Sunday 8/6/2023 @ 10:00pm.I've been to this Kwik Trip quite a number of times and it is always very clean, well taken care of and always stocked extremely well.The employees are always very friendly as most people in a small town like New Ulm.You can't go wrong stopping at this Kwik Trip for fuel, coffe, snacks, drink, fuel or for whatever you need that you can get here.They have a big full hot bar of food for you.They have the biggest selection of drinks and pretty near anything you would need.I'm from the Twin Cities amd I'll go here every time I drive thru the neat New Ulm.

Laurel is extremely rude every time I come in. If I see her working I go to a different gas station all together. If you’re going to work in customer service stop being such a grump. She never smiles.

There was a long line of customers and one employee behind the register. Also couldnt tell if store or employee smells like a dead rat. Worst kwik trip in the general areaDid you want BO with that? 🤮

I wanted to thank again a young girl working who helped me out without me asking even. I was getting flavored water in the top cooler shelf a nd couldn't reach them to lift them out. Jade stopped and said she would help me get what I needed, then reached down to hand me back my hand carrier. This is a long review, but when u get older, u can use that kind of help!

People you have to be careful because The reason why I give one star to KwikTrip is because they are charging tax on food in the state of Minnesota when there's no tax on food in the state of Minnesota

For this place I give a 5 star rating because I locked my keys in my car at the pump and when I couldn't find anyone to help me with just something long to grab my key fob because the windows were cracked, Eric came along and went above and beyond and with perseverance got my door open. He wouldn't let me give him any money either. What a great employee. He deserves a raise. Because if I had just dealt with the snobby 2nd employee that shook her head and said call a lock smiths, I probably would have never visited again. But now I will recommend you above all. Thanks again Eric. You sure saved the day.

Not really sure what the deal is with the employees here. The last 4 or 5 times now I have cashed in scratch off tickets and every time they have been incorrect about my winnings. It was happening so much that I was actually able to record a video on my phone showing I had a 100$ winning ticket and they tried telling me it was only a 50$ winner. When I argued with them and asked to see the ticket, then they would correct the error and try to act innocent. I have heard other people complain of the same thing. This is pretty concerning in my opinion. A lot of times it’s the morning staff doing this. I’ve had this happen with both quick trips in new ulm.

Everybody loves Kwik Trip. I’m in this location at least twice a week. It’s our go to for gas, car washes, and staples like milk and bananas. Good prices and always friendly, efficient service. I also make use of their fee free ATM and too often, their tasty treats.

I used to not like this gas station because the cashiers were always crabby and there is always cops just hanging out there, but over the last year most of the employees are always quite friendly now. The cops still like to hangout there pretty frequently in the night so I just go to the other gas station across town when I need to make a stop.

I am a frequent flier at this location and wanted to send my most heartfelt appreciation. Your staff in the morning is always awesome, but this morning my car died in the parking lot and Denise went out of her way to help me . SomehowI managed to make it to work on time! It was not my finest half hour, but I appreciate her more than I can say! Thank you!

New Ulm location needs to take some lessons from other locations. When it is busy like in the morning when all people want to get is coffee and be on there way they have one person checking people out, then that person checking people out is pushing a rewards card, car wash, cookies, lunch specials. For the love of god we people that come in at 5:30 in the morning just want coffee! Then the coffee is out or the cappuccino machine doesn't work. Customers are everywhere and no workers to be found. This location is very badly managed!The only reason you are getting one star is because it will not let me post anything without giving it a star rating. Will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

10/10 I've never been to a Kwik Trip that deserves any lower than a 5 Star Review. Employees are always happy, cheerful, and attentive. Kwik Trip isn't your average gas station, they go above and beyond all expectations.

Just went to get a car wash at this store and after half a pass inside the car wash it broke down. I had half a car full of soap and wax. I called the store from inside my car to get someone to help. It took a half hour before it was fixed. I never received a sorry about that or anything else to compensate me for my troubles. I'm done going to Kwik Trip in New ULM or anywhere else.

Very friendly staff. Always a smile. The person complaining about rude staff must have been at a different store! Maybe Quick Mart on the other side of town. There ARE a couple crabby patties there.

Never been impressed by this location, it's dingy and looks like if was set up by a 3 year old on pixie sticks. And always out of something I need, generally cinnamon rolls. I'll drive to Mankato from now on.

New ulm Kwik Trip. Use to be the best. The new manager is not having their people clean the doors or pump in a timely manner. I intentionally smudge the window. And smudge was still there the following day. I've asked them several times to clean. Covid 19 is real. I will find new station till this is rectified.

This Kwik Trip, the food service people were awesome! I didn't see any of the food I like, and they helped me order up my Garlic, Herb and Chicken, waited only a few minutes and everything was perfect

The best! Kwik Trips are already a class act gas station/convenience store, but the New Ulm Kwik Trip is by far the cleanest, friendliest and most helpful. It's a must stop when in the area.

Always very helpful!!! It is not a "full service " business, it is a Convenience Store (gas station).I have trouble with reaching, carrying & taking my purchases to our van. The helpful service I received was OUTSTANDING!!!! All I did was to ask... Thanks KWIK TRIP!!!!
