While traveling for Thanksgiving, we anticipated stopping at a convenience store due to having young children. Upon entering, the pleasant surprise was when the cashier welcomed us we had the option to pick our seating . Opting for a quieter area suitable for our little ones, I appreciated the flexibility.What truly stood out was the cashier's thoughtful gesture: she brought over coloring materials and a mat, making the environment family-friendly. To accommodate us further, she provided high chairs, which eased our dining experience.Ordering a California burger along with kids' meals, we were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the food. Remarkably, even my children enjoyed their meals! The comfortable and hassle-free dining experience left us thoroughly pleased. This establishment truly exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely loved our time there."

We were craving some good local restaurant food and decided on Bricks, what a good choice we made! I ordered the Western BBQ Cheeseburger which came with BBQ sauce, bacon and 2 onion rings on toasted buns,( upgraded to curly fries) and my son got the chicken strip basket. Our food came out fast and was so delicious, service was great as well!

My Waitress said Monday's are Pork chop day. That had to be the best Smoked Pork chop dinner I've ever had the joy of eating (sides were amazing too) light smoke flavor and little black lines from the grill. I should have taken a pic of it. Maybe next time.

What can I say I love food that tastes like homemade. The pancakes were so dang good. OJ on ice, sausage was very well made. Hash browns were perfect bacon was crispy,even the toast was golden. Definitely will be back. The service was amazing Thank You Paige. I am also on TicTok videoing our travels so please check that out.

Currently devouring the Bricks Patty Melt.Dont know why ive never tried Rye bread before but ive been missing out!!This place is a definite stop off if ever i am up here again. Plenty of parking, Outstanding food, Impeccable customer service...Need i say more?

I went here for a birthday party. I went to my cabin and everyone was invited who had a cabin there at the time. They served 48 people. Any restaurant that serves 48 people already deserves a 4 star at least. The main course was really good. They only have ribs and fish. They have a select amount of sides. Decent sides. But the ribs are VERY good. I totally recommend it. Everyone at my table said 5 stars. I guess some people would find it bland. But i totally have respect for this restaurant and it was a very unique restaurant.

One of our favorite truck stops, hubby and I are always happy when our route brings us past Bricks! Awesome coffee, always clean great bathrooms (both huge to truckers!) I've not eaten in the restaurant but we love the homemade goodies! The employees have always been happy and friendly as well! Thank you Bricks!

Reading the reviews of this place I can see that this area is filled with a bunch of left wing liberals . I bet none of yall wear masks now and get the shot every other week. Grow a backbone and stick up for yourself instead of letting the government tell you what to do.

Only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is the the store and gift shop were organized and clean. However while checking out. I asked the girl ringing me out a question about a product. She basically was somewhat rude. She seemed annoyed that ask a question and dismissed me. Good employees make great customers.

Young male Waiter we had was very friendly but was on his phone too much and while he was taking our plates he made me hold the plates while tying his shoe on our chair. He couldn't clear off a table without texting and sitting down and taking a break. Then he walked away and didn't even finish cleaning the table. We were there for an hour at least and he never came back to finish it.

The food is really good but they need new management the last time I ate there the female manager was really rude I asked her a simple question and she gave me an answer with a really rotten attitude. I don't understand why they don't serve breakfast sandwiches till at the latest 11:00 I've been told by several employees that they quit serving them at 9:00 which doesn't really make any sense. Why would you serve lunch food when it's still breakfast time. So if you plan on getting something for lunch at around noon more than likely all that food has been sitting there for several hours and it doesn't taste very good I tried several things from there. The business would make a lot more money if they kept serving breakfast food for a few extra hours. You go to any other truck stop or gas station or even fast food restaurants they serve breakfast till 11:00 usually.

Have filled with fuel here many times. However, recently there have been two separate occasions, two different vehicles, we filled with fuel. One time filled with gas and other time filled with diesel. Everytime, there is no receipts available. We always have to go in to get a receipt. That has been a problem for quite some time. However, the last two times, we have noticed there was a discrepancy with the amount of fuel we paid for and how full the fuel tank gauge showed. Two times ago, when we filled with gas, we thought we just didn’t recall the amount in the tank before filling accurately. However, last night it happened again, in a different vehicle, filling with diesel. At a different pump, again no receipt available and also less fuel in the tank than what was paid for.

What a nice bunch of people. Always very helpful and friendly. They have really cute stuff in the shop. Most of the station employees are really good getting minnows out for me. We've eaten off of the buffet and from the menu. We have also ordered pizza to bake at home or they'll do it for you. Awesome!

I was very dissatisfied with the food and service.my mom and I ordered Philly's with a cup of soup. The soup tasted sour, spoiled and burnt,for being Chicken wild rice there was only about 5 pieces of rice, You could see the cream base was starting to curdle. So after 2 bites we didn't eat it. the philly was on a doughy, soggy bun the meat was so dry,tasteless. Onions and green peppers were cube so small that they didn't have any taste to them . Needless to say a few bites of that and neither of ate the philly either. Which was probably a good thing cause both of us have been ill stomach wise since eating there. And the other person we had with us had a Mexican omelette that was just egg and unseasoned hamburger basically cause there maybe ten pieces of the veggies that go in it.The first time we stop a month ago the food was awesome. Very tasty and nice size portions. Plus the waitress was friends and attentative to what we needed. The waitress yesterday made it seemed like we were taking up time in her social hour and flirting with the male customers. She only brought 2 menus for 3 people, took our order then didn't come back to see if we need any drinks or anything. Till the other waitresses told her that our food had been done for about 10 minutes, then she brings it, walks off not to return till she got the check. Which we waited 15 minutes for. Plus you think seeing 2 plates of food that have been barely touched you may inquire why they hadn't been Eaten. So for about $40...2 of us had crackers and jelly, and 1 had toast.So hopefully they may see this review and can fix these issues. Since they don't allow you to tell them about this experience and don't have a working website or anything.

Really good food, affordable prices, friendly staff, if your in the area, come check this place out! Came in for breakfast and made realize what corporate America is screwing up with subway, country prides, iron skillets and ihops. This is about as traditional of small town America Cafe as you can get! We need more places like this!!!

Food was tasteless. They do not enforce the mask mandate. They allow their employees to not wear masks, even while handling food. I would encourage everyone who decides to stop here, don't eat at the restaurant, wear a mask because no one that works there cares about your safety. Scrub your hands before leaving. Put hand sanitizer on a soon as you can, preferably on your walk to the car or truck. As a truck driver, driving to different hot-spot states since the beginning of the pandemic, you have no clue what is circulating in this truck stop. Protect yourselves. I currently stop now for the bathroom only and I follow all of the guidance I stated earlier in the review. Be safe and let's protect each other.

LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. They understand that some disabled people can not wear a mask. Nor do they mask shame you! I am glad to see some people understand this! Also they have some amazing iced caribou coffee! Several clothing items for sale. CAT scale available for truckers.Support local businesses!

I've stopped here 3 times recently. They're restaurant is great for food, prices, AND service. I really appreciate that they "understand" if you have reasons not wearing a mask, and are always helpful and curtious. Great place to stop.

Ordered 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 pancakes. Food tasted good, but got these 2 tiny little pieces of egg maybe amounting to half an egg maybe at best after looking around at other egg portions portions at the table we just got a laugh out of it. Sad but funny too ! I thought when the waitress looked directly down at the plate she would offer to fix it but no didnt happen.

I love a great breakfast any time of the day, and Bricks always comes through. It's a typical truck stop with (depending upon the time of day) chatty wait-staff who are kinda fun. They have some buffets for those who like that sort of thing...

8/30/21 Always love stopping here when passing through and time permits. Good food, good service, decent coffee and pleasant attitudes. Walked in this morning and the commodities report was on the radio.... reminding me of my childhood at my grandparents house.PS... to Zoa above^^^.... if you can blame this establishment for contracting covid (hope you fared well with that), then I get to blame the J&J vaccine on my infection (which I don't). Please don't be a scared shoeple (vs a rugged individual American 🇺🇸).

Food was cold and salad bar is horrible. Their website says the have a buffet at night on sunday which they do not. I got 15% discount on my food I had to take home to warm up so I could eat it hot so basically got a free cup of coffee. I will never eat there again I should of stayed home and cooked I would of saved 30 dollars besides wasting it on their cold food I had to warm up at home that was not very good either.

No one wears masks here, including employees. Sign on door says if you come in without a mask they'll assume you have a disability and not ask any questions because they "respect the Americans with Disabilities Act." Right, I'm sure that's why. If you want a clean, safe place to stop, this isn't it.
