinic almost five years where all their care/vaccines have been given.Tuesday they went in for their yearly dental cleaning.All went well.My Yorkies are my clingy fur babes they are both little spoiled;) so I worry about the anxiety they may have when not with me but I know the team at our vet watches over them closely so I'm assured they are in good hands. They even put cute hair bows on- sweet of them.Bear actually gets excited when we pull up to the NU Vet Clinic- loves visiting with Dr Greg.Was awesome of the clinic to schedule them both in the Same Day. No anxiety observed by either when I take took them in to this appointment. Truth is I'm the one who has lil anxiety not them -mostly due Ms Toto because she is only a few pounds so it's scary knowing they are sedated to do a proper cleaning But have NEVER had any issues with the procedure at the NU Veterinary Clinic.They call during procedure to give updates which is comforting as well even call again the following day to see how things are. Truly grateful they are in the care of New Ulm Veterinary Clinic staff/Dr Greg Windschill. Fortunate for sure.

This place really don’t care about the animals. They mostly care about money. They know what issues my dog has. But they just keep wanting to do the same testing over and over and I get no answers. If it wasn’t for me always saying no. They’ll dry my bank account. I was doing so good of not going there. They can’t even answer direct answers. Then they give their opinions and judge about things. When I know more about my dog than they do. Another 200 just to tell me she’s backlogged from being constipated. They made her worse last summer. I stopped listening to them and she got better. She just had another setback. So it was 90.00 to tell me nothing , I asked them a question. Can’t you see anything with her intestines. There’s gonna be something causing her struggle. Since I had my dog now for 4 years I have given this vet probably over 4000. Just for emergency visit after hours is 400 I am done going hereIf I was a doctor and or vet tech. I would have least held on to my dog until she went , like stimulate her to go , but no they sent her home without going , they’re always in a rush. I wasted money because I am as square one. She’s now going on7 days of being constipated. And she’s in painAnd miserable. If I lose her , I am blaming this place. Shepherds have bloat problems

Dr. Katie is our dog, Rascal's vet and she loves her! We love all the doctors and staff there and would be comfortable with any one of them, should Katie not be available in an emergency!!

All staff vets and vet techs were very caring and concerned about what was going on with our fur baby (dog) when not feeling good. Called often with updates for the days he was there. I give them a lot of credit for the very good care our dog got when he was there. I don't think I would go anywhere else. Always a good experience when we go. He is on the mend at home now. If need anything they are just a phone call away.Thank you for the wonderful care our fur baby Reggie got.

Our local veterinarian wouldn't care for our pets in a humane way so we switched to NURVC approximately 16 years ago. Our pets love the veterinarians and all the very techs that work there. Always a calming atmosphere. Our large German Shepherd/ Lab Mix walked in to the clinic and immediately lost control of his bowels. We felt so bad and apologized and said we would clean it up - i began stopping up what i could when one of the workers came around the desk and told us it was okay and that she would clean it up. Amazing! The only good thing about it was we got a stool sample. 🙄☺️

I brought my Leopard Gecko to see Dr. Nosbusch and she was thorough in her exam and explained what is wrong in a way I could understand. She treated my Gecko and I with care and compassion.

I've never seen angels until today. Two of them just carried my dog Into divine sanctuary. And healing.👼🏽****SO SORRY!!!! LOGAN IS FINE! :-) 🐕I always assume people will know what I'm talking about when I say weird things. I meant that; the two veterinary staffers who carried Him in to be weighed ,were angels. He was in very, very severe pain, and he didn't even wince a tiny bit the whole time they were carrying him. They had a very genuinely upbeat attitude about all of it. He is on the mend! You guys did a fantastic job. Thank you very much. Sincerely.

I really appreciated getting my Pet in to see someone who could trim her nails before we left in Labor Day vacation! It was a short notice but you slipped her in. I appreciate you all for that. Amazing vet & staff. Our kitty wasn't feeling well and they got us in quickly (we'd never been there before this occasion) explained everything and ran tests we wanted done. The tech and vet were so helpful with all of our concerns and extremely caring. We could tell immediately these people love what they do, it's not just a job to them. We are switching to this vet from now on and will recommend them to anyone with pets!! Best of all they got our sweet Simon feeling better, we couldn't be more thankful and happy with the genuine quality care we received.

My Doggo Honey Bear had a horrible accident. I called New Ulm Regional Veterinary Clinic right away. They got her in immediately. They took care of her and she was able to go home that night.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist to the doctor's assistant to the doctor herself. Both the assistant and doctor took plenty of time to talk with us about our concerns and explain procedures to us. They also spent time with our pet to establish trust and a feeling of friendliness and security.

I was very worried. My cat was extremely upset when I put her in the carrier. (Had the run of the house since she was a kitten). But the staff was gentle and soothing, really knew how to handle animals. Everything went smooth. Very good at what they do..

The clinic was clean, front desk staff friendly, I didn't wait long to see the doctor, the vet tech, Holly Tavary, was knowledgeable, was patient and gentle with my cat, asked good questions, the doctor was very gentle with Tavvu as well, did thier due diligence with him, I highly recommend both the Vet Tech and Doctor as well the clinic over all.

I brought my Pineapple Conure here for an injury as they have a great exotic pet vet. They were fast, caring and took the time to research our situation with complete honesty and empathy. We were able to bring our parrot home with clear aftercare instructions and less worries. 100% recommend this facility! Thanks to the entire team.

Vary friendly staff give options for payment care credit and some other place too. My dog was nervous but the vet and the technician were good about letting her getting to know them before they started her yearly exam.

So happy I started coming here. When we lost our 19 year old basset/beagle they were very compassionate and they have a separate door to leave after losing your fur baby. Our puppy just had surgery and Dr. Windschill did an awesome job and Dr Nosbush who probably thought I was insane lol answered all my questions. Dr. Aubrey is our regular vet and she is awesome too. All the front workers are also just great. Took awhile to find a good vet. No complaints about this place at all

Had our cat ( Gracey) cremated today. She was 21years old. Staff was excellent. Very caring . love this place ..I've never had a veterinarian & assistant come to our farm place for routine checkup & shots..Very thankful that they were able to do this for our border collie. Their quality of care is greatly appreciated.
