Well, problems with the staff! My wife was there just an hour ago and was treated very rudely and with poor business etiquette.My wife ordered a "Twisty Misty." She pulled up and they tried handing her a Frosty. The attendant said a Misty has ice cream. My wife said no that's a Frosty and can't have it because she goes into anaphylaxis if she has any dairy. My wife asked for the manager and she came and started arguing with my wife saying that she ordered a Frosty. Which she didn't and can't have it. My wife said fine I'll just give it to my husband because I can't have it. Then the manager got rude and said no ill make you a misty but I wont fix this for you again. And the manager said it's my wife's fault.Now my wife says she'll never go there again because of how rudely she was treated by the manager. I also have been treated rude by the manager. She has treated me like I'm stupid for asking any questions.Good food but don't expect them to treat you nice if there's a problem even when it's on them.

Fast and friendly service. Great dining room and outdoor picnic tables. Plenty of parking including some street area for long trailers. We stopped on memorial day with 9 people as we headed home. I expected to wait but they were well staffed and they were keeping up with the rush amazingly well. Will definitely stop again.Parking: Large parking lot and street parking for campers and trailers.Kid-friendliness: Lots of booths inside and outside picnic tables for easy dining with kiddos.

BEST DAIRY QUEEN ON THE PLANET! I pass through Motley, Mn, a few times in the course of a year, and every time I stop at this specific Dairy Queen. Why? Because they make the best Blizzards. The amount of mix ins they add is simply better. Whole chuncks of goodies are added in. Sadly, I'm not sure what any other ice cream treats taste like here because I always get a Blizzard, but the Blizzards are just that good. They bring me back every time. The service is always fast and the place is always clean. I wish every DQ was run this way. Always a treat to be served here!Parking: Maybe 10 or so parking spots; however, free parking along the street is available. A little bit more difficult to park if you have a large truck and trailer but with a little extra walking distance you can find a spot close by.

A little expensive but I guess that's normal now. OK parking. Nice seating inside. Easy to get in and out of; good location. Hamburgers for lunch were very very good. Great place to stop for a quick yummy lunch going up north.

Wonderful service. Every single time. EVERY SINGLE TIME. My family loves Dairy Queen and the service here is impeccable. Anita is my favorite ♡ she always goes above beyond, with a genuine smile. What a super nice hometown place to bring the family to.Parking: Beautiful spot to sit outside, at picnic tables, to enjoy your meal or ice cream. Dog friendly outside too.

This is an awesome DQ with awesome people running it. My wife and I were on our way up north. It was late and we were hungry. We pulled in probably 1 minute before closing. I asked if we could still get food and the reply was absolutely!! Stopped here many times and it's always been fantastic!

The employees were so nice!We always stop at his location on the way to visit family up north. The bathrooms are always clean. The store manager was dealing with a "Karen" while we were ordering. The manager was so patient and professional. This is a fantastic location considering most other businesses in the area are too lax on mask mandates and social distancing... this location is doing great work.

Very nice location but dairy queen's food isn't anything to write home about. They do offer pup cups and, maybe it's placebo, but I swear the ice cream here is better than most other locations. Nice dog-friendly outdoor seating area as well.

My friend & I took a road trip. We stopped by for a cool treat during June's dairy month. Two of your officially awesome servers recommended the New York cheesecake Blizzard. It was delicious-o-so good!
