This location is great for a quick shopping trip (not fresh produce though, more on that later) for essentials and deli. The food at the deli is always fresh and delicious. However, their portions did decrease I’ve noticed.This location unfortunately does not have good options for fresh produce. Big majority of the vegetables displayed are wilted, half rotten, gone bad, etc. If they have something on sale it is probably because by the time it gets on your countertop it will no longer be good for consumption. Sadly I’ve experienced that way too many times to keep buying produce here.I’ve noticed this store has been always tidy and clean, friendly staff with warm smiles. I’ve always been assisted when I needed help and it is not a problem to a hold of someone. Overall this store is bringing our community together and making it a better place for us

I love shopping at Hy-Vee. Stores are always bright, clean & attractive. There is lots of staff that are always friendly & helpful. Their cafes have lots of variety. Prices could be a bit lower but aren't terrible.

Very disappointed in your friday fish special. Its not fish its minced something Van de Camps is better than what you serve comes with hard bun no butter or tatersauce. Don’t advertise as its very disappointing.

The staff sucks. Looks at you doesnt ask if you need help. The male manager acts like he’s god. His ego is so big I’m suprised it fits in the store. This is why we shop outta town

I use aisles online, but I'm not good at coming and picking up my stuff when I should. Kim in that department is very kind and understanding I appreciate that she go's out of her way to ensure I get the order I put in. Given the situation she has never been rude or pushy when it's honestly warranted. I'm sure that not picking up my order when I should negatively effects that team in ways in don't know.Thank you Kim and the Hyvee team for being so great.

I'm so glad they added Hy-Vee to New Prague. It's not quite as big and impressive as the larger stores in Shakopee and Savage, but they generally crush local competition in price. I've only encountered helpful and friendly staff on any of many visits.

Smaller than the hyvee I work In faribault minnesota but this was very clean they don't have a hickory house lime faribault does but not bad for new prague mn

Most food is overpriced due to location and hyvee "perks" for fuel savings is horrible.. most national grocery store chains have better prices and incentives

They are a pretty standard Hy-Vee. Prices of items not on sale are high, it is definitely a place to only shop the ads. Never have to wait for checkout. They are good about that. The employees are friendly. The store is clean, and the shelves are labeled fairly well.

Went to get sushi asked for a veggie roll the lady didn't know how to make it. I'm allergic to shellfish so we asked for one with out shellfish. The lady insisted that it was pickled beetroot so my husband thought it would be okay after eating some I started to break out and itch. Really annoyed that the employees don't know how to make the rolls that are offered at hyvee and now I have to suffer an allergic reaction because the lady didn't know how to make a simple veggie roll.

Staff are creepy, one of them from behind the meat department took a picture of my mom randomly. The other one from the meat department pretty sure, tall guy with glasses almost bald, worse his apron out of the meat area and FOLLOWED me into the bathroom to cause a scene.

I like this grocery store for it's convenient location and Hy-Vee foods. However, it is lacking the usual higher end Hy-Vee experience and foods like their homemade tortilla chips. There is no attached Starbucks which is also a bummer.

Usually I would give a better rating but they have soda labeled 4 for 15 with the 12 packs. Look at the receipt and each one was 7.99. So I get to pay double awesome thanks

Was there 5-8 mins after they opened at 6am and was very happily surprised when a random employee walked past me and asked how my day was. Super friendly will come back if in area.
