Hard to find almost everything the isle were confusing and disorganized this store should consider re do the isle so people easily shop and not have to walk through the store to find one item from one end of the store all the way to the other for the it is a little ridiculous that when I walk in it is all candy and garbage and yet the bread is in the middle and not towards the end like it used to be they really need to redo the aisle so people can find items easier and faster they should also make their checkout Lanes a little wider so you're not so crammed in there like a hers of cattle.

A little on the expensive side. Being the only grocery store for 15-20 miles in every direction probably has something to do with that. Still, the people are friendly, respectful, and courteous.

Clean. Knowledgeable employees that go the extra mile to assist you. Clean bathrooms with hot water, filled soap dispensers, and plenty of paper towels. The produce is top-notch, the best I've found so far, even beating out Jerry's. Good selections of a wide variety of products.

No complaints I just never buy groceries from there because the prices are a bit higher. I only go to the liquor store next door when I find myself needing some michelob ultras after a long stressful week of work since it's right down the street.

After the service we received today, we will never again step foot in a hyvee store. We normally don't due to the much higher prices but went anyways. After issues with not getting the fuel saver we talked with customer service and that lady was nothing but rude. After hearing her nonstop complaints about dealing with it and trying to get our fuel saver and how it's not worth her time or effort, we gave up and left. I will never again step foot into a hyvee

The store is kind of dated and get sale items within the first few hours of the sale. They are famous for not restocking sale items until the day after sale is over. Great selection of meat and produce. But it's hard to find any assistance in store anymore. They used to be reasonably priced but not no more.

I’d like to recognize the impressive team in the pharmacy. They are very efficient and effective in serving local consumers. I’m from the cities and I’ve NEVER dealt with an error free pharmacy; I’m quite impressed!The retail store is quite alluring. Check out the Meat or Sea Food Counter; here you will find the most beautiful selection of protein in New Ulm. Truthfully, every department has an edge over the grocery competition in the area. When you are lucky enough to score a pumpkin pie, grab it from the bakery!Cashiers are lovely. However, buyer beware “are you a senior citizen” on Wednesday’s is a rude, cruel and demeaning question. I’m obviously far from that age and as much as I ask them and the manager to stop asking, they continued. Guess what, they lost my grocery business. Only I know what I spent per week but it was enough. I miss shopping there. I guess I didn’t matter.

If you are from out of town-best to not use the curbside grocery pick-up. I travel the country for work and for a medium national chain i expected better...and got it from other stores...this one not so much.The curbside grocery signs are all but non existing on a busy day. They use a sign in the lawn at the entrance 16" by 24" and its relatively hard to see if there is a lot of traffic entering/ exiting. Horribly inconvenient placing for the parking spots. Don't waste your time if the pharmacy drive through has a line...you won't be able to get to the parking area for your order. Go in to the service counter and ask where and what and they'll look at you as if you are just supposed to know.

I live out of state and always use Hy-Vee Floral for floral arrangements for my mom in a nearby town. I always send them every year on her birthday and on some hard days for our family every year, most recently today. I opted to do the "Florist Choice" and I am amazed at how beautiful they turned out. I honestly think that I will order them this way from now on. Thank you to the Florist/Staff at Hy-Vee Floral for helping my mom know how much she is loved and thought of on a hard day like today. I highly recommend anyone to use this floral shop for any floral needs. I have yet to be disappointed in all of the floral arrangements I've ordered over the years. And also, thank you for delivering to neighboring small towns. I appreciate it SO much!

Have was ok but recently added self check outs. Felt bad for one guy who was waiting in self check out for help and I went thru regular check out and was out door before him. Was very slow at getting help and the cashier didn’t have a clue of what she was doing. Won’t go there much now now since there’s more self check outs than regular check outs. If I wanted to run a register, I’d go work there.

Hy-Vee is awesome. You pay a little more but you don't have to go to that gross supercenter. No worries about gross fruit or food that is out of date, the meat is always awesome just a much better experience.
