We ordered a custom TNC Crate, in 2021, for our very large dog. We needed it to be comfortable and secure, as he has some ongoing behavioral issues. This crate has exceeded our expectations, and our dog seeks it out voluntarily- as you can see in the photo!

Customer service is absolutely top notch, the product design is great. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because for the price it cost I do feel like the end product is a little rougher than the simular units from their competitors. The corners could greatly benefit from some sort of bump guard simular to others out there and the cuts themselves look unfinished , having some cnc experience I would say that it looks like they dont have any overlap and that makes these jagged little spots that come out on each cut out. The door is 5 stars it is very solid and sure to last for years and years. The fasteners chosen for this product are not well thought out , either building a capture for the nuts or including a washer meant to grab vs requiring that someone be inside to secure the fasteners would be better. The color options are great and powder coat seem to be very strong, my unit will be a great example of the torture test they can go through so I will update if anything negative comes up but I do doubt that it will. In the end I wouldnt have purchased from their competitors but I do have a few hundred dollars of buyers remorse that would have been easily settled with a few bits of refinement.
