I tried ordering from your store today and when my delivery person got there, your store was just starting it! I waited well OVER an hour for 8 things!! On top of that, my order was way wrong!!!! Never again!!!

2 diesel and DEF pumps, easy in and out. fantastic food options, from full heat and eat meals to hot grab and go meals. plenty of yummy goodies and fruits and salads. great place for a break and a meal. no truck parking.

I visit this location very often. Each time I visit I am greeted by Katie. She is very quick to say hello and making the experience very welcoming. Katie is very friendly and always has a smile and a laugh. At the end of the visit she always thanks me for coming and wishes me a turn to come back again soon. Having someone like Katie there to make you feel welcome is awesome. Thanks for always a great Experience Katie your AWESOME!!

I will no longer be going through that Car Wash again, and maybe not to that Kwik Trip Period, despite the convenience of being close to where I live. The experience I had this morning leaves me questioning this business.I had a code to go through the car wash, and pushed soft touch. When the brushes started going on the roof of my van, I heard (and felt) 2 thumps that were not normal. I am hard of hearing, but still heard the thump with my hearing aids, and felt it. As I pulled in a handicapped spot and got out to see what happened, I noticed my back luggage rack bar had snapped off. I drive around the building to see if I could find it, and someone else had already gone in the wash. I went around and parked again, went in and got some donuts and told the cashier what happened. She asked someone else to check on it. Noticed on the monitor the car was leaving, so, she went out to check. Sure enough, came back in the store with my luggage rack bar that snapped off. She was going on about finding pop cans in the wash, etc., but did nothing or said nothing about my luggage rack being snapped off. Just giggled and walked away. Didn't bother working with me to fix the issue, no names, no apologies, no nothing.After talking to a few other people about this, sounds like I'm not the only one having vehicle damage in Kwik Trip car wash. Someone better do something before more vehicles get ruined. I now am scared to go through a Kick Trip car wash as I'm afraid of what will happen.Poor customer service this morning 🤦😡

By far, the most efficient Kwik Trip ever! The new store is pristine, well staffed, wisely merchandised and offers amazing fresh/ ready to go food options. KT has their own dairy and the product quality and values on milk, ice cream, etc . are quite impressive. Gasoline value is always fair. Open 24/7, carrying a little bit of everything, KT wins the battle in my book for most to offer in the war of convenience stores. I would like to mention, they have the highest price around for some tobacco items; for example, Virginia Slims $12.22 per pack. At least they carry a wide variety of brands.

Not really sure what the deal is with the employees here. The last 4 or 5 times now I have cashed in scratch off tickets and every time they have been incorrect about my winnings. It was happening so much that I was actually able to record a video on my phone showing I had a 100$ winning ticket and they tried telling me it was only a 50$ winner. When I argued with them and asked to see the ticket, then they would correct the error and try to act innocent. I have heard other people complain of the same thing. This is pretty concerning in my opinion. A lot of times it’s the morning staff doing this.

Emily was very helpful and a F'Real expert! I was struggling to pick out a F'Real and she came to the rescue by helping me pick out the best ones! Dear Kwik Trip Management, Emily deserves to be promoted to the highest level on the company's pay scale! She doesn't deserve "Employee of the Month.... she deserves "Employee of Forever".
