This was my second time boarding my sweet cat at Cat’s Cottage Inn within four years and after this second boarding, my husband and I rest assured with leaving her while away. Bonnie’s care for her was wonderful for our 18 days away. We could tell our cat didn’t want to leave the Inn as we were leaving she was standing up by the window and meowing like she wanted to still stay! It was really a vacation for her as well!!! She was pampered lots. We will definitely have Bonnie take care of her again! Prior to the trip, our cat would not jump on high surfaces without something lower to help and once we got home, within a few hours, she had jumped from the floor onto our dining room table, which I’ve never seen since she was a much younger cat, and also jumped right onto the daybed, which is a higher bed. I even saw her leap from the lower ledge on the wall at the cat inn onto the ledge by the window before we took her home so I was amazed. Our kitty had lots of exercise there walking around, visiting other cats through their windows and also while in the sunroom daily. It truly is a wonderful place. 😸

During my move I needed a place for Lucy to stay so she would not accidentally end up outdoors and missing. I wanted a place that is cat oriented - with room to explore - windows to look out of. I was so happy to find a place like Cats Cottage Inn. It is clean - bright- with windows with views of country - nature - bird feeders and Bonnie loves cats.

Cats Cottage Inn provides a home-like environment and excellent personalized care for cats. Bonnie and her team (Tina in particular) provide great care and excellent communication. I wanted a place my cats could be comfortable and not in cages somewhere with dogs barking in the same facility. You can tell a lot of thought and attention to detail went into the design and concept of Cats Cottage Inn. It’s a 5-star kitty hotel! I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Cat's Cottage Inn to any cat parent! We boarded our three cats with Bonnie for almost two weeks while we were on a family vacation. We'd never boarded our cats before and were nervous about the whole process. Bonnie completely took that stress away. We felt great leaving them with her. She does an amazing job and has a wonderful facility!

Bonnie does a wonderful job of keeping the cats. Our cat Misty always has a great time there—in fact, this time she didn’t want to come back!! Bonnie is very organized and clean and provides nice sunny rooms for the cats and personalized care. Overall you should definitely keep your cat here!

Bonnie, the proprietor, loves cats and is always ready to do her best for her furry guests, from maintaining special diets to administering medications. I trust her implicitly with my kitties and I have no worries when I leave them in her care. She runs a very clean and welcoming establishment and follows COVID-19 guidelines. You can be certain your beloved cats will enjoy a safe, secure and pleasant stay!

We were devastated when we had to find a temporary home for our cat, Mario. After endless hours of research we landed on Cat's Cottage Inn. Although it was a long drive from our place in Minneapolis it was 1000% worth it. Bonnie was extremely responsive, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. When we arrived we got to tour the adorable, charming, cozy cat building. Every cat has dedicated rooms with ample space, plenty of hiding, and great windows for entertainment. Mario immediately felt comfortable and loved watching the birds eat away at the bird feeder stationed directly outside his window. He always loved being able to roam outside his room, saying hi to the other cats and playing with the toys provided. Bonnie would post pictures and videos of Mario on her Instagram account and would quickly respond to any texts of us checking in. When we finally picked Mario up he was in great condition. I cannot thank Bonnie enough for taking such good care of our furbaby and recommend her a hundred times over for anyone needing to temporarily house their cat.

i love cat’s cottage inn! i live in minneapolis and make the drive out to cat’s cottage when i need boarding for my cat for any extended length of time. it’s reasonably priced, the facilities are excellent, and my cat is always in good spirits when i pick her up. lots of places out there will board your cat in a small cage, but here your cat gets a whole little room to themselves with a window and space to play. it gives me lots of peace of mind to know that she’s getting the best kitty hotel experience when i have to leave her behind when i travel. super trustworthy place, can’t sing enough praises.

Bonnie has always taken great care of our 3 boys. We drop them off 3 or 4 times a year for long weekends or week long stays. She is great about making sure their feeding routines are followed and they get plenty of attention and playtime. Her pictures and videos of our boys while we are gone are highly anticipated and she's been very open to flexible drop off and pick up times when needed. We highly recommend The Cat's Cottage Inn for boarding!

I had my cat here for about a week, and I got daily updates about her and how she was doing as well as pictures. She well taken care of and seemed to be very happy with her stay at cats cottage. I was fortunate enough to find this place when I had to go out of town. I had to stay an extra day and it was no issue to keep my cat for extra time, I’m so glad my cat was taken care of and made my out of town visit that much more less stressful.

I love Bonnie and Cat’s Cottage. She takes very good care of my cat Pharaoh when ever we must leave him behind. They are friendly, very clean, and each cat gets his own little room with screens to see what is going on around them. Some of the rooms even have windows looking out at the beautiful country side. Unfortunately our vacation was cancelled this summer because the boarders to Canada are closed. (Covid) We will miss seeing Bonnie.

Cat's Cottage Inn is the only place my family has taken our two cats over the past 5 years when we go out of town. Even after moving another 30 minutes further away, we still take them there because we know they will be so well taken care of. Bonnie is so kind and flexible, and is great at communicating quickly! Actually, all of the above. We have boarded our cats here for about 12 years. We found Cats Cottage Inn because one of our cats was diagnosed with diabetes and had to have insulin shots twice a day. Finally we were able to travel as there was someone to look after him.Our kitties have loved their vacations there, as they are cared for, played with very well loved and looked after.Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. I had to find somewhere for my cats to be for 30 days while I was buying my house. The Cottage is out in the country, so there is fresh air. The cat's house is so clean, and their individual rooms are set up so nice for the kitties. Each has their own window, and several different levels for them to hang out. Can't say enough good things about this place. Bonnie sent email updates which was very comforting considering the amount of time we had to be apart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cat's Cottage Inn

Bonnie very clearly cares about cats and knows how to handle them, and what they like. The rooms are big, and have plenty of beds and high places for cats to sleep on. The price is reasonable, and our three cats were well taken care of during our trip.

Cat’s Cottage Inn is the only place I trust with my cat. It is so clean that you would never guess cats are visiting. The owner truly loves the kitties she cares for and it is an easy drive from Minneapolis. I love this place, and so does my cat! I highly recommend it for cat boarding.

I don't trust many people with my babies, but I was assured that they could take care of my boy and give him his insulin shots with no problems. I was able to go on my trip knowing that he was well cared for and safe. The staff are wonderful! I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my cats here again!

Cat’s Cottage is the absolute best and we are so relieved to have found such a wonderful place we can trust to take our cats when we need to go out of town. We can go away know they are extremely well cared for. The best place to board a cat in Minnesota, by far!! I have a cat who can be very tricky to work with and had zero issues here. The staff are very calm and gentle with the cats, and really take their whole wellbeing into consideration. The rooms are much larger than elsewhere and the cats get access to a large playroom, which is ideal! This is honestly the only place I’ll board a cat anymore.
