Glamour Pets seriously wounded our dogs ear with a razor and did not even notify of us the damage caused, thus sending us to the emergency Vet shortly after grooming. See attached pictures.When we told them about it, they pushed-back, failed to take responsibility, apologize, or even pay the Vet bill.

Even when busy and cannot answer a phone call Kim is always quick to respond and schedule an appt. My cat has been to groomers that say he’s Terrible & his demeanor changes afterwards for a few days but NOT when I started brining him to Glamour! Dales in and out quickly and looks great- he’s the same ole boy when he gets home too. Thanks Glamour Pets!

Was good until covid now they doubled their cost and ask for tips, most are very nice but the lady with glasses is pretty rude, especially when asking for a tip after you doubled you're prices. In other words I learned how to cut dog hair myself cause it's cheaper and not that hard.

We've used this groomer a number of times with varying results. Sometimes it can be hard to get ahold of them to set an appointment, but they do have a really slick drop off and pick-up system that is covid safe and really quick and we can generally get an appt fairly quickly. I'm not a fan of the scent my dog comes home with and I keep forgetting to ask if they can skip a product or use unscented instead. Overall, they do a decent job and the dog is willing to go back again. We aren't fussy about the evenness of trimming or special style cuts. If you are, you might want to discuss that ahead of time

Frankie is not a big fan of groomers so it is hard to get him to go in the front door. She comes out and gets him and he goes right in and is well behaved for her. She has a calm assertive energy that works amazing.
