This grocery store is okay but the produce is way overpriced for the quality, not to mention the shady business practice of stocking broccoli with large stems, which in my case, weighed almost a full pound. At $3.49/lb, I feel scammed. We eat a lot of broccoli, so I will be shopping at the other grocery stores which do not employ this tactic. The quality of the meat here is very questionable as well. I can tell they source their chicken from farms that abuse and feed growth hormones to the chickens, based on the bruises on the meat and the size of the chicken breasts. I'll gladly pay more money for good quality meat that comes from reputable and humane farms.

Always been a local go to.. I no longer live in Mound, luckily. But they always had great service, helpful employees, and a clean store.

Some good deals if you pay close attention and are flexible. organization, lighting and space is done well. Some things get randomly expensive.

Loved the cashier, the fresh produce was amazing. Big section for spices and very well stocked organic section. Easy to navigate store with signage that was clear.

I try to avoid going here because even though it is a nice and clean store, their prices are way out of line.

We’re ready for the upgrades!MORE FRESH FOOD!MORE ORGANIC FOOD!LESS of those middle aisle processed foods. Our kids want what they SEE!😃Let’s move bakery goods far away and have all that fresh produce be the FIRST thing they see!Let’s teach them that those middle aisles are only for a few fun snacks for the school week and ingredients for home-baked goods!Healthier kids, healthier community!

The prices of fresh produce and meats are staggeringly high.

The manager is the kindest person you will ever meet, excellent in customer service and just a nice person. I don’t usually leave reviews but just a heads up for those who are new to the store - There is one bagger there that will make for an extremely uncomfortable encounter. Long hair “large eyes” maybe struggles with drugs? He is not nice and seems rather prejudice. If you encounter him, do not be deterred from the store. Jubilee is a great place to shop. I think he just hates certain people. Recommend just avoiding evening hours.

It's pretty sad just because your paper bag prices went up you need to make it inconvenient for customers to go find their own bags. That doesn't seem like a customer problem

A clear and well kept grocery store. Staff is friendly and it is easy to find what you need from everyday essentials to supplies for a special meal. If you are in the area, I reccomend stopping by to check it out.

I understand staffing shortages, openly angry employees, and empty shelves. But as I walked into the store there was a putrid odor that hit me immediately. Between the noticeably dirty carpet with countless large stains on it and the horrible smell throughout the produce area. Just no thank you. I prefer to go to small town grocery stores over big chain ones, but this store needs to do better when it comes to cleanliness. Or just tear out that horrible carpet and all of it's odors.

For a smaller loyal grocery store they still have good prices. Their meat department is great! Love their bacon wrapped steaks they sell at great prices!

The first hours of the store are for shoppers who are immune compromised/at risk. The last 2 times I have been there, staff were not wearing masks. I spoke to one, he said he did 50% of the time. But not now when it is at risk people. They have not respected distancing. I spoke with the owner. He said they were following CDC guidelines and doing all that they could. No they aren't. Again that first hour is for at risk people and they were not wearing masks. I also pointed out that when I was at one register, I was only 3 feet from the next cashier. Owner said that that's how far apart the registers are and she was facing the other way. No, she was moving around and when I was at the key pad, she was turning towards me. I said other stores use every other register. At 6:30-7:00 am with only 2 registers open they didn't need to use 2 next to each other.Owner then told me their business has increased because people don't want to shop at Costco because of masks. There it is - it is not about protecting the customer. I have intentionally not shopped at Costco because I want to support the local business. So I am now exposed to every non-mask-wearing customer that the staff are exposed to. I understand this is their choice, but if they have made that choice, then they really do need to wear masks when at-risk people are in their stores. Then all my groceries disappeared.

Highest prices, worst produce, and poor selection. I’ve shopped here for seven years too long. I could FILL my vehicle my fuel or have my groceries delivered and STILL save money while getting better quality by going anywhere else. Sorry Jubilee, but you’re failing this community - and have been for quite some time.

Super friendly store! This store has more choices than the usual smaller town grocery store, but not quite everything I usually buy. The size of the store makes a quick grocery run easy to accomplish. I'm sure there are busy times, but I've shopped here a dozen times at various times of day and I don't think I've waited in line for more than 2 minutes. They have a fun gift shop with beautiful fresh flowers and a machine that exchanges cash for coins. They offer drive up service if you need it. I especially like checking out the community bulletin board on my way out.

Small town, fairly large grocery store. Decent prices. Staff is very friendly. I went in once for eggs, and the employee stocking the eggs took the time to sort through all of the cartons to find me the most fresh carton with no broken eggs. I go here on a weekly basis.

Way overpriced, not a great selection, and produce needs to be better. Several times I've bought produce that looked alright only to find it was on the verge of being spoiled when I got home to use/eat it. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful though.

Our personal grocery store which we love. We go at least once a week and now have a few employees that always greet us, very friendly personable service. Not the cheapest store around but also not very expensive. They run great seasonal promotions for all the holidays and during the warm months they have great green house options next to their doors. Store is clean, well stocked, and friendly. Great local grocery store.

Great little store! They had a good selection of items, many specialty foods. The cashiers were nice although a bit slow. They have drive up so you don't have to carry everything to the car. Staple items are more expensive than other stores but for just a few things, this is perfect.

I appreciate this neighborhood grocery store, they carry a wide range of items and have a pretty good selection of natural/organic foods which is important to me. I do think their vintage sodas are super fun, we actually got a mint julep soda to enjoy while watching the derby! They have quite a few crafted root beers as well, yum. The produce is good if it's fresh, sometimes it isn't so you have to be selective. They seem to be improving in this area so I hope they do to be competitive. The service is fast and friendly, and the store itself is super clean.

Wonderful grocery store that does a fantastic job with a fraction of the space of the larger chain stores while still offering a good variety of the items I shop for. Staff is kind, courteous and always willing to help you find whatever you're looking for. Checkouts are rarely backed up to the point that it's irritating. Considering it's all but the only choice for local groceries with a fair price, Jubilee is a great local establishment with values that positively impact the area.

So disappointed with this store. The management and staff are not taking this pandemic seriously. They are not practicing proper cleaning protocol (unmasked, ungloved workers leaning into the deli cases as one example - store manager unmasked yet talking loudly and laughing nearby a group of shoppers) and there is no distancing at all. Drive a little farther and go to another grocery store in the area that is going above and beyond to keep their employees and customers safe.

The deli people don’t do any work, they don’t rotate the food and sell food that’s been sitting out all day, it is not fresh.Their hostess snacks are also expired, do better Jubilee

Great store. Some of their items are a little pricey (produce and gluten free options) but their meat prices are the best I've seen in the Twin Cities. It's easy to find NY Strip steaks for under $10, and their frozen food section often has Buy-One-Get-One deals. Overall, it's a great grocery store with just about everything you need.

If you’re new to the area don’t expect any customer service. Although claiming to be a local grocery store, their lack of customer service would lead one to believe they are better in pricing or something, but I cannot figure out what. Everything from milk to fresh fruit and vegetables is more expensive than the chain stores. Even the high end grocery stores are less expensive on some items and have infinitely better quality choices. Cashiers are slow and if they don’t know you are borderline rude.
