One of the best Walmart experiences I've had in a long time, got what we needed right away, we got help with a locked case within 2-3 minutes, which is a record as far as I'm concerned. The associates that helped me at the case and at the customer service counter were very helpful and nice.

Excellent place, nice workers, average wait time to get checked out, easy to locate products, great prices!!! Larger varsity of selections to choose from. And even more than u can think avasil at the online Wal-Mart store dryer! One of my favorite stores to stop in!

I have never been treated so rudely as tonight. Customer service was dreadful as were the cashiers. Oh wait, I meant 'cashier'. On Christmas Eve, one customer service representative.Better management is foreseen.

Walmart is such a great place to go. With everything Walmart has to offer it’s the most well used store in my area. From getting your laundry detergent to getting brand new tires for my truck there is so much that they have to offer. I do a lot of grocery shopping in Walmart as well. I can usually find everything my family eats as well as everything my dog and cats eat too. It’s a lot of fun seeing the different themes go into and out of Walmart when we have the holidays around the corner. Currently the place is full of love….thats right…Valentines day is a coming haha but there is something that absolutely drives me nuts while shopping at Walmart. The self check out. You ever notice that there are 3-4 employees standing around doing nothing. Maybe one directs traffic or points out the green area where someone can go but then you have 2 more texting on their phones or one looking around just in lala mode. I rather have these people cashiering with lines open so people can get in and out. Maybe the theft will go down. Who knows!! Anyway, I have bought many items that I am happy with for my friends and family but I can see where Walmart can make improvements. The management lets shoppers in without masks as the pandemic rages. Often employees only cover their mouth, leaving their nose exposed. This store used to have benches to sit and rest, now gone. No cashiers. Only self checkout.Auto and tire service: old cars not welcome. Made an appointment, drove 50 miles to this store to buy tires. They said they couldn't work on my car because it had a loose control arm. Turns out it was just a sway bar. Wasted my whole day because of this inexperienced staff!! Stay away from this store!!!

I am a customer with EBT benefits. Just about anything food that isn't alcohol or cooked is considered EBT eligible. So why does Walmart think they have the right to set a standard different than the government's standard? If, like me, you are tired of this, you should know that there are other local grocery stores that do it right. Just avoid Walmart if you plan to use SNAP benefits.

I'm learning how to eat gluten free. This store is not always consistent with products & once I get something I actually finally like, I have trouble even finding it again! Took forever to get simple quick trip to the store done. Also they were having issues with a shoplifter, it even gave me high anxiety & I needed to leave without getting everything I had needed!

We use curbside pickup and it's smooth as can be. At our location, the service staff is first rate. Each and every pickup is as ordered, unless a substitution is made in which case Walmart always lets you know. Quick, accurate, and simple. First-class customer service and you don't even have to get out of your truck.

I am very impressed with this Walmart!The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the shelves are well stocked! Had 8 items at regular checkout. So...she puts on my bill the 1 item from next person: $12+vodka! NOW WALMART REQUIRES you go down to rebate...and 4 people in line and WAIT! They do this when they OVERCHARGE you too! Better to shop at their competition nearby....DUMBER THAN DUMB POLICY!!!!!!!

My ONE YEAR OLD, was just scolded by a WELCOMER/GREETER (at this establishment I visit with my children all the time) because he screamed twice out of excitement for winning the crane machine twice in a row. I understand he should be using an “inside voice” but he is ONE YEAR OLD. I expected a lot more from someone who is supposed to be making your customers feel welcome.Normally I wouldn’t even say anything and ignore that kind of rude, inconsideration. Though, lately, I’m sick of people thinking it’s alright to be rude to everyone without regards or consideration. I get you’re an elder and have hearing aids but that does not give you the right to kill the joy of one adult and two kids under 4 years old who weren’t even around you for more than 3 minutes.Any other greeter is always welcoming and understanding and great with kids. However, I will not be entering the home and pharmacy side any time soon unless my husband is with because I know he would have said something more than my “well he is only 1 year old” after already trying to quiet him twice.I respect my elders so I’ll try my hardest to let your comments not RUIN my great day I was having with my kids.I don’t expect this to get far.. but I hope he’s at least told how to treat people or to walk away from a situation that he’s going to handle rudely.

Not well marked prices on items especially the trading cards section and if I have to ask wouldn't the scanners they had prior have been better to just be scattered throughout the store? I shouldn't rate it as high but the clearance section was phenomenal and must be under someone with a knack for the job in charge so it made up for frustrating shopping elsewhere within the store.

Don’t go to the Automotive at Walmart here. They put the tire on wrong and made the tread got smooth within a month of having it and didn’t put the right amount of psi air, they put 30 and it supposed to be 50 but tell me I’m wrong. Very rude customer service dude was honestly so disrespectful. Never going through this 💩automotive Walmart again……

Very busy day because it was senior day. I am also a senior. The lines were to long at check out because there weren't enough registers open. The store had everything we needed but sticker shock was everywhere. Almost $6.00 for butter. It's not just their pricing it's everywhere. How are we suppose to eat with prices like these.

Sometimes they do have some good deals here but the customer service isn’t always the friendliest and the prices overall aren’t that great unless you shop online and do a pick up order because the prices in store and in the Walmart app can be very different! It’s a pain to get someone in the store to give you the Walmart app price too if it’s cheaper, it’s like you’re inconveniencing the employees to do their job so my advice is to skip the store and just shop in the app and do a pick up order, much easier and I’ve never had any problems with their pick up department.

As usual I waited until 30 minutes before closing time to show up and purchase a few items necessary to complete my dinner plans for tonight. Closing time protocol for Walmart is to announce a friendly reminder every 5 minutes over the intercom. After 2-3 reminders my mood goes into hyper-angry and I'm cursing out anyone or anything that is in my view in fact I've been known to react even if their is nothing even present. This is what can happen when a store gets a history for closing early, rudely rushing people out the door so they can close early or just plain out closing early and being rude with no conscience of having done so?

Although some grocery items are in short supply, it's typical in todays world. It is worth the travel for me to head into the Virginia area (50 miles one way) once a month to stock up on things needed. Prices save me a ton compared to prices (and no choices) where I live. Being on a fixed income, it's a more than welcomed.
