Went in with charging issues and was told I’d have to replace the phone 😒. Dawayne was able to troubleshoot and figure out that wireless charging still worked on my phone, so I can wait until a better deal comes along. Also, I thought I’d need to buy a new case but they were able to help me redeem warranty replacement for free! Well done.

Very good experience at this store. Very nice people. It does take time to get a new phone with transferring from old to new. So be patient.

I was in Morris my work truck didn’t have a port to charge my phone and it was dead. I have to use it for gps because I’m not from the area I walked into the store. They charge my phone and help me tremendously. I would highly recommend this place to anyone the service I got from Kaitlyn and the other gentleman I did not catch his name. But they gave me superb customer service I’ve been in retail management for over 20 years. They’re the type of people you wanna have. Working for your business.

Tyler rocks!! He set up new device quickly and I was in and out in literally minutes (screen protector, case and everything on and ready to go). And even better yet, as I opened the door and walked in the store, I was greeted happily by name! Awesome customer service there from all employees.!!!
