There is a lot to learn & Odenthals have been patient & supportive all the while providing me with real craftsmanship of meat cutting & phenomenal sausage & smoking recipes. My customers love our products. I believe our butcher is just as important as we are as farmers. Without them we couldn't do what we do which litterally provides for our family. The store isn't big but they are well organized and have a logical layout. The staff was very quick boxing up 1/2 a cow. Check out their retail selection. They have an entire wall of the store that is a freezer full of frozen individual cuts of meat. They have a large selection of lunch meat. They are open till 6pm Monday through Friday and till 1pm on Saturday. Additionally they were able to pack a frozen half cow into boxes so well that it fit into the trunk of a Honda Accord.

Best meat market around. From the fresh cuts to game processing and smoked goods, you won't find better. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Top notch place that is well worth the visit. Have never been disappointed since I found them 15+ years ago.

Teriyaki sticks are amazing! Avoid the Habanero sticks, I ate 2 today and it burns when I pee. Adjusting my review. The Habanero should be discontinued. Up all night sick with stomach.

What a great place to visit and to find some high quality products. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases, and most times my expectations as high as they were, were exceeded. This is my number one place to find the best meat in MN. Staff is really friendly, and patient. They took the time to explain the answers to my questions in detail, and I left the store happily educated on the process they go through to bring such great meat to the public. Can't say enough good things about this business. Try some of their beef and you will understand why they get all these great reviews. I drive a long way to get there and it is totally worth it. They love veterans there as well.

Got a half pig and some beef sticks. If you like a good hot beef stick get the habanero Guy at counter asked if I was sure but its the perfect eatable spice if you actually like spicy and has great flavor. The others I got were excellent as well Jalapeno Cheddar and Maple

I purchased 1/4 beef from a local farm and Odenthal’s processed it. They did a great job in doing so. The steaks were cut to the thicknesses asked, the ground beef was lean like I asked and it is nice how they stamped each package with my name and date. Not everyone does this. They have a great selection of meats in their store. If I lived closer I would definitely visit here often.

If you want great sausage, this is the place to go. My friends have me pick up different kinds of sausage and the list gets bigger every time I go there. It is out in the country but well worth the drive. Keep up the great product.

One of the best butchers in the state!!! They have amazing deals, beautiful cuts of meat, it’s hard to find a butcher that can beat odenthals prices and quality. I get all my meat from them and have referred several people to this butcher who also agree with me. They have everything from Bison to elk, northern pike to tilapi, king crab, muscles, and a large variety of cheeses.Basically anything and everything for your one stop, protein shop and if they don’t have your choice of beef in the frozen section or up front in the display just ask and they will happily go in back and cut up whatever you need!

Currently do not enforce masking. Patrons with no nose coverage. Help wore mask except those in back came out with no masks.Good product but for now a super spreader event in the making.May return after I've had the vaccine, but not until then.Went in for fresh prime rib at a good price and walked out with 4 pounds. Easy. Simple.

I've ordered 1/4 beef and a 1/2 pig from a local farmer and had Odenthal's process it. They walked me through all of the different cut options and recommendations. The cuts were done perfectly. They also have a wide selection of products available for purchase. I'd highly recommend Odenthal's!

This meat market products are good, however I piece of bone was in one of their salsa beef sticks and cracked my tooth. The dentist could't save it. Ask them for help to pay 50% of my out of pocket and I would pay the rest for the dentist bill because they had to pull my tooth out and I have to get a implant and they played the insurance game. If you ever get a bone in any of their products take a picture of the bone or cartilage better yet save it or your just out of luck. Laura the owner talked nice on the phone but didn't back up her product! I have spent a lot of my money on their product but no more. Chew safely :(

Every time I ask them to bring out there weiners, I get super moist... ( In the mouth).There weiners are so perfectly prepared it would put Thunder from Down Under to shame.And the Gator brats are to die for, they also make it for the Statefair.Hint hint, Wink Wink...the best in the state.
